The staff was very attentive and understood what my pet was going through they were very cost effective and only advised on test my cat NEEDED. They are truly compassionate and I definitely will be taking my pets here Everytime. The holidays will be happy because of them .

The people that work there are super rude. Service is slow they don't care about your pet or you they try to extract as much money from you as they possibly can. I'm not a adult but I wasn't dumb enough to give my dog 800 dollars worth of scans. Heartless extortive people.

I do not recommend this place. Took my pet here and waited at least 2 hours both times even though i had an appointment. Was seen 2 hours after my appointment time, even though i arrived before my appointment time. Seems like bad management. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is. Have never experienced this at any vet before. Also, called to ask the dr a question since my pet was feeling sick after an injection, and nobody called me back after they took my information. This was to ask a question a week after she had been seen. I had to call again, and was told to just bring her in to be looked at. Never got to ask the dr a question on the phone. Not a good experience. Will not go there again.

My dog BamBam needed surgery to remove a mass that was almost 4lbs. The delicate way Nancy/Dr. Paco/Dr. Mandy took care of him was nothing short of amazing. They put at ease all of my concern and cared for BamBam as if he was their own. They were truly blessing and gave me my dog back!!!!!

My dog cut his paw and the Vet was able to see us that same day patched him up gave him antibiotics and set us up with a follow up appointment. Very pleased with our visit there.

friendly and professional staff that will take care of every medical need your pet may have. I can say nothing but good things about this place and their veterinarian's, my two doggies have been treated here for years from allergies to surgical procedures and the result has been amazing.

I think their prices are higher than normal and the doctor doesn't spend much time, in and out.

I took my cat there last minute two fridays ago, she had a bee stinger or a piece of wood stuck in her eye. They checked out my cat, took out what was lodged in her eye and she came home an hour later. Also we did not have a cat carrier and they were kind enough to lend us one as long as we needed it no charge. The employees behind the desk were also extremely nice and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for my animal care.

I had a great experience here with my puppy Moana. She was coughing and gagging a lot, and they were great and professional diagnosing she has bronchitis. They gave me all the antibiotics and other vitamin supplements to help her recovering fast. I believe prices are fair. The clinic is extremely clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes with appointment. I highly recommend this place if you want excellence service for your pet.

Don’t go to this clinic EVERRRR!!! They take your dog eyes out!!!! This has happened a couple of times already!!

If you love your pets DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!! they show no sympathy for your loved one and treat them horribly. Animals leave here almost traumatized.The manager is also so disrespectful to the owners. If I could leave this place 0 stars I would.

I recently took my pet to MSAH and received 5 star treatment. Everyone was very attentive and the doctor and technician were extremely knowledgeable.

We asked for a teeth cleaning service and they told us $300 when we got there, they changed the price to $489 they’re excuse was that they have a lot of people picking up the phone. I would suggest to provide right prices or to train better the staff to avoid these kind of problems.

Best vet clinic there is in miami by far, they are excelent at atteding my cat Simba he enjoys going to the vet and seeing the staff, excelent service and very organize, clean... These is a place that really loves there patients

My English Bulldog has had an allergy for a while and he had an issue with his tail. We have been to several vets but no one of them target the issue correctly until we came to this place and Paco took care of Martin. After one week martins allergies and infections are gone. We came back for a check up and the staff member were fantastic, took care of my dog super quickly and the most efficient way. I finally feel extremely comfortable with a vet and definitely taking martin back to this place every time he needs medical attention. Thank you all!!
