Love my experience every time I leave Milo for a grooming!

I've been going to Dogtown for almost 8 years and I know that Luke is in great hands. Whether it's for daycare, his grooming or dental, we have always had a great experience with their team.

My pups love going to daycare - they sprint to the door the second we get out of the car! I love getting videos and pictures of them throughout the day - I can tell they are having a great time with their new friends.

Bad services and the staff is very rude and arrogant. Not value for what they charge here. Horrible place. The guy in the front desk very unprofessional.

I am a faithful customer for at least 2 years now, and I'm not planning to go anywhere else (I did once, during the pandemic, and regretted - my doggy didn't like it either). Always great customer service and excellent care for my pup. They'd call me to discuss my dog's trim if she gets too matted, which I always appreciate that they don't just chop her fur off. I also like the points system, which saves me money.

Had a great experience! I have a goldendoodle with extra fluff and had so much trouble finding a groomer who cut his hair to my liking- especially his face/ head. Would definitely recommend dogtown I will be bringing Maki back soon!

Dogtown was absolutely fantastic! I simply cannot speak highly enough of the incredible experience I had. My dog loved his stay, the staff was extremely friendly, I felt safe and secure knowing that he was in good hands while I was gone. I received frequent updates with photos and videos of my dog. I highly recommend if you live in the Grove/Gables area. Definitely the best around! Thank you Dogtown

Louie had a geat experience getting his bath at Dogtown. Looking forwards for his first hair cut . The stuff is very professional and nice.

We love everything about Dogtown. The place is perfectly cleaned, the location is very convenient for me, the staff is very professional and they are so patient with all my questions! But the most important part is they're the sweetest to Sebas and that’s everything!! I take him there for grooming and day care and Im always impressed by the service. Thank you all, you guys are the best!

My one year old beagle stayed in daycare at Dogtown in Coconut Grove. They were very responsible to get all the vaccinations records prior to our day. When we arrived they welcome us and our dog in a friendly way. Also, the answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Our beagle had a great day. They sent us two pictures of her with a little text saying how she was doing. When we went to pick her up, they gave us a written report of her day. We are happy with their service.

My dog stayed with them during the daytime for four days. The staff sent me pictures and let me know how my dog was doing. The staff is very sweet and professional.

Got lots of updates from the caretakers, even adorable photos of my pup. Will definitely be returning!

My puppy and I love Dogtown! She gets so excited when we walk in and is happy to be there. I don't worry when she is at Dogtown :)

Took my two wiener dogs here for an overnight stay while we were on a vacation. We felt very comfortable leaving them with Dog Town they were nice enough to check us in early and allow us to leave the dogs with some of their personal effects so they would feel at home. The staff gave them lots of attention as they are more willing to hang out with humans than other large dogs. The whole experience was a very positive step in getting our dogs comfortable in other situations without us. Thank you Dogtown coconut grove!

Great service and Beast had a great time. She boarded with them for four days, when I would call for updates and the staff would even send me photos of her livin her best life at DogTown. Would recommend and would definitely use again!

Had to take my Havanese back next day to trim his nails and fix his uneven cut. Also still had mats under his arms.

I always take my dog to trim and file her nails at DogTown. They truly are the best professionals when it comes to dealing with our furry ones. Every time I go there everyone treats me and my dog with kindness. I used to take my dog to other grooming services and she would always panic and get rebellious, but since I started taking her to DogTown she is not scared of the groomers anymore.

My English Labrador has very sensitive skin and the place a specially my dog's groomer is excellent she is the only groomer that will bath my dog and leaves him with a perfect shine in his coat. " Bianca" is the best he loves her.

Extremely unprofessional. Was given a time frame and was using that to match work schedule and I t was completely disregarded. When I picked my dog up it looked like her hair hadn’t been cut at all. Took four days to get cut rescheduled. Requested to speak with manager and was never called or followed up with. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

I boarded my dog at this facility for about 13 days. When I went to pick her up she had a SEVERE UTI that according to my vet was caused by a change in diet. I was not notified of this issue until the day I came to pick her up. And from the amount that she was bleeding this had been ongoing for at least a week. I also received back almost all of her food that I had pre-packaged and labeled with instructions. My dog also had a wound on her paw so severe she couldn't properly walk on it. They also managed to double dose my dog with her medication on one occasion. Upon noticing all of this and confirmation from my vet that her conditions were due to negligence I called Dogtown to try and resolve the matter. I was told to text pictures of everything and that someone would get in contact with me. It has been over a month and no one has contacted me or replied to any of my messages. To say I am unsatisfied with the treatment of my dog and their customer service is putting it mildly. Do not board your dog here if he/she has dietary issues or needs special care. They are not attentive to your dogs needs.

Amazing dog hotel and daycare. Every time we travel we can rely on the wonderful caring staff at Dogtown to take great care of Dillon. He has been a daycare and overnight guest numerous times over the past 7 years since he was a pup and still get excited every time we mention that we are taking him there.

If you’re not letting Dogtown care for your pup when needed, you’re doing it wrong. The staff is super friendly and Boomer loves spending time there. He told me so. I love the updates I get with photos while I’m gone. Dogtown is simply the best!

I've reviewed before, but I'm doing it again - Dogtown is the ONLY place you should be taking your pooch. From their daycare to their boarding to their groomers (p.s. ANGELICA IS LIFE!! Best groomer ever!), they are the best in the business. I am so very delighted to brag about them. Been taking my mini goldendoodle, Lincoln to Angelica for over 5 years, and when I go out of town, he stays there, as well. So fortunate to have them in our neighborhood.

The groomers always do a great job with my goldendoodle and are courteous and prompt.
