Stay away from this place this 2 doctors are very rude,disrespectful and they're out to steal your money and I like to check their credentials to see if they're real veterinarian,they don't have a clue what they're doing they're are licensed to steal your money,yes you're reading right they're theafs

Great experience, I accompanied my elder mother to an appointment for her 18 weeks Cairn Terrier and the staff were very friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. Dr. Cooper was patient with my mom and her questions. I will definitely recommend Sky Lake Animal Hospital.

I returned to Skylake after 11 years when our lab passed away. They remembered us & our lab! :). They were so attentive, kind and loving to our new rescue dog "Cheech". Vet, assistants, front desk were all amazing. So happy to be back. Highly recommended.

Amy Love I switched to Skylake , Dr. Cooper is knowledgeable and professional he takes the time to listen and he cares. I went to him with an emergency for my baby Luna and he really came through at a reasonable price.

Sky Lake Animal Hospital is a family friendly caring establishment. The staff are all very caring and knowledgeable. The exterior needs to be freshened up but don't let this deter you. Drs Matthew and Zachary are both excellent and patient.

Definitely a big NO if you love you pet! Not professional whatsoever and when they find an issue they prolong to get it fixed so they can keep charging until you get upset and look for another vet! Save yourself money and go to another clinic.

I took my dog for more than a year for an ear infection, followed instructions, changed his food, no other food or treats for the dog because it was an allergy and he didn’t get better and the vet’s answer was “are you cleaning his ears everyday?” His attitude is really rude. I’m sure that they can do much better in customer service specially when you are in the medical field.

Took my dog here for a surgery for a bite attack. they gave me no instructions on what to do with Billy after the procedure, also they did not close the wound correctly spent 980 for them to leave mg poor billy in more pain , I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ACTUALLY LOVE YOUR PET

Super expensive, doctor is very rude front desk receptionist are highly trained to make you waste money for no reason, adding new stuff to my bill without Authorization

Dr. Cooper is an excellent vet. He is knowledgeable, professional and cares about our pets. He is always accommodating us to his busy schedule if we have an emergency. We never have to wait for my dog to be seen when you have an appointment, so respectful!. They follow up on every visit. They staff is super friendly and caring as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog recently had surgery at this hospital and I can not even explain the situation without my eyes tearing up. I am just going to show you a picture of how my dog looked when I picked him up. My poor baby was not even stitched up they left him just like this. I am currently suing this hospital.Again I do not recommend you guys to take your dog to this hospital.

the doctor is so expensive and when you said you couldnt afford everything he said he wanted to take the dog away from you because you couldn’t care for it they keep you on hold for to long and the Manager is really unprofessional

5 stars is not enough to describe how amazing doctor Cooper and his team are. Victor comes every other day to get fluid and he is being treated with so much love and kindness by the vet technicians. Its incredible how much they truly care about our fur babies and you get so much reassurance from that. They do such a great job!! My 1st encounter with Dr Cooper who s smile light up the room he s super nice!! After telling him we come here to get fluid he asked to see Victor s blood test and told me that my cat was fine and misdiagnosed. He also reassured me on Victors health and took the time to go over each line of the blood result. Our fur babies are family and its so important to take them to the right place. Sky Lake Animal hospital is definitely is the right choice for us. Also want to add that the front desk girls always make things easy and are so sweet!! I really love this place and so is Victor now, he doesn't even shake when we go there , animals feel everything.

Nothing to improve, this place scores 100 out of 10! Saved my cat's life after being viciously attacked by a dog, then again after a horrible infection, then again after a nasty respiratory infection! Service is amazing, staff is friendly as heck, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. The Doc is hot, puppies everywhere, what's not to love? Can not say enough good things about this place, I will never trust my pet's care to anyone but Sky Lake Animal Hospital. Truly the best in every possible way!

I have no clue where to start with this review. But my dog was congested so I made an appointment to bring her in. When I got there the vet came out and was nice and informative. That's where it ended. Barely no communication throughout the 8 hours she was there other than she is doing well. $800 later I picked her up nobody told me what they think is wrong just gave me some antibiotics and asked for payment. Nothing on if things don't get better and etc. She was actually worse when I got her home. She could barely breathe. The bill shows diagnostics barely no actions. I called the next day to explain my frustration and the lady said they are too busy to talk to the vet and I should take her somewhere else. NEVER GOING BACK! DO NOT GO THERE!
