Today was my first time grooming my dog with Poochie on your block and I am very satisfied with the service and pricing! My dog is the most nervous dog you will ever meet and Jazmin, the groomer, was spectacular with my little one. I had mobile service, and Jazmin keep me updated as to her arrival time, arrived earlier than expected, and was done quickly without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend

Very convenient... I like the fact that there mobile and they come out to your home for grooming your pet ... Prices are very reasonable .. They did a wonderful job on are dog ???? Definitely recommend

This would be my third time bringing my pup here, and my last. They gave me an appointment for 12 noon and started “grooming” her at 3:00 pm. Picked her up at 4 when they called me. The job was extremely poor. Bad cut nails, they did not trim her legs, or paws, the trimming in the face is uneven, the back trim us irregular, and she still had a tear stain in her face. Another thing is they charge different each time, first it was $45, next it was $50, and today it was $ 51.80. And the store stinks.

Jazmine was amazing! She communicated throughout the day until her arrival. She was fast and patient with my Cocoa. I was very happy with their service and will definitely continue using them!

Honestly overall great service. My fur baby had a past traumatic experience with a mobile groomer and when I scheduled the appointment they took the time to hear me and booked us with Jasmine which she was amazing. She treated my pup like her very own throughout the whole process. Very happy with the service.

So i took my dog today for a bath package from groupon and they hurt my dog's ear when doing the cleaning and she has blood in her ear. My girlfriend noticed when she got home from and noticed she was rubbing herself against the sofa alot and making wierd head movements. They didn't mention this to me at all and i even left tip assuming everything went great. Mind you my yorkie behaves great while grooming because all the other 10 groomers she's been to have told us so. So that's not a viable excuse. This was my 4th or 5th time taking my dog here and the last. Now tomorrow I'm off to the vet to see how much the damage is going to cost me. If you love your dog as much as we do take them elsewhere! From the first phone call, Mari was very accommodating and responsive. Mari was able to fit me in with a appointment in less than 48 hours. Poochie’s communication was fantastic as they sent multiple texts to confirm appointment and arrival. Paola did an amazing job on our 5 month old Goldendoodle. This was Barkley’s first groom and Paola was extremely detailed explaining their services and providing recommendations that put us at ease. Barkley looks like a Show Dog… We will definitely be repeat clients. Thanks for a great experience ladies!

I'm an animal lover with three dogs. This is the only place I feel comfortable having them groomed. The groomers are kind with my fur babies and are extra gentle with my senior dog. They do an excellent job.

I've had to change my pet groomer every time I need to cut my dogs hair. I have 2 shih tzu. Cielo is very easy to cut her hair but my older one "princess" takes a little more patience. every groomer I have had could never properly cut her facial hair or ears. I called poochie on a last minute. princess is pregnant and needs a hair cut before she has her puppies. I called poochie and spoke with Maryalis who was very professional. I told her how I need an emergency appointment and she was able to book me for the next day. "iris" was the groomer that was coming to my home. she was very friendly and spoke to me before talking princess. I was a little worry she would not be able to cut her facial hair like all other groomers but she really surprise me. after an hour she brought her to me and explain everything she did. she was able to get princess to trust her and clean her up like new. at first she muzzle princess since she was a stranger I told her to do so, but after a little time together she was able to take the muzzle off and finish everything. iris said princess was so happy she started licking her. her pregnant belly look so cute now and she looked so happy and fresh. I defiantly found my new pet groomers. THANK YOU LADIES FOR AN AMAZING JOB AND FOR YOUR TIME!
