Dr Hawkins is such a beautiful lady and we appreciate her services and the staff for helping our animals within our community. Dr Hawkins did a great job with my two dogs thank you Dr Hawkins. I pray the best for you and all your future endeavors.

I don't know about other locations, but the one in Liberty City on 62nd and 13th is awesome. If you qualify for some type of assistance, like food stamps, your pet can be seen for free. Shots are $10 or free. Spay or neuter is free to all. Check them out! When I do get a few dollars, I will remember to bless them as they have blessed me and my cat Tuxedo.

The staff is A M A Z I N G !!! They represent what the ASPCA truly stands for. We see a lot of commercials that reflect compassion and love for animals...well, the staff here makes that a reality! They don't reserve their love only for the animals, they show the same love, compassion, respect to the people that come in. Keep up the great work guys! Our family loves you!

It was a little challenging making the appointments due to covid precautions. During a 3-week period I took in five dogs for their vaccinations and one cat. I received excellent service. Staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend. I did not qualify for any reductions yet the prices were Fair. I would highly recommend

I brought in my fur-daughter for her updated shots and to check her allergies. At first, I took her to Doral, after we left, she was worse. They told us she could be allergic to either chicken or fruits and an allergy test would cost nearly $600. So my boyfriend and I researched on Google and stumbled upon the ASPCA. I immediately called because their prices had seemed to be fair in the reviews. When I asked if they could look at her paws and ears the staff I spoke to noted they would and immediately offered for the vet to look, they asked questions of how often, and when did it start. Those were questions no vet had asked. 2 days ago we took her, they treated her with medication for her ears, and have me pulls for her to take to ease her allergies and her gut. Today? My dog is hotter and happy, and just wants to run, something she hasn't done in about a month since we went to Doral. The vet suggested different types of other meat we could try and soupported our decision in feeding her actual food instead of kibble. My dog can now enjoy her bananas without scratching her paws and licking every 5 min. I am super happy about this. My dog did not look uncomfortable as she walked out with the vet asst., and it seemed as though they knew how to work with her as she suffers from anxiety with heavy breathing the moment she's away from me in public. I recommend this place because of their friendliness and prices. They will be seeing us again!!

Excellent service,the pets are treated so well. They take care of all your pets needs and if they can't do it in there office they will recommend a place to go for services.

They are packed on appointments. Took me a month to book a spay for my cat, Picklehead. You get there at 8am. They make sure all your paperwork is correct(while you are in your car)and they take your pet in. They are fast and so so friendly. You pick up your animal after 3pm same day. I picked up my cat almost as fast as I pulled up. I found out I was in a zip code where it was free (which, I can't tell them how much that is appreciated because I now take care of 4 feral neighborhood cats and the 4 kittens they had). I was worried about how I could afford to get the other cats fixed within my budget. I can't say enough good things about ASPCA. They are heros. Picklehead approves.

Excellent service.. Very caring. Pet's exam was very thorough. The place was very clean and beautiful. Excellent scheduling with very little waiting time. The deserve 10 stars. Love the place.

They are very professional and caring. The Vet always answer any questions I may, but importantly, listen to my concerns. My pupper Slate is super anxious and they are mindful of that. I thank them for being in our community.

Amazing place. They truly love dogs and will care for them as they are their own. They vet explained everything and speaking to her you can tell she really loves animals and genuinely wants to help them. The prices are about 1/3 what you would pay at your local vet. This was my first time here and I wouldn’t take my dog to any other vet ever again.

I'm a resident of this low-income community and I believe that this particular ASPCA is not" an asset to the community. Simply, because this ASPCA has very little to do with the county but instead is a private company whose services are not beneficial to the community. Unlike the Doral ASPCA, FACILITY cannot give the same services as the Doral facility. Dogs over 7 years can't get fixed, their system does not have any services on record that have been done elsewhere. So with just those differences between the public and private ASPCA, For a community like Liberty City in its present stage, this is not helpful.

They act like ppl who loves dogs but they dont

Got there and the staff was waiting for me as I was parking for check in. Wait was good, doctor was so nice. Every one was super nice. And helpful. You feel at home. My cats were taken off. At a great price. This place is a blessing and so are the people who work there. Thanks for your help caring and making my day a wonderful one.
