They treat my dog like he's one of their own. They love the animals they work with and it shows. in the amazing care they provide. Excellent vet!

This clinic lost my dog’s skin allergy test and didn’t provide any resolution. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They need to stop lying by replying “they don’t know” each customer that posts a bad review. Petty and unprofessional.

Words can hardly express how disappointed I am with this vet's office. Notice how I did not use the word hospital because one would assume that a hospital is a place where people care for others' health and well-being. This office is adequate if you need a shot or some expensive advice... but if you are looking for ACTUAL CARE, I would not recommend this place. After spending ungodly amounts of money bringing our dogs in for regular visits and checkups and getting our annual vaccinations, these people will not lift a finger for us when our pups needed immediate medical attention. I know everyone loves their pets, and many people are like me, who consider their pets as members of their families. I do not expect everyone to love my pets or my family as much as I do... but I do expect some level of professionalism, respect, and CARE for a client from a veterinarians office who advertises itself as a hospital when it is anything but that. If you are looking for someone to give your pet their shots and are not looking for anything further, Bustillo's Veterinarians Office will suffice. I do not, however, recommend this place for any services that extend past yearly vaccinations, as they lack the passion and empathy most would expect when you ask someone to care for your pet.

We have been long time customers of Bustillo animal hospital. Our 2 dogs Bailey and Lola are always treated will love, care and kindness. Our last visit was an at home visit with Dr. Wiese and his tech. They went above and beyond with their care of Bailey, due to him having an infection that needed special attention and treatment. After the initial at home visit, the office returned later in the day to be sure his cone was properly attached and to drop off additional meds. We couldn't be happier with Dr. Wiese and his staff. Such a convenience to be able to have a house call vet reducing all the stress of a normal vet clinic. Dr. Bustillo is so compassionate and patient with our sweet Magnum. I can not give enough praise to the tender love and care he gives! He always makes Magnum feel comfortable and safe which we love because he normally does not do well with strangers. I have brought my pup here twice (for emergencies) in the last 3 years and both experiences were great! The staff is extremely friendly and understanding-which is great when you are panicking about whatever is going on with your pet. They take the time to find out what's wrong and seem to genuinely care about the well being of your pet. I definitely recommend them.

I've lived in several places in Miami, and had many vets for my 13 year old pug, and Dr. Emilio Bustillo is hands-down the best by far. Everyone from reception to the techs to the vets is kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and they never leave you feeling in need of more attention or information. My dog has had routine check ups, an ultrasound, dental cleaning and tooth extraction, blood work, and other tests, and Dr. Bustillo has handled everything beautifully. They explain everything clearly, lay out option, keep in telephone contact if you have to leave your pet there, and are clear about costs, without any surprises. Highly recommend.

When we brought home our 2-year-old rescue dog last July, we picked Bustillo Animal Hospital as our veterinary center based on the great comments from our friends. Everyone under that roof really gets animals and the humans who bring them in. The quality of care is superb, and I can trust them in their recommendations re insurance, flea protection, etc. Max's doctor, Dr. Johan, is a GREAT clinician. My guess is you will love your doctor too. It's that kind of place. You just can't go wrong.

It is so nice to see a vet who seems to appreciate your pet as much as you do. Dr. Bustillo is both knowledgeable and experienced. He helped me with serious health concerns with my previous dog as well as general care and behavioral issues. I have been going to Bustillo Animal Hospital for years with both of my large German shepherd dogs. All of the doctors that treated my dogs were good, but Dr. Bustillo is the BEST. He has always been attentive and accessible! If I needed him and left him a message, he always got right back to me. Even while on vacation. I felt secure in his hands with my large babies. I have recommended someone recently to Bustillo and they love them too. One of my 12 year babies just died, I bought her to Dr. Bustillo and they loving took care of her for me. I have been using Dr. Emilio Bustillo as Vet for my Bernese Mt. Dog ever since he was a puppy. I have 10000% confidence in him and his team at the Bustillo Animal Hospital for all of my pet's needs. I took my cat in for constipation, as well as a general check-up. Dr. Bustillo was incredibly helpful in explaining all the details of what they would do to help Mr. Frost. I have been to several vets in the past and this is by far the best experience I've had. He explained not only the procedures, but why they would be beneficial and showed all cost estimates upfront. He then took the time to talk about how I could help him with minor diet adjustments and other things that truly showed the measure of his commitment to making sure I felt comfortable with the handling of my furry BFF.
