I’ve been taking Chuey for 2 years now. They do a great job with grooming and this will be the second holiday that we will board him while we travel. Grateful for their great care of our Chuey.

The older man at front desk is very unprofessional messed up my dogs haircut and shaved him completely . Very disappointed

The owner was extremely rude but the young lady in front desk was very friendly. I found one day I came in the store and owner was screaming in the back room calling his employee stupid and many other words. I got my little shih tzu that day and realize she was trembling. The whole day she did not eat she just tremble. If this guy treats his employees like dirt imagine your poor pets. STAY AWAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The staff and owners have been taken care of Ava and Chispita for a very long time. They care for the pets as if it’s there own. Always do an a amazing job with our two dogs.

Took my bully to get his nails trimmed down. It was his first time going to a groomer or even having his nails trimmed. He enjoyed the experience and loved the environment, the business is ran well and everything was done correctly. He will be going back everytime!

I took my dogs a total of three times and each time the price seemed to increase by $5 to $10. The last time I took them, I brought this up prior to doing the service and the owner/front desk guy was extremely rude and instead of trying to address it professionally/respectfully, he argued with me and tried to convince me of what I had paid the prior visit (I had the bank records to prove it). The owner/front desk guy is trashy, uneducated and unprofessional. He has zero customer service skills and I honestly don't even think he knows how to speak English. He is definitely unfit to be running a business. When I drove back to the shop, he sent the groomer to talk in his place, and he was also rude. Instead of trying to address the problem professionally, he tried to convince me once again of what I paid and when I proved him wrong, he tried to say that basically they can increase the price from $5-$20 as they see fit. Horrible experience and I strongly recommend people to stay away.
