My wife took our dog in for an facial abscess and they did a great job taking care of it. They took out the problem tooth and were very communicative and our dog has had zero issues after the surgery. Very friendly staff.

Excellent care for my dog

It is with great sadness that I write this review, We have been going to Collins animal clinic for 50 years. Obviously it has changed hands a couple times. But I called today because my cat is sick and I'm concerned it will pass immediately The lady who answered, Doctor Bongers wife Jackie said the best she can do is 3 days out. I don't think I'm anyone special but after 50 years of business you would think you could make a spot. So today we moved all our records To a new doctor she never even bothered to ask why. To me that shows that she really doesn't even care.

Been taking amazing care of our puppy-girls for years! Highly recommend for your furbabies care!

I have taken every animal I own here… tried another veterinarian in the area and was just spending on unnecessary test.. found this group and have stayed with them… pricing is more then fair.. loving kind knowledgeable…. Had a emergency today with a dog having a allergic reaction… walked in.. no appointment.. was seen immediately… Staff is excellent.. Outstanding Definitely Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience at Collins Animal Hospital was great! My dog actually liked going!

My family and I have been bringing our dogs here for over 20 years now and Dr. Bongers is great. However, Jackie, who works in their front office is rude, unaccommodating, and down right does not care about Dr. Bongers customers. My dog is in extreme pain and routinely receives shots there when her allergies flare up. Every other time I was able to be accommodated by Stephen and seen for an appointment that takes all of 5 minutes. However, today was not the same. I was told there was no more appointments regardless if it's an emergency and my dogs in pain, she would still have to wait until Monday. After 20 years of being a loyal customer, she couldn't find a time at all to work my dog in that day and didn't even care about the situation. Sadly this wasn't the first time I have received this behavior from her and have brushed off her brash attitude in the past. A vet I have never even been to was more then happy to move things around in their schedule to work my dog in, but not my vet of 20 years. Speaks volumes about their customer service and just completely disappointed..

Doctor and his staff are nice people. Didn't have to wait too long either. Thought it was a great experience.

We absolutely love Collins Animal Hospital and Dr. Bonger's and his staff. Our fur babies have been seen by Dr. Bonger's for many years now. Although there are veterinarian offices closer to our home, we travel the 30 minutes to have the skill and care that is offered here. Dr. Bonger's treats our pets as if they were his. I enjoy watching how he interacts with our pets. You can tell that he really does care. I would have to say he is the best in the area hands down.

Had our dog spayed and the staff was very professional/friendly/knowledgeable with zero wait time. They made my dog feel loved while she waited in recovery. I was glad that there were only a few other people there at a time. We are new to the area and had visited Merritt island animal clinic where we felt like a number in a vet mill - so happy we switched to Collins!! My bill out the door was also about $200 less than the procedure would have cost at the other clinic. Impressed with the value of Collins as well! No need to look anywhere else.

Dr.Bongers is truly amazing!! My mom and I have been going to him for all of our pets since we moved here in 1999. He has such a way with animals and always wants what's best for them! I highly recommend coming here!

Collins Animal Hospital has always taken great care of my cats and my dog. Dr. Bongers is very thorough in explaining things and my skittish animals do well with him which says a lot. His staff are great with my fur family also and are very helpful. I highly recommend Collins Animal Hospital.

Hands down the best vet I have ever had. Very personable staff and excellent care. We bring all of our new critters in to them.

All the staff and the doctor are awesome. My 2 cats are new patients of Dr. Bongers and I was completely overwhelmed at the personal attention and depth of knowledge of Dr. Bongers and his tech. All exam and treatment was carried on in the exam room with me present. So nice to find a vet who is not "too busy" to deliver quality care.

My siberian husky was injured in an automobile accident and the insurance company agreed to pay the bill the Animal Hospital would not see or administer any services to my dog all for money all for money animal hospitals are not for animal rights they're out for the big Almighty buck

Dr bongers is great- we love everything about him. His front desk lady not so much- asked for someone , anyone to look at my dog and make sure he is going to make it to the 2 o’clock appointment they tried to force on me as I sat there watching my dog die... waited outside of there office until opening only to be told come back at 2... then found island animal who is getting me in right away. They need my animals records from Collins - no one answers their phone after several calls had to load my dog back up and drive there only for the secretary to again get an attitude when I tell her of this. Never going there again

Dr. Hank was phenomenal!! Did a complete checkup of our new puppy and it was like he had an instant connection with her! Very nice, helpful and informative staff! Our vet of choice hands down!
