My cats and I love Waggy Tail Pet Care! They've been my go-to cat sitters for several years now, and it was entirely worth the price to upgrade from the "friend favor" cat-sitting system. With Waggy Tail, everything has always been very professional, friendly and reliable. They provided the lockbox for my door before the first visit, and we just reuse that one each time. I love the reports after each visit, which always include a little description on how the visit went, as well as photos of my cats, their cleaned litter boxes and their refilled foods. When I'm out of town, getting those report emails is the highlight of my days. I totally recommend Waggy Tail to cat owners in Miami Beach.

I've been using Waggy Tail for over 6 months and they are great! The walkers give detailed summaries and pictures of every walk and show lots of love to your fur baby. I was super nervous about leaving my puppy at home, but they make you feel very comfortable. Great service!

Michelle at Waggy Tails took care of our Bulldog for an extended weekend. She made sure to send us lots of photos and videos and it was obvious Louie had a great time! He was a happy boi when we picked him up. Will be using Waggy Tails again when we travel. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Michelle at Waggy Tail was amazing! Our 3 year old bulldog has gone through a history of medical issues, and we are very picky when it comes to who we leave him with. He spent the weekend at Waggy Tails, and was well taken care of. Lots of photo and video updates were provided to us during his stay, and it looked like he was having so much fun! Michelle was very responsive via text and call, and truly seems to love animals. We will 100% be using Waggy Tail when we need a sitter for our next vacation.

My girlfriend and I are what you would call "overprotective" of our two small dogs. We are very picky about who we will allow to watch over them, because we demand and expect a very high standard of care. Two side notes: 1) Our dogs go nuts when they see Michelle, which is a great sign. 2) She recommended a fantastic groomer to us. She knows her stuff!

Michelle, Amber, & the rest of the Waggy Tail team have been so great with my big labradoodle Lucy! We just moved to the Flamingo Park neighborhood, & I was anxious about finding someone to help me care for Lucy. Michelle instantly put my mind at ease, taking Lucy to the dog park for many many rounds of fetch during her first few visits. I feel confident that Lucy is in good hands with the Waggy Tail team, & it makes me so happy to know she is getting out & having some fun while I am away at work. I also really enjoy receiving detailed reports & photos from each visit. It is also incredibly easy to schedule visits via their online portal or App on your smartphone. Michelle was amazing with our pup Riley. This place is unlike any other doggy daycare. I've been using Waggy Tail for over a year for walking and boarding. I originally wanted a service to walk my older dog while I was at work, (since he looooves walks) and for overnights, because I travel for work. He loves all of the Waggy Tail walkers and is so relaxed and happy when I get home! They are also great with my new puppy, even cleaning out her crate when needed! I know there are lots of options in the MB area, but I'm really happy I chose Waggy Tail. They genuinely seem to care about my pets, the walkers are all super friendly, and their interface is easy to use. Plus, they send you a cute report card with photos and notes to let you know how your pet did on the visit!

Best pet care and walks ever. Daily reports with professionally taken pictures, truly personalized care and genuine dog love! This company is wonderful. We moved to Miami Beach and needed to find dog walker. Our dog is a bit fussy, timid and was freaked out with his new environment. Setting up the meet and greet with the owner, Michelle, was easy. The meeting went well and I knew we had to give her company a try. Our dog loves, loves, loves Amber. He leaves with her without any hesitation. Our cat really likes her too. And she sends me pics and info on how the walk went. I’ve never had a pet care company be so thorough. You can tell they love animals and treat your fur-babies well. Their system is easy to use. Their response time is fantastic. I recommend Waggy Tail Pet Care 100%.

When I moved to Miami in December 2018, I was in a panic because I could not find a reliable dog walking service that covered Downtown. I'm from NYC and not about to leave my 12 year old dog with just anyone, or give just anyone access to my apartment. My experience with pet businesses in Miami has been overall pretty disappointing - people wouldn't call me back, sounded shady over the phone, etc. Enter my savior: Waggy Tail. Michelle and team were extremely professional and responsive from Day 1. Michelle came over to my apartment to meet and greet my dog and thoroughly explained how the service worked, so I could get comfortable leaving her and her team to care for my dog. Her service is GPS-tracked, so I can see when they are entering and leaving my building, and they always leave notes on their internal portal letting me know how the walk went. They have always been on-time with walks and responsive to any last-minute needs. I've also used Michelle for dog sitting at her home in Miami Beach, and my dog seems to love it. I feel extremely lucky to have found Michelle and Waggy Tail where I feel like my dog is in caring hands. She's terrific and runs a great business - I highly recommend Waggy Tail.

Michelle has a magic touch with dogs, which is clearly influenced by how much she loves them, how intuitive she is to their needs, and how sweet she is with them! My dog Juju LOVES her more than almost anyone on earth! She gets so excited every one Michelle comes to get her! There are not many people I trust to leave my dog with but Michelle is simply the best. I use her quite frequently and can't ask for a better sitter for my pup. She has a few dogs of her own and great house with a fenced in yard for all the dogs to play. Your dog will never be alone there. My pup loves it there.
