Dr. Lerner and his staff were super accommodating on a holiday eve to see my puppy after an accident at home. They accommodated our emergency visit and were very thorough in their care and explanation. Dr. Lerner even provided additional information for our little pup and suggestions for future care. Great service!

Bella is a patient of Dr. Mendez and all of the amazing staff there! Every person has been friendly to her and to us (her pawrents.) She’s been boarded there and I received a picture of her having fun with the staff. They are all so loving and you can that they enjoy their jobs.

DVM Lerner and all his staff are the best, day take care of my cats like family, give all the information that you need to know and follow up. They charge very reasonable and responsable, I fully recomend

We've been bringing our pets to Crossroads Animal Hospital for years and they have always taken exceptional care of them. Dr. Lerner and Dr. Gordon are excellent and Suzie and the staff are always there to help with whatever you need.

My experience at Crossroads has been excellent. I have had three dogs for several years and they have all been taken to Dr. Mendez at Crossroads. Dr. Mendez is extremely knowledgeable, honest, caring, and very reasonable with the pricing. I feel completely at ease knowing she is taking care of my animals. I recently had my three pound chihuahua, Chiki, go in for surgery and a dental and she came out of it quickly and safely. Even my dogs love her. I could not see myself going to anybody else. All of my family and friends have been referred to Crossroads and all of them love Dr. Mendez. The staff is also excellent! Always friendly and helpful. If I could give Crossroads more than five stars, I would!

The staff is AMAZING. Dr. Mendez is so human and kind and empathetic. She cares for her patients and their human families. I have celebrated having a new dog and mourned the passing of my BELOVED fur babies at this clinic and feel like I am exactly where I need to be for my four legged family members.

I love all of you so much and am in gratitude for finally finding a cure to my dermatitis. For the past 4 years my Mommy tried everything to clear up my skin condition to no success. She tried several other veterinarians and many, many different medicines, topicals and botanicals. She had lost all hope. They bring your dog right back to your car. They are really being supportive during covid. You got to value places like these.

Dr. Gordon and Dr. Lerner are absolutely the best Veterinarians in town and the staff is outstanding, very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. They have my full trust and I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. I wouldn’t take any of my fur babies anywhere else but here. Dr. Gordon saved my dogs life when he became very ill all of the sudden overnight. He was admitted for over a month and received around the clock care. I was allowed and welcomed to stay with him everyday that he was there on a IV and tons of other medication for as long as I wanted to be by his side. I was there everyday, from early in the morning, till late in the afternoon and I got a very up close and personal look at the care every animal received that was brought to them. I knew right away a was in the right place and my Gizmo was in the best hands I could possibly have asked for. He was in need of a blood transfusion and staff member Andrea went out her way to go get her dog Vada from her home to give my dog Gizmo the blood transfusion he desperately need. Talk about compassion!! My little Gizmo is alive and well thanks to Dr. Gordon and everyone that works at Crossroads Animal Hospital. I am so grateful for the love, compassion and care we received and for having my Gizmo by my side today thanks to this incredible an amazing team of doctors and loving staff members.

Wow! Highly recommended Crossroads! They saved me over $4,000.00! I went to West Kendall Animal Hospital on 147th and 88th and they gave me a false diagnosis. They told me my dog needed surgery when in fact. He did not! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and you can feel they care! They aren't trying to simply take your money like other places. Thank you all and I will definitely be back when needed and will recommend in the future! You all are great!
