Is a good clinic and very pacient and they care for animals

Terrible service. The staff had me wait outside for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Called 4 times before getting a response after reading a sign that’s said to call upon arrival. They do not allow anyone inside and do not have any benches or chairs for waiting. I had to sit by the tables of the next door restaurant while my dog was out in the midday heat. Turns out the doctor was out to lunch and they didn’t know when he’d be back. This has been my vet clinic the entire life of my 14 year old dog for yearly shots and needs. After this, I will never be back.

I went with my puppy to the clinic. He was having an allergic reaction but they didn’t identify to what. I followed the treatment as they said. But after 3 and a half week he was still having some lesions in his skin. I send pictures through email to the clinic and call many times to see if the doctor saw the pictures to know what to do. He didn’t respond neither by phone nor by email. I won’t go again and don’t recommend to visit this clinic.

This isn’t the same vet as before. Honestly, so disappointed in this clinic. I’ve been coming to this location with my mom since I was a child and it use to be an amazing clinic. Now they overcharge for all of the services and do not want to allow the customer to buy what they can afford. I brought my cat in to do a checkup and they wanted to charge me $350. I have never been asked to pay so much for a checkup + vaccines. After I told them I could not afford all of the services I said I would just buy flea and worm medicine. They then tried to convince me to get a vaccine and the medicine and I said I had to wait for the vaccines. The vet then said he couldn’t sell me the flea medicine without the $180 bloodwork. Seems like he didn’t want to sell me the flea medicine because i wouldn’t buy the vaccine. So they charged me for a vet visit and for the fecal matter exam and would not let me buy the flea medicine. I will not be coming back here.

HORRIBLE, is the only way to describe them. I sent my dog in for blood work and a neuter. I also already had my dog on pro heart injection that was previously administered by them. When we arrive for the blood work they tell me it's policy that my pet be administered for heartgard and flea prevention for the "health" of the animal ( more like to take as much money out of my wallet as possible). It wasn't until minutes of back and forth that they finally listened to me and decided to check their system to verify that the proheart THEY administered was still active.(they could have hurt my animal with an overdose of heartgard because of their carelessness if I didn't stand my ground.) As for the flea prevention, I went back and forth again telling them my pet was already on Nexgard , but they would not listen so I had to buy Bravetco from them just so we could get on with the blood work. (A few days before this I took them for an annual check up and round of vaccines and they never mentioned this was going to happen, otherwise I would have prepared and brought proof of my receipt of Nexgard). Finally, the day of the neuter for my pet comes and when I receive him everything looks well, until I inspect further and see they gave him horrible razor burn from clipping too close against the skin to remove hair and the clippers being too hot. So now my pet is suffering extra during recovery. On top of that, they wrote down a price for the blood work of 80 dollars and then when I arrive for the blood work they say it's 120. I don't care about the price, I care about the fact that they say one thing yet do another. This place USED to be affordable and had trust worthy staff. Now I am disgusted by them. I am going to another clinic from now and I could care LESS about it being more expensive as long as they are honest, upfront, and properly care for my animal. I am never working with these unprofessional thieves again. Thanks (below is a photo of my pets razor burn)

Not what it used to be! Very disappointing ????

They take great care of my senior dog every time I come here. My dog is 12 years old and went under surgery for a tumor and everything went smoothly. He is doing amazing and that is thanks to the amazing care of the staff here. The pricing is also very reasonable. 10/10!!

One of the best vets I’ve ever been to! They took care of my senior dog and made sure all of his vitals were right before taking him into surgery. Happy to say that he made it out alive and is in better shape than he has been in the last five years. My only complaint is that some of the vet techs could use some more customer-service skills. I understand some customers can be difficult, but projecting to others is not the way! I’m very glad that the doctors are professional and have shown to be effective in bettering the health of my dog, otherwise I probably would not have returned.

I’ve been taking my fur babies (5) to Dr. Cruz for years since the time he was at Gomara near the Grove. I trust him and Yuni implicitly. They’ve handled the pandemic really well and have an excellent protocol in place.

Love the service. They're quick to check on your pets and take care of everything for me. I didn't even have to tell the vet what the problem was. My pet came out medicated for the condition that was barely visible on her and they sent me home with something to calm her itching and biting. Great vet!

I have been coming to this practice for over 4 years and continue to do so because of how honest, friendly and caring the Dr and staff are towards my pets! Truly the best practice for your fur baby needs! And I’ve been through the changes in Doctors and they have all been amazing! (Changes due to retirement)

Please do not come here, they took my dog and put vaccinations that I didn't even ask for. They will rob your money.

Took my begal to Banfield for almost two years for a skin condition. Tried everything the veterinarian told us. Could never get it under control. Decided to try some where else. Soon as we walked in the veterinarian knew what to do. Less money and fantastic results. No complaints. Friendly staff.

They are nice. But expensive

First time visiting and was happy with the doctor and technician, also their prices are very reasonable. Definitely staying there!

Excellent staff. Dr. Cruz is awesome. They did everything perfect to help me with the overseas move requirements for my dogs.

My experience with them has been very good. They give good service. The doctor and his staff show kindness and concern for their patients. The place is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. The waiting time is minimum.

The service was great and Dr.Cruz is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally recommend it.

Dr Cruz was very professional and went out of the way to call a 24 hr animal clinic to let them know my dog needed surgery for bladder stones . I soon as I got there they took me in . My Vet ,did not treat my dog correctly , and almost died . Thanks to Dr Cruz for going out of his way and caring . Thank you Dr Cruz .
