Exceptional service. They keep you updated and send you pictures of your baby, on top of that, my dog (who is VERY hyper) always comes back home well-fed and tired.. and a tired dog is a happy dog!! Theses folks are professionals, and they truly know how to care for an animal. Additionally, every encounter I've had with the staff has been pleasant, they are so sweet and they will take such great care of your dog and/or cat.

They take care of your pets! They send pictures of your pets everyday to update you. You can ask for the more expensive private care (in a separate room where you provide the litter and food) or cheaper general care (with the other pets).

Highly recommend! Great care, service, and knowledge from every team member with whom I interacted. Max looked so happy in all the daily photos I received while traveling. They did a thorough behavior analysis with him and other dogs before his stay, which not only reflects their knowledge of pack behavior and their detailed care, but reassured me that Max would be as comfortable as possible. They also do drop-off and pick-up services, which is so convenient. Other places that give half of the attention of Pet Squire charge double their prices! I couldn't believe how reasonable they are. Thanks team, Max will see you again soon :)

I’ve boarded my dog before but never loved it like this one. I did a individual one on one pet sitting at someone’s home and felt extremely comfortable leaving my dog with them. They immediately schedule a meet and greet in order for you to see their home and see how your pet will react with the pet sitter. I got so many updates (pictures and videos) on what my dog was doing every couple of hours in which I loved. Marisel is the absolute best and she’ll ask you questions in order to find the best fit for your pet.

I don't trust leaving my pups anywhere else! Marisel and her staff her so caring and thoughtful. My dogs love to go there and have so much fun. It's also nice to get constant videos & pictures of your pets though out the day to keep you posted. I love Petsquire!

Wonderful service from start to finish. Quick phone call to discuss my preferences, then they set up a communication channel with the sitter (Victoria) and the company and me. Every day I received tons of videos and pictures from Victoria so I knew when she arrived and when she left. She even told me the moment the kitty litter ran out so I could put in an order when I was abroad and have more waiting for me when I got back. Simple pricing structure. I will definitely use Pet Squire again.

Our 20 year old cat used to stay home alone from time to time... but now that his health requires daily supervision, the pet squire always gives Tigre the special care and love he needs! I love Pet Squire!! I have to travel often for work and have three cats that are honestly my children. We are extremely bonded together. Being away from them absolutely crushes me emotionally. However, the times I am away from them are made a little easier knowing that Manali from Pet Squire is visiting them day and night and taking care of them while I am away. My feline children are usually pretty shy around strangers, but she has won their trust and is really wonderful with them. I would never put them in a boarding facility, so it was really important for me to be able to keep them at home and have someone stop by to take care of them in their home habitat. That is the kind of terrific service Manali does. Pet Squire is truly wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a furbabies and needs to be away from them for whatever reason.

I recently used Pet Squire for drop in feeding of my cat twice a day over a week period. It was a last minute decision, when my normal care provider suddenly became unavailable two days before I was set to leave on a trip. I was panicked and began looking up different options on line. When I called Pet Squire my call was answered immediately and the same day a meet and greet was arranged to allow me to meet Natalie who became my provider. it was such a relief to know things were all worked out and everything went smoothly. Natalie sent me texts with pictures at each visit (so I knew they all actually occurred). I could not have been more pleased with the way everything was conducted. I will definitely use this service again (and hopefully with Natalie as caretaker) in the future. They may be a tad more expensive than some of the other options available, but you can't put a price on that 'peace of mind' you get with this agency - so important when it is your beloved pet.

I have always been skeptical about dog boarding places, but Pet Squire is the only place that I trust to leave my dog. Since the meet & greet day, I got a good vibe about Marisel, her team, and the place. At Pet Squire they spoil my dog, love her, and treat her like their own pet. I moved to Coconut Grove from Chicago, and I found pet squire online from a quick search for a dog walker. I could not be more please with how Marisel and Gail are with my pup, who isn't always the easiest to manage. She has given me a peace of mind and has made the transition much easier for us! As a new dog mom to a sometimes very sensitive nervous Nelly Chihuahua (I'm her third owner and her last! ❤), and an anxious person myself, it's been really hard to leave my Ginger when I travel. Family and friends did me the favor a few times, but when they weren't available, I tried Pet Squire, and I'm so happy I did! Anyone can feed your dog and let it out to do its business for a few days, but Marisel and her husband do SO much more than that. They spoiled my sweet babygirl with so much love, attention, and adventures. They let her be free around the house and even snuggled up with her in the bed at night (she was in heaven!). They also sent me a ton of updates, photos and videos without me even having to ask every single day I was away. Ginger was super relaxed and happy with them, and came back super happy and super tired from all her adventures while mommy was away. And when it was time to take her home, you could tell they were legitimately sad to see her go. So sweet!! I will never stress traveling again and having to leave Ginger because I know she will actually look forward to her little vacations with Pet Squire, and I am confident she will be safe, loved and spoiled rotten just like momma likes it. ????
