AEC is the BEST emergency vet clinic in Miami. My dog was peeing blood every 15 min, it was late at night, I got so scared and took him to AEC. They are very organized and never lied about the waiting time that was not bad, 90 min. They did all tests and RX and came out to be bladder stones and surgery is needed to remove them. The doctor came in person to the car to explain everything that was going on, he is SO NICE ! he transmits good energy, he made me feel so much better, the staff, ALL OF THEM are awesome, I highly recommend this emergency clinic, the best!

I brought in a pit mix that I adopted and was having symptoms of a cold. They were super nice and fast. Dr. Williams and the staff were very friendly and compassionate. I am happy to have found them and would take any of my dogs there without a doubt in case of an emergency....

Employees are super rude. They have a lady working the night shift who will literally scream at you. Don’t visit this clinic!

The best veterinarian!! Currently having 7 dogs and being an animal lover. I have had to see many Vets and Vet ER's and I can tell you Dr Williams and his staff are the best. We have so much faith in him and his staff that we only trust them. If you want Honesty and Excellence AEC is were you need to go.

I would not recommend this vet to anyone, don’t waste your time coming here they will not help you or your pet. Horrible experience.

They do not care about your animal. Lady who answered phone is incredibly snobby in the face of what could be your dogs dying moment. They primarily prioritize getting your money. If you are loaded I can see why they might be good but trust me when I say, at least as far as the woman who answers the phone, SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. SHE WANTS YOUR MONEYA... typical.

Knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Brought in my dog as an emergency. Dr Williams immediately knew was was wrong which was later confirmed by the X-ray taken. My little guy was taken in for an emergency surgery which thankfully had no complications. He is now doing great at home. Chris kept me informed throughout the whole process. The service they provided was excellent. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Williams, Mary Ann and their entire staff are amazing! I have taken my pets there since they opened. They are my regular vet and I love the convenience of being able to schedule evening appointments. They all truly care for the patients!

I took my dog in to get an annual physical examination. His vaccinations were due and we also took a sample of his poop to get examined. They took my dog and his poop for his check up. I called a few days later because we hadn’t received the heartworm pills and learned from the receptionist that according to their chart, we had declined a bunch of tests, including the analysis of the fecal matter, which we never did. There reply when we said we hadn’t declined those tests was “you should’ve asked for the tests you wanted done”. I guess they expect the dog owner to be a veterinarian and specifically state which exam the veterinarian should do. I’ve been there several times. My first ever visit was great and I remember it well. Unfortunately, since then , I’ve seen the facilities service steeply decline and I feel their interest has become more financial rather than in helping people’s pets. It’s really a shame what the place has become Dr. Williams. You were my dog’s go to place, but it’s difficult to trust anymore.

AEC is the best place to care for your animals. They offer the best customer service while providing quality care to your fur babies. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

So grateful such caring people are available after hours. We had a puppy emergency and Isabella and Kris met us at the designated emergency parking spot. One brought her in to the doctor, and the other explained the process and cost estimate. They kept us updated the entire time. The doctor carefully explained everything and our puppy is improving every day.

AEC is amazing!! Dr. Williams is the best not only for emergencies but also for regular visits!! My English bulldog had parvo as a puppy. Dr. Williams saved him!! Now I take my guinea pigs there too and he is wonderful with them.

Dr. Williams, Kryzell and the ENTIRE staff of AEC are absolutely incredible. I live in doral and travel to the Pinecrest area for them! The staff is compassionate and loving. They remember my babies names every time we go. When we have had arrived with emergencies. The drs and staff have always attended to us when we come in scared and make sure we are getting updates while our fur babies are in the back. They always call and check up after procedures, surgeries, and even after Our routine checkups. The staff are thorough when explaining what is happening, will happen, how to take care of the fur babies and treatments when the dr is busy. Any questions the staff and dr are open to hear and answer. Also, when our oldest of the fur kids had been bitten by a tick and got sick dr Williams went through every possible route to ensure that we would get her better. And he did just that. Although the staff and drs are thrown into stressful, overwhelming and scary procedures since they deal with animals who don’t speak, hearing the love and care they have to not allow Animals to suffer and give them the fullest life possible is a gift. They make sure to be honest and kind with anything they share with their patients and PAWrents. AEC will always be the top notch of clinics and my highest recommendation for anyone who wants to have the vet be a place of love and not fear for their fur babies. They are my FURever life savers. Dr Williams is the best, my Shih tzu was having a bad allergy, I took him to various Vet but he kept getting the same allergy until Dr Williams saw him and now hi is allergy free.

I had a wonderful experience with this emergency clinic. My maltipoo was very well taken care of. The best was that wait time was not at long as in all the other emergency clinics that I called that day. Others had a 3 to 4 hour wait and I didn't have the luxury to wait that long and neither did my puppy. The Vet was very professional and I will not hesitate to take her there again.

Not much of an emergency vet when you don't have a doctor until 6pm! Not a single vet in south FL can help my dog today and your 24hr "emergency" clinic was the last hope. Guess emergencies have to wait until 6pm. Staff was rude on the phone "other vets are open take her to one of them" WOW

We needed emergency services for our dog and this was the first clinic that came to mind. They’re popular because they are available so late for emergencies. Staff was very attentive and other customers were friendly and recommending the location when we came. The front staff member (I believe her name was Karen) was so nice and genuinely cared about all animals and their parents. Dr. Williams was so nice and saw us quickly after we were taken to the room. All staff members I met were so caring, I wish I would’ve gotten their names to thank them. They had different types of treatment plans (of varying budgets) to help animals and their owners, and gave us all the options needed for us to make informed decisions. We are very grateful for the Clinic and all staff.

I’ve visited this clinic many times with my 2 large dogs and have been pleased with the quality of care as well as the professionalism of the doctor and staff. Dr Williams and his staff have treated my dogs for everything from an emergency bowel surgery to a skin infection. Highly recommend!
