Pets beware: came in for a dog teeth cleaning expecting a bill of ~300. Came out with a surprise bill of 1030. On the phone we agreed that we needed to do extraction, but we didn't know that it would be an additional ~730 dollars. Don't forget to ask how much everything costs. Cuidado con la cuenta.

Best animal clinic in Miami

Excellent animal clinic!!!! They know how much my doggie means to me and they know all their “fur patients “ very well . The doctors are wonderful! The Doctor actually calls one back and gives advice over the phone!!! The front fest is also friendly and efficient and the phone is answered almost immediately! I can highly recommend Red Bird Animal Clinic to anyone who cares about their pets!

Visited for the first time this week and was very impressed with service and the facilities. The staff were efficient and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained the issue with compassion and understanding. Overall great experience and will be using this as my main vet going forward.

Dr. Lacret is practical and thorough, knowledgeable about all matters about our dogs. He answers all questions and explains everything thoroughly.

Dr. Cruz is awesome. He's always compassionate and loves every animal like it was his own!

Wonderful office and staff ! Dr Cruz is a Compassionate, caring vet who truly loves animals. I've been going here for years and they have cared for my Animal Babies with love and respect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They were very kind and gentle with my cat. I had his shots there and went back when it was time to get his nails done, which he hates .. but they were done and bubba was very compliant. Great job. He has PTSD from a 3 dog attack and hence fell out of a tall tree on his side. Not his feet. I am moving because of it. He just stares at that house and has started to spray because he is so stressed. These people knew that and handled him quickly and professional yet was gentle in the process. Thank you!

She’s eating! She’s eating ! She’s finally eating !! After months of trying to get my cat, Dulce to eat and spending lots of $$ on tests, meds and treatments, Dr Cruz was able to find the solution. I went into the office in tears thinking the end was inevitable. Within 24 hours, Dulce was eating and w/ more energy. Dr Cruz was honest, sympathetic and patient. Everyone at the office was kind and even stayed after hours so I could take her home. We will be forever grateful for the extra time given to us
