Just got our package today, I was a little worried about if it would still be frozen (miami to boulder Colorado) and everything was still frozen solid when we opened it! Packaged really well, all the meats we got were packaged neat in individual boxes. Can’t wait to let our pups try some new things!

Excellent experience and excellent quality and variety of products. When Fedex lost my order in transit RFM replaced it no problem. I would not hesitate to recommend them. If you are like me and sometimes struggle to source variety and organs other than liver this is a wonderful service. My cats and dog are now stocked up on organ meat for a while and my chest freezer is full.

Disappointed that my order arrived completely defrosted, with zero dry ice and minimal frozen ice. FedEx is an irresponsible company. I have ordered from other companies where it doesn't take 4 days for a shipment to arrive. My package remained in Florida for over 2 days after it was in FedEx's possession. While some people may not value the life of their dog, I DO. I would not eat something I would not feed my puppy with the exception of PMR. While the food content is excellent, I remain disappointed that it arrived thawed. Negotiate better rates with FexEx as other companies apparently do.

Raw feeding is the way to go if you care for your dogs health. Usually the only downside is that it is more expensive but Raw Feed Miami makes it affordable with their reasonable prices.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! I like that they offer a wide variety of organ meat needed for the BARF diet. They have everything from spleen, gizzards, etc. They have some rabbit and such but I have not exposed my dog to that type of meat yet. I love their variety of bone grinds. I like to feed her different things so that she doesn't get tired of eating the same thing. My pit has yet to turn her nose up at any of it. I incorporate it with the meat that I grind myself and she laps it right up. More importantly the prices are amaze-balls and they are conveniently located. I save so much time and money by just going to RFM. No need to scour various meat markets looking for scraps and that other foolishness. Safe to say RFM has a life long customer in me.

i order off their website for my ferrets. you get great amounts of food for what you pay for with great quality. i’m very happy knowing i’m feeding my pets such great food. i love the monster mash and whole prey grinds. i will continue to buy in the future

My dogs love the raw food!

My dog loves this food. She is an Australian Cattle Dog with bounds of energy. We go hiking every weekend for up to 8 miles and regular activity during the week. She never tires. Her coat is amazing. I do add a raw egg everyday to her feeding but that's it. This food takes care of her and quality product. The packaging is great and the convenience is wonderful. My doggies are going on their second week of ever trying raw food diet and they are loving it!! I also love the fact that they don't go to the bathroom so many times as when they were on kibbles. Raw feed Miami has been the absolute best for my pup. I tried other raw meat options, all of which gave my pup a very upset tummy. RFM has the best quality meat and it clearly shows! Not only is it a great product, but customer service is outstanding. They helped me out when I was in a bind and I am forever grateful!

Fair prices and great customer service. The grinds and its ratio is off from time to time. Believe to much organ meat and too little bone. Cause my dog gets diarrhea once in awhile.
