Every time I take my precious Chloe there is better. They take great care of her, answer all my questions, treat her with so much love. The doctors are amazing and the staff is great. I really recommend them.

If I could give 10 stars to this place I would! My dog has been a patient of Dr Pacheco’s for 11 years now! He is alive today because of him! I follow the man around because he is simple the BEST!!! He is assertive, knowledgable, and has years of experience! Trust me when i tell you! HE IS THE BEST! I also had the pleasure if meeting Dr Carmenate a few times and I am extremely happy with his care! They are a great! Both doctors are highly recommended! AND Yes!! Vet services are expensive, get over it people, those are things you have budget when getting a dog! You are getting excellent service here! What can I say about the staff? They are simply the best! ISA has done Benji’s blood drawing for years and I know he is in good hands every time he has been admitted. They treat my dog as their own! Paola is amazing runs a tight ship at front desk and everything else going on! All the other ladies at front desk are extremely professional and sweet! There’s never q bad actitud. AGAIN HERE YOU DO GET WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR EXCELLENCE!!!!. I will never be able to repay them what they have done for me and my dog!!!

I has been taking Rumba (my dog) to this clinic since I got her, she was 2 months old, and now she is 3 years old. They treat her with kindness and professionalism, they never run any test without consulting me first, or without explaining why they recommend it, and the estimate for it. I feel more than confidence recommending this clinic to my friends and to all those ask me about a good a place to take their pets. Thank you Dr. Pacheco and all the team for taking care of my Rumbita.

I have nothing but love for all the nurses and doctors at Miami welfare animal clinic! My puppy was extremely sick when he was a baby and had a very low chance of surviving and dr. Pacheco along with the nurses helped me and gave me the confidence that we were all going to get through this. They went above and beyond to keep me at ease and did everything in their capabilities to treat and eventually heal Kodak! He is turning 2 soon and wouldn’t have made it without such a fantastic team. They are quick, reliable, and truly love the animals brought into the vet. My dog loves coming to the vet to see all of the nurses and doctors and greats them with so much joy that I know this is the right place to bring your pets. Kodak is never fearful here, and I am happy to have found such a great team to care for him

Great team. Staff and vets are all A1. Dr Pacheco has been my puppy's vet since we rescued her from the shelter. He saved her from Parvo and now after 11 years is treating her for diabetes... I wouldn't trust my dog's health to anyone else!

I took my Frenchie here and am not happy with their services. They made me feel like they were trying to take my money rather than help my dog. The doctor does not speak good English and is hard to communicate. They are good at getting you in but once they find out you have money they will try and charge you as much as they can.

Got sucked into visiting this vet over a year ago after making the mistake of purchasing from a Pet Store instead of adopting or getting from a breeder. My pup was due for his annual vaccines and was told of their wonderful promotional pricing for their services and got an appointment thinking its just a one time visit & don’t have to deal with them again. Day of appointment comes, these promotions they told me 2x over the phone were never “noted” nor are they aware of how they gave me that estimate. Then comes the sales pitch... this is your cost with the “insurance”.. & this is your cost without ($75+)... okay.. whatever I’m already here just sell me the insurance and let me go. Spoke to the Dr about the hotspot my dog currently has and how ive been treating it and noticed it getting better... I made it clear from the beginning that I just want the service & nothing additional as far as products... no Benadryl they charge you 5x the cost for, not for any preventative medication he can write me an RX for and I’ll purchase elsewhere. Well they wanna do a skin scrape to make sure its not something else... $20+ more... result? Negative. Fine at least I can rest easy. Lady comes and bills me and saids oh and the dr provided you with a cream to apply to the hotspot, instead of the treatment you are actively using and proving to be working... Check the invoice ... $20 (WITH INSURANCE DISCOUNT)... looked up the same medication on Chewy... $5... they refused to refund me and provide me with a RX so I can purchase it on my own because the “medication was already removed from the shelf” Insurance or not, they better believe that I will never visit this location again nor would I let anyone that cares about their animals visit this clinic. I guess ultimately I’m at fault for giving them a second chance after my initial bad experience. STAY AWAY!

This is a really good place to take your pet, dr. leonel is the best, and his partners do a really great job too. Thank you guys for taking care of my Benjamin❤️ I will always be grateful!

