Always awesome wouldn’t go anywhere else!

New to area and so glad we found Viera East. Very impressed with all of the staff, they’re professional and personable. Took the time to review my pets records and were prepared for our appointment.

I can't say enough about this veterinary clinic. They saved my husky doing a live saving surgery. Because of them I will have a few more years with her. The whole staff is kind and compassionate. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend them.

We took our dog there in the last 2 weeks and decided on a treatment plan. My husband called last week to make our appointment to begin our pups treatment. We were given an appointment (that required our dog to be given anesthetic) for this morning (11/22) at 9:30 am. We were given no instructions as to pre-arrival (i.e. don't feed him). My husband called last week to ask if we had any special instructions. The person who answered the call just confirmed our appointment. When he inquired further, they said they would call us back. As of this morning, no call back. Called the clinic to let them know how dangerous we found this only to be told we don't have an appointment. How ridiculous!!! If we didn't have an appointment, why did the person answering the phone confirm only the appointment and wouldn't they have said, I don't see an appointment here for you? We will not be returning here and urge others to think twice if you pet needs more than a routine checkup.

This was my first visit and I was so happy! The staff was very professional. Dr. Basabe is a wonderful veterinarian. He answered all of my questions. He was very caring towards my dog. You could tell he truly loves animals. The tech who came to get my dog was so sweet and made my dog feel comfortable. I highly recommend Viera East Veterinary Center to others. Thank you. This was my second visit. My dog had surgery on September 3rd, 2021 with Dr. Basabe. Dublin is doing fantastic! I want to thank Dr. Basabe and all the caring staff! I continue to be so happy with the care my dog receives here. Dr. Basabe and the entire staff are so caring! The vet technicians are also wonderful! I know my dog is in wonderful hands. We are from out of town & Viera East Veterinary Center took us in the day we call when our fur baby was not feeling well. They could have done a bunch of tests to up the bill but they did only what the doc thought was needed. From the initial phone call to the actual visit they were all kind, considerate & professional. I highly recommend. BTW our dog started getting better the next day.

I have been going to this vet for almost 2 years now. They have always been consistently responsive and professional during all appointments and points of contact. The employees are always kind and their app system is amazing when it comes to keep tracking of pet needs and ordering medication/making appointments. I have a busy lifestyle and they are always there to remind me of upcoming appointments and medications.

Being new to the area I didn’t know where to go for Veterinary care. My cat needed care right away so I depended on google. I got lucky as it’s not easy to find an excellent veterinarian. They got me in that day, the doctor is extremely knowledgeable and staff are very kind. I didn’t wait long to be seen and the visit was to the point. I wasn’t pushed for unnecessary testing which kept the cost very reasonable. My cat and I are very happy and I found my new veterinarian with one try. Thank you for all you did for us!!

I can't remember if I've left a review for Viera East Vet but I have been with them since about 2012 or 2013. They initially gave me a tour and told me about their vet clinic. They made me feel welcome and I was happy to bring my cat to them. I adopted my second cat from them. They are always easy to get through to on the phones, everyone has a positive and friendly attitude, and they've always treated my girls well. I recommend them to everyone.

I was so happy to be able to see the vet. They’ve been my Vet clinic for the last 13 years for a reason. Also a huge hug to my girl Tracey who is newer to the practice but has never let me down and handles all my needs and concerns. She is a rock solid member.

This was the first time I have gone to this office with my senior little dog. The Veterinarian Kristen and her assistant Brooke were amazing. Very personable, kind and patient. They took us in to be seen right on time. Kristen came in pretty fast. No long waiting, which I appreciate. The prices seem pretty reasonable. The front desk lady was very sweet too. I highly recommend!!

I am new to the area and found Viera East through Yelp and asking around. I had an appointment with Dr. Bywater and she was very friendly as was the staff. Great art in there too!

Although no one is perfect Viera East really cares. Melanie the office manager really makes sure you have a 5 star experience. The front staff is amazing as well. I know my dog Skye is always getting amazing care.

I absolutely love this clinic. They take great care of all of my rescued dogs who are typically very fearful of vet clinics. My dogs are frequent flyers at the vet so it’s great that they use fear-free methods to make them more comfortable. All of the vets there are amazing and very thorough. All of the receptionists and technicians do an outstanding job as well. I trust all of them for the care of my pups and would recommend them to anyone.

Viera East Veterinary Center has been our vets since at least 2003. No matter what the reason for our visit the doctors and staff are always thorough, professional, courteous and caring. We won't think of trusting the care of our pet to anyone else.

I’m so thankful for your office from Bonnie the receptionist calm me down when my dog was sick and getting me in a reasonable time .the dr going over ever step with me . And even giving me options on my dog Dj treatment plan thank you so much for your office and staff

Melanie the Manager is awsome. I highly recommend them. Staff is great!!

Had to call the place multiple times to have them bring my dog out when they said it was going to be 5 minutes for them to grab her , very rude and not taking care of customers waiting a long time , had to wait for one hour before they came out.

This is truly a very caring and professional veterinary center.

Great experience for me and my cat! I moved down to Florida and needed to find a place for my cat, Smokey to go to. I received a welcome letter from Viera East Veterinary when I moved into my house and they offered a free nail trim with my first office visit. I went online to fill out the new client information over the weekend and by Monday I got a phone call to schedule a time for Smokey to come in. Because of COVID, on the day of the appointment I had to wait in the car, but they were quick to take my call, see Smokey and were done in about 25 mins. I got a call from the Vet afterwards and provided me information on how the appointment went and his recommendations. With pricing of the visit & the experience I had, I will for sure be bringing my pet back.

Great care for our fur babies! They are thorough, gentle, compassionate, and have a beautifully renovated office that includes a cats only area. Very impressive!

My entire family uses Viera Vets! They make me always feel at ease when we have to leave our fur babies while on vacation. They always go above and beyond and make us and our pets feel welcome. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our pets!

The staff were phenomenal and very detailed. They handled my pretty nervous at the vet dog with ease and pleasure. From start to finish at our first visit here the staff was amazing.

This was our first time at Viera East Veterinary Center and Dr. Basabe was awesome! He was very thorough and spent time explaining all of the details of our cat, Boomer's condition, likely outcomes, medications, etc. I got the impression that he really cared about Boomer. Looks like we've found our new vet!

We are new to the area and based on neighbors suggestions we called. They took all three of our fur babies at the same time. One dog and two cats. They were very kind and had excellent communication and customer service.

The staff is super friendly and are a delight to work with. My cat is very scared of new people and warmed up to them immediately I was very impress. I would recommend everyone to them!
