Was my first time there .. I was so sorry ????, but everyone was son nice and gently . And they help my black labrador . I will come back for sure … and the place was soo clean and beautiful!!!

I could not be more grateful to the Dr and the staff who helped save my cat Anubis life. The staff went above and beyond to help my baby. The doctor saw her one day and the next day she was scheduled for surgery. She came out feeling so much better and back to her old self again. Thank you team!

I got my puppy at 2 months old was about to take him to another vet but found Biscayne vet which was closer to our house. I have had nothing but amazing treatment from this place. The vet explained everything to me from every little detail, the reception was sometimes busy but were always very polite and helpful. My baby isn't scared to come here as he's had all his shots here since he was a baby he's almost 1 yr. I feel very comfortable when I bring him here and the prices are affordable.

Dr Raul Jimenez came highly recommended to me and he actually was the only doctor who gave the right diagnosis to our beloved Moon. Our Moon was diagnosed with Cushing’s disease, but Dr Jimenez and his whole team at Biscayne Vet Center were extremely negligent and they not only lack of professionalism, customer service and communication skills but most importantly, they lack compassion. It took more than 15 calls and messages, to get the actual diagnosis and the results of the ultrasound. Although they new the severity of the illness and the importance of immediate treatment, we have had to chase them to get the medication and since we started treatment, our dog’s health started to declined. We called multiple times asking to talk to the doctor so he could assess what what’s happening but he was never available and never called back. Yesterday, moon continued to declined and he was very lethargic so I called 3 times, explained the situation and begged to have him call us back, but he never did. This morning he deteriorated more and after the second call I was told Dr Jimenez was fully booked and very busy so he couldn’t talk to me, although I stressed it was a life threatening emergency. We decided to run to an emergency room but sadly, our beloved dog died on my daughter’s lap in the parking lot of the ER. They were always lost, confusing the ultrasound appointment with a patient scheduled for surgery. Do yourself a favor and never take your loved one to Biscayne Vet / Buscayne Animal Hospital.

I very rarely write reviews but I wanted to take the time to share how amazing Dr. Jimenez and his staff are. Thank you Dr. Jimenez for taking such good care of my dog during both pre- and post-surgery. The level of communication between your staff blew me away. Thank you for keeping us so informed during the whole procedure. I will be sure to recommend Biscayne Vet Center to anyone in need of a local veterinarian.

Dr. Jimenez has TAKING care of my Noah since he's a baby, 9 months old he will be 9 years old April 2, & he still hes Dr. I wouldn't take him anywhere else!

The service was quick and efficient. To protect staff from Covid. When you park, you call in and someone comes out to get your pet. I completely understand the need but it does compromise the interaction a pet owner usually gets with the vet. However, in these times the compromise is well justified.

The Dr.s and technicians here are absolutely great. Every time I have come in they have gone above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today was not an exception. Thank you Dr Jimenez! You and the Tech that took care of Rocky today made a very hectic day end right.

Dr. Jimenez care has been nothing short of superior. His genuineness and competency in managing my dog has been a tremendous support when navigating the challenges of my pet health.

I want to thank Dr. Jimenez and his entire team for taking care of our dog Buster. We went to another vet for years but during lockdown we had an emergency and were referred to him. I am forever grateful to have met him. Our dog is older and experiencing some issues and I couldn't have made it thru this difficult time without his kind words and determination to help our dog. The office runs perfectly and everyone is so kind and helpful. We are hopeful and looking forward to many more days with our Buster. Many thanks Dr. Jimenez.

3 weeks ago I brought my kitten here. She was puking and hadn't been eating more than 1 tbsp of food per day. She was lethargic and visibly nauseous. This clinic asked: is she a new cat?; maybe she's still acclimating. I assured them this wasn't the case. They dismissed my concerns. I requested, and eventually paid for, emergency services because walk-ins were full (but not for the right price) and got nothing. Still I stressed that she needed fluids and was visibly nauseous. Kelly said she would issue her fluids and cerenia for the nausea. I took my cat home and she puked immediately. This is a sign that she wasn't given the cerenia. When I called Raul - the owner - dismissed me until I wrote a bad review. Then and ONLY then was he so inclined to ask me to bring my kitten back for further examination in order to get me to edit my review of him. I informed him that he lost my business and would be taking my cat to another vet. Immediately the other vet identified the symptoms my kitten exhibited as FPV or feline distemper: a virus that is do dangerous to cats that there is no cure. She only had 1 vaccination b and came in contact with the virus. With supportive care she lived another week before dying. I wonder how many cats his team carelessly exposed that day. I wonder if he cares that my cat died. I guess I don't have to wonder. I know the answer. He doesn't care. Hopefully no other animal has to die because of an owner that blames staff and cares only about the money.

Our pet is sparky. He is a very special needs dog to my mom and means the world to her so I am writing this review on behalf of the outstanding service Biscayne Vet Center did for our pet. Sparky was breathing heavy and very short of breath. We didn't know what was wrong. When I called this vet center and really wonderful girl named, "Christine," answered the phone with a warm, yet interested attitude. She is a well valued asset to your team and make sure she is recognized for making sure clients are comfortable and eager to use the services! Customer service 10/10 stars :) Very eager to make sure our pet was being taken care of. My mom just took him to this center and they treated him so well and actually was able to diagnose him and set up a plan of action for progressive treatment. Very highly recommended care center I would say if you ask me! thank you again guys for all you do!

Amazing! We have taken Max there before, twice. Always on point with the diagnosis and doctor Jimenez is absolutely profesional,reliable and undoubtly loves what he does. Today he was able to guide us via phone to get us through the night and we may have to take Max tomorrow to see him.Thank you!

Biscayne Vet Center has been my little son’s primary vet for many, many years! I believe about 7 years or so. They are super nice, super attentive, compassionate, and reasonable. They will go above and beyond to help your babies. On Wednesday’s they even offer discounted vaccines and all!!! Such a great place overall :)

This animal hospital has the best service and staff. They are so welcoming and hard working. They do what ever is possible to help you, no matter what.

I was desperate looking for a vet for my dog and not even his own vet was available. Dr Jiménez was the only person that helped me on the phone, asked me what was wrong, gave me some tips and set up an appointment for the next day He and his team are amazing. He is now my doggy’s vet.

Took my dog there today on short notice. The staff was very friendly and informative. Also very reasonable on cost of everything. Glad I found them and look forward to bringing my dogs for all their needs.

This vet is amazing!!! He opened his place for an emergency call and helped our baby Noah with no rush and explained everything in detail. He is great with animals and so gentle with Noah. HE IS GOD SENT!!!
