This place is absolutely amazing! Come in and play play play with puppies, fall in love with one or 10 (lol) and decide to make them apart of your family! There’s also a doggie boutique and bakery to spoil your pup with! They never let me down! Run, don’t walk, to PUPPY CITY!

I absolutely love this place, I got my baby Oslo the Pomeranian from here a couple months ago and he’s grown into such a beautiful kind pup. Puppy city unlike other locations have an indoor playground and all puppies are loose playing around all day. I absolutely recommend puppycity to anyone who’s looking for a puppy ????

One of the most amazing places to purchase your furever friend in Miami. Unlike other puppy stores in the area this place actually allows the puppies to be puppies and run around instead of being locked in cages which alter their overall personality. They also offer amazingly affordable prices for top breed dogs and allow the potential owners to have a chance to get to know the dog and their personality before committing to adoption. We adopted our best friend a couple months ago and it was the best decision we ever made and we greatly thank everyone at Puppy City for allowing us the opportunity to adopt our baby Riley.

We got our first puppy from here (Snickers the mini yorkie) and we love him!! What I love about this place is that the owners genuinely care about their pups and it's an open space for the puppies to run around each other. I believe thats why my puppy is SO social even though hes small. They also have events during the holidays and sometimes the puppies can come back to say hi during those. The staff were never rude to us or anything, and were always nice no matter how many questions we asked them. It looks like all the bad reviews about this place so far are by idiots who dont know how to treat people with respect in the first place or have never even been here so they are literally fake or just straight up hating for no legit reason. overall, the puppy city fam deserves 5 stars for their honesty, patience, and professionalism. :)

My experience was super good, i fell in love with my puppy and the girls here were so helpful in explaining how to take care of my puppy after, 10/10 recommend, the dogs are all playing in open space which is so cute!

Nice shop! Puppies are playful and healthy. Although, I recently had a poor experience/ miscommunication with the staff resulting in me not picking up my reserved pup. Hope future customer's experiences are better then mine.

I had the best experience getting my pup from Puppy City. The owners are so sweet and were truly willing to work with me to make sure my puppy, Cookie, could come home with me. The place is absolutely adorable (a dog lovers dream!) and it was truly such a pleasant experience for a first time dog owner to get a dog. If I ever purchase a second dog in the future, I’ll definitely be heading back to Puppy City.

My partner and I just adopted our first dog together from Puppy City. I had about 10,000 questions that were happily answered by the patient, caring staff. This place is unlike ANY pet shop. First and foremost, the dogs live a fabulous life. They each have their own house and are free-range all day. It is not like a scary pet shop, where you know the animals are being abused. That is why I felt comfortable buying from here. People who are looking at Petland should redirect their attention to this place. Not only are their prices for puppies entirely fair, the staff LOVE these dogs. When we got our mini labradoodle, one of the girls in the back came out and literally had tears in her eyes, saying how much she loved him and was so happy he found a good home. He is basically housebroken already, listens very well, is great with other animals, has a clean bill of health by our vet who says he's very healthy, and has stolen our hearts. We couldn't recommend a better place to find your next family member!

I came to visit not planning on taking a dog home. However,I fell in love with one of their dogs. Not only did they tell me that she was available but I was asking questions and cuddle with the puppy for hours and when I decided I wanted to take her home they said she was reserved and wouldn’t be able to take her home. Yet they said she didn’t even have a name yet? Definitely never would come back here. Worse mistake you can make is letting someone get there hopes up about a dog just to say that they can’t take them home. Not to mention they had a lot of the past dogs they haven’t sold yet in the back locked up in small cages. How are they supposed to get a home if they’re locked up in the back? Wouldn't recommend going. I definitely regret doing so. I will like to add that in no means was I disrespectful to any of their employees I legit just said it was okay and walked away. Part of being a small business owner is owning up to your mistakes. My boyfriend had left his number just in case and rather calling and apologizing for making the mistake of tell us she was available when she clearly wasn’t they instead called him screaming and cursing at him just because I left this review. goes to show just who the owners are.

What a great place!!!! We went to go “look” & play with the puppies after seeing it on tik tok! The owners were super nice & never pressured us to purchase! Well..... we ended up coming back the next day to bring home our 5th doggie! We’ve had her (Husky) over a month now & she has brought so much love & joy into our household. I love that the puppies are getting exercise with playtime & that they learn early how to be around people & other dogs!

Just wanted to say how wonderful and amazing the staff is! I came in looking for a specific dog and the owner came over and gave me all the details. They are super reliable and they have all the paper work stored for you to look at. My little Pepper is the sweetest and I couldn’t be happier! Make sure to check this place out!

This is such a cute place to visit. The place is fairly new and set up so adorable. There were only 4 puppies when we visited but it was still fun. If you are buying you can visit for 1 hour if your just there to check them out you get 15 minutes of play with the puppies. ????????????????