Dr. Pacheco and staff are very friendly and care about your pet. I had and amazing experience today with my dog who has a corneal ulcer. The office is quite, nice and clean, and has affordable prices. 100% recommended!!

A team of professionals that have my made my first dog experience extremely pleasant. They have taken great care of my dog as if it was their own and I look forward to continue working with them.

My usual Vet which I had been using for 20 years closed during Covid and did not even leave a way to contact for refills; I will not return to him. My dog has epilepsy and so I needed another Vet. Which is how I ended up here. I have only positive experience. I did buy the insurance but it has paid for itself in discounted office visits. And procedures and meds. 4 visits in 2 months. Dr. Pacheco is very professional and has a great personality. He or staff call the next day to followup. Even in Covid days I have been able to schedule appts. Miracle in and of itself. I checked with Chewy- same price meds. My situation is not the norm because my dog has tumors/cancer and needed biopsy as well as liver function test.Would have cost the same at my regular Vet. So, I am very happy with this vet and staff.

We have been bringing our 3 boxers to Dr. Pacheco for more than 8 years and we have nothing but gratitude to express towards him and his practice. Dr. Pacheco and his staff are excellent; they are very professional and the most compassionate I have ever experienced from any vet practice. They love animals and they really care. If Dr. Pacheco finds a situation where he cannot treat a condition, he will not take the task and your money. He will not only refer you to somebody who is better suited to do it, but he will find the best. I completely trust him as our vet and friend.

The worst experience ! went there because my puppy was feeling sick , they gave me medicine for everything but the actual problem he was having . The first visit was supposed to be free since he works with the pet shop I bought him from but I had to end up paying just in the vitamins and medicines $160 .. A day later I had to go to another vet because my puppy kept on coughing and feeling down , there they discovered my puppy had upper respiratory infection that had been building up for days and which could possibly turn in to pneumonia. I am super upset with Miami welfare clinic , they were expensive, and most importantly they did not address my puppy’s problem properly .

Dr. Pacheco and his team are excellent. He has cared for my dogs for years. Highly recommended.

Really bad experience in this clinic every time we go... the staff is great not so much the doctor... we first started coming here because the store were we got our frenchie has some sort of contract with them so they give you the “first visit free” but you end up paying always something... they have a discount plan for vaccines and exams and things but in other vets you don’t pay for vaccines. Fast forward to today 11/18/19 we went in for his 1 year visit and the bill was 505$ because his discount plan expired after the year. Including vaccines, the pet worm injection, exams and other things. Likeeee really you always have to pay something and not just 100$ or $200. Left there to another vet on 119 and 8 st (Pet Lovers Animal Clinic) and it was truly the best!... for everything that this clinic was going to do we ended up paying $130 on the new place. Sooo end of the story, no wonder they are always so empty in there.

Way overpriced and one of the ladies in the staff is super rude. Been going there for over a year but never again. I should’ve made the decision to switch a long time ago.

This Vet does not show up on time and is associated with a Puppy Mill called Puppy Secret on 8th street. Puppy secret sold us a sick puppy and on the first visit the Vet at Miami Welfare Animal Clinic said that the puppy had kennel couph …

The worst experience in my life was with this vet. Didn't see my pet who was very ill but came out with an outrageous estimate. They don't care about the animals but the money. BEWARE/STAYAWAY.

Originally came to this vet because of the free visit when I got my puppy, however i stayed with them because Dr Pacheco and his team truly care about the animals, they have watched my pup grow up and kept him healthy. They'll always check up on him every couple of months and explain everything to me in detail so I always know what's going on with my boy and what the best choices are. He's 2 years old now and we are still visiting this clinic. Its clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, virtually no wait time because they stand by their appointments and they always take great care of my boy. Have been taking my puppy there since he was two months old. He is now a year. They are great. Loving and helpful with my puppy. The staff is great and the vets are awesome!!!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this office. After dealing with Animal Welfare Society and their 6 hour wait times (yes, really) I was so happy to walk into a clean and quiet office. I filled out all of my new patient information and was in a room within 15 minutes. Dr. Pacheco is so nice and willing to help any way he can. I am so happy to have found this place and I hope they continue to treat their patients with the care and love that we received yesterday.

Great staff members. Everyone was really nice and caring towards my puppy and his well being. Looking forward to our next visit!
