Great place to satisfy allof my multiple pet requirements. Feeders fish for my Oscar good suze and moderate price. Food and filters for tank always in stock. Cat food toys and collars in stock. Cat litter is of the highest quality and I have no issues with their recommendations of ckean paws and fresh step with freebreeze keeps my apt free of unpleasant odors. My dog food keeps her healthy of good weight. Very energetic and in good temper. No corn wheat or soy high protien Victors for seniors food. Both cat and dog enjoy the their treats.

I’d give 5 stars because of Bruce’s and Kelsey’s attention and care, they give excellent service. However, Natalya, the girl with the black and orange hair needs to learn how to deal with people even if she works in an animal shop.

Very nice and homey. Helpful, gentle staff who genuinely care of giving you a good service making sure you and your pets are happy. Definitely recommend may not be as expensive as the Petco, however definitely worth to check it out.

Costumer service is Trash. The Aquarium area is sad looking. Fish are sick with black spots. Nobody taking care of the animals. Nobody wants to help. Employees seemed to be annoyed. Do not let them take the fish out of the tank with a net. That is hurtful for the fish. It removes their outer coat. Making them vulnerable to new waters. I asked one of the guys (employee) if they prefer to hurt the fish in the process. The guy said yes. I don’t understand how people like that are allowed to work with animals. Sad world.

Bruce was great. We purchased a reptile tank and he helped us take it to our car. The place is quiet and organized with items for cats, dogs, rabbits, and other small animals. They also sell pets like rats, mice, ferrets. They were not carrying cats to adopt when we went may 16th.

I bought two fish from here and they are so awesome I also always buy food for my cats here. Good customer services and good quality food
