The staff is super friendly, helpful and very professional. My favorite tech there is Valentina she treats my Raya and Chico like if they were her own. She always treats us like family. Raya loves her hugs and kisses. Dr. Ranset Diez Is very professional and you can tell he is a true pet lover every time he sees Raya he hugs her and treats her like family. In my opinion he is the best doctor I’ve ever had the chance to meet. I feel he is always doing the best for Raya’s health. I trust him 100% with my pets. Thank you all for being so great!

I was a walk- in for the first time and I was grateful to find this clinic. I am very pleased with their excellent service and caring staff, specially, Dr. Diez was amazing, he took care of my miniature schnauzer very well and he explained to me everything I should know about my baby's condition with a lot of patience and compassion. I brought my cat here since he was having a coughing issue for weeks. The staff were very caring, compassionate, and made sure my little guy felt comfortable during the entire visit which I really appreciate. My cat is doing much better now, I highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a reliable vet.

Excellent veterinary service. Clean, clean, and clean. Great space not congested with over crowding patients. Staff is the best. Very impressed with the Veterinarian, especially considering the grave condition of my dog. Very attentive, and his diagnosis was spot on. Prices were very reasonable. Service was quick and efficient.

WE have been going to Dr Carballo for about 5 years now. The staff is super friendly and they treat our princess with premier attention and give her love. We also used to take our beloved cat Angel, but unfortunately he had to be put to sleep the office staff and the doctors were very compationted and humane when it was time to let go. We highly recommend Carballo Animal Clinic. Just wished the had and ER for when our pets get sick on the weekends.

I would give MORE than 5 stars if I could! Everything started when I brought my precious Khloe about 8 month ago to Carballo Animal Clinic for a 3rd opinion since Khloe was having "back pain". Dr. Diez checked her and did some x-rays and found some fluid in her thorax and her back was perfectly fine so that was not the issue. Dr. Diez advised me to run a few tests on Khloe to see what was the issue and the results were that she has lung cancer. I have done EVERYTHING I could for Khloe to be good, comfortable and with no pain but it's been a challenge since what she has it's one of the worse cancer an animal can have. The doctor and the stuff have been super good to Khloe and every time I call for an opinion, to refill a medication or because I want to take her to see the doctor they always get back to me and they try their best to help my precious Khloe. They are always busy but they always try to help all the animals that go there. I am very thankful for the doctor and the staff. I wish we can have more animal clinics like this one. People please be patient sometimes, I know we get desperate when we see our animals suffer or when we don't know what they have but give them a chance because the doctor and staff will try to do their best to help our precious animals. Dr. Diez and staff, Khloe and I are very grateful and thankful for everything you do for all the animals and have done for Khloe.

We took our senior dog to Carballo Animal Clinic for a total checkup, as she has been feeling very bad lately. What a great vet and staff. They are truly dedicated to the welfare of animals and do not push unnecessary medicines or treatments on you, as sadly, so many vets do now-a-days. We will be getting the results soon and the Vet recommended (for now) some over-the-counter medication for what seems to be gastritis. We were so pleased…can’t say enough.

I love this animal clinic, they are professional and caring staff, i used to bring my little yorkie Lilly here and after she crossed the rainbow bridge i adopted a cat i bring her here for checkups and vaccines. I recommend their service ...you are going to be as pleased as me. Also their prices are acceptable.

They did not have an appointment available and told me to take my dog to another emergency room

On 2/24/2021 We had to make the toughest decision, to put our beloved Lachy ( 1 st photo ) of 12-13yrs to sleep...Dr. Ranset Diez helped us make the Compassionate decision after searching high and low for the culprit that made our Lachy terribly sick.... Now we have found a Baby Lachy ( 2nd photo ) to remember him every single day and we are taking him to the Wonderful Staff at Carballo...Thank You Dr. Diez, Ileana, Iraida, Valentina, Ana, Anisleidys....Forever Grateful....

Love everyone at Carballo. The environment is so nice. While Dr. Carballo sr and Jr are not there they have an amazing vet as well there. Dr. Ranset Diez is a great vet with a pure heart for our pets and a very straight forward pragmatic approach along with kindness. Super happy to drive past many other clinics on my way there and not even tempted to look to the side. So as long as he lives this is where my Zeus goes.

Dr. Carballo and staff are the greatest. Our furry kids are treated VIP every time we visit. If you get the chance to ever go to Carballo Animal Clinic, you'll find out that every individual working at this office really cares and love what they do. I have been visiting this office for over 10 years and trust me you won't get disappointed if you visit. And not I am not related to any members of this place although it would be amazing. Great vet amazing service we come all the way from Pembroke because we love Dr Carballo

We took our dog Pepper for an opinion recommended by our primary Dr. Perez because our dog had been limping. Dr. Dominguez saw him and he diagnosed him even before the x-rays. He recommended surgery of the knee and we decided to do surgery on the same day. Our experience was very pleasant. Doctors and personnel were very helpful and understanding. We felt confident when we left him. I recommend this clinic and the staff. We are very grateful to God and to them that our Pepper is feeling much better and recuperating well.
