Our pet’s (Shadow) first grooming experience was amazing! The staff is friendly and it was easy to book an appointment. The quality of trimming was excellent, and the bathing & blow dry made the pet hair smooth. We will go back on a regular basis.

Our Maltese was matted with tear stained face... Flores did a GREAT grooming job on Lucky that lasted a good while. We are calling back again and will be "regulars."

Well I was walking around and stop by to ask about wash cats, this place is very close to me. The first person who I asked for said something in Spanish I didn’t understand exactly what and went to the back to ask for another person about cats. The another lady came in talking in Spanish also saying “we don’t like to wash *old cats* we dont usually do that but you can bring them” The price is .... I said ok thank you! I just ask for the service and she said “old cats” . How she can sell her service saying this? My cats are in a perfect healthy condition nobody never called them OLD. I dont liked that I’ll keep going to the grooming where I usually bring my cats they’re 12 years old Persian always take a shower in the grooming they need a special care. But this place talked something like they’re old I never heard this before. I’ll never try this place. And the PRICE is much more expensive than where I bring my pets. The difference $20 each cat

Took my dog to get shaved, result looked like the groomer has lou gehrig's disease. Came in today just to get my dogs nails clipped at 1 because they are the closest groomers, lady gave me the stankiest look and said sorry the groomer just left. Im positive this is a money laundering operation because theres no way they are sill in business as shady as this place is. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET

I love Flores I've been taking my Lola there for many years. Even though I moved a little further I continue to take her there. They love her very much and the place is extremely clean and proffetional.

Excellent pet groomer, clean, courteous, extremely dog-friendly. My two dogs love it there, they been going there for years. Karina, and her sister are the best!

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE. THEY DRUG THEM FOR GROOMING. IT'S SIMPLY HORRIBLE.
