Let me explain why they get 5 stars from me, and honestly if I could give them 10 I would! Both my girls are owner protective and suffer from anxiety. I originally took them to Rockledge Animal Clinic, where they muzzled them and caused them more stress and anxiety in doing so. Both my girls got diagnosed with different diseases about 6 months apart. When I took my sweet Duchess to RAC not only did they muzzle my sick dog, they didn't do labs and misdiagnosed her. I ended up having to take her to the emergency vet later that day and ultimately looking for a new vet for various reasons. I got the recommendation from the girls internist and am so grateful for the advice. They saw my girls separately, never muzzled them or made me feel bad for their nervous behavior which to some was aggressive. I was assured by the specialist and SAC they are not aggressive. Unfortunately I have since lost my sweet Lola but will forever be grateful for the care and kindness she received while in their care. Duchess recently had a check up and again they treated her with nothing but kindness. Thank you to the entire staff at SAC for making a difficult time that much easier ????

Love them so far, gave used for getting my dog up to date on her shots and did a trial boarding for her. Even though she was super excited to see me she wasn't stressed out from the experience which is a plus.

The receptionists were very helpful and kind. We buy our cats Hills cat food there because the nutrious content keeps them healthy. A BIG concern though is the jump of $5.00 for an 8 lb bag of food now costs $50.00! Yikes!

The staff at Suntree Animal Clinic are amazing. Knowledgeable, honest and considerate. I've been using them for 8 years. They've been with me for every life stage and are extremely compassionate when a pet crosses the rainbow bridge.

I like the veterinarian. Super nice. Super helpful and knowledgeable. But I can never leave an office without paying over 2 Benjamins.

My first time coming to Suntree Animal Clinic for my little rescued fur baby Luna. Dr. Sims and staff were very friendly. The check up was done in a professional manner all of my questions were answered.

Came here on vacation from NY bc my old lady was feeling ill. Called on a Monday morning, they saw me that afternoon. I'd called 9 other vets within 30 miles and none could fit us in. They were kind and caring and professional on the phone and in person. I appreciated how covid safe they were. Automated text system made a contactless visit safe. They took Piglet inside and the vet, Dr. Williams, came out with her diagnosis. Masked, she patiently talked and answered questions. I walked away with 2 meds and only $80 lighter. In NY it would easily have cost $150. Money besides the point- they'd have been worth the $150. They even called the next day to check on my girl. So so grateful to them for being amazing!

Very friendly and caring staff and Veterinarian. Compared to what we pay for veterinary services in Alexandria, VA, they are relatively inexpensive. Especially for the quality of care.

The staff at this clinic are fantastic. The veterinarians are all great. They have always done a great job with my pets along with checking up on them. We always get a checkup call after going in for anything besides well animal visits. Boarding facilities are great too. They also let us know they were thinking of us after we lost each of our pets(2 dogs and 1cat) by sending us a personalized card. I would highly recommend them. I had to work with 2 other offices in the area when adopting pets, and I'm glad that I found Suntree Animal Clinic.

My family and myself have been loyal customers of suntree animal clinic for almost 20 years. I went there as a child with my mother. It has been hard for me to decide whether I should write this review or not but so feel that it is necessary. Back in May our Lhasa Apso Oscar began throwing up in the middle of the night. We took him to animal specialty and emergency off of Viera Blvd that night and they could only chalk it up to him having eaten something to hurt his stomach. When we got home he was frantic and pacing so I gave him an acepromazine to calm him down in hopes that he would get sleep. Upon waking up in the morning he was still quite out of it but alert, as it takes that medication about 12 hours to wear off. When he was continuing to puke and having diarrhea of a strange consistency, almost like raspberry jam I called suntree to see if I could please bring him in. This was about 8 hours post emergency vet. Dr. Perez called and said that he would like to keep him for the day but there was nobody there overnight due to the Covid. I left and awaited a call from Dr. Perez. When he did call he said that Oscar was diabetic and that he would like to keep him the rest of the day for fluids. Around 5 that afternoon I returned as told to pick Oscar up. They were quite busy so I waited in the parking lot. After an hour they brought him out to me IV still in arm, having just had raspberry diarrhea again, and completely limp. They told me to give a few hours and if he would not eat take him to emergency vet. If all went well to return in the morning. I waited another 20 minutes to pay and then came home. Once home I realized how severe the situation was as Oscar would not eat or drink and couldn’t stand. He again had the diarrhea. We rushed him down to Eau Gallie Animal Hospital. They came out to get him and then promptly rushed me in to have him put to sleep. On my way down I emailed suntree for the bloodwork and results of the day that they had failed to send me as promised for if I needed to head in. Oscar was 7 years old. He was now deceased, he passed almost instantly. The diagnosis... hemmoragic gastroenteritis. At 2am those results were emailed. I responded simply telling them that Oscar had passed. I resolved to silently pull my remaining animals and try to move on with life. That was until last week I received a bill in the mail for $62.00. Not only did I receive this bill, it was threatening to send it to collections. I was stunned and heartbroken, I felt that it must be a mistake so I called. Allegedly it was charges that had not been put in before I left that day. Charges that were not put in, in the hour and 20 minutes that I waited patiently in my car. They also claimed that I had agreed to pay it when aid brought Oscar back in the morning. Untrue. I asked to speak to somebody about the bill and they informed me that office manager Susan would give me a call that Monday. Over the weekend I thought about the fact that Dr. Perez has never even reached out to tell me he was sorry. Nobody had said that they were sorry. I then decided that I would like to talk to Dr. Sims, that he might like to know what had occurred at his clinic. When I called I was basically refused and passed back to office manager Susan. As she bumbled on the phone and told me that they had sent me three previous bills so was stunned. I have been so good about paying bills there that as a young 20 year old Dr. Sims let me make payments on a surgery for my beloved dog Bubba. She told me that people like to dodge paying and that after three months she does put the collections notice on there. I had received no call and no bill. After a stupid I’m sorry for your loss she got off the phone. I called back a few days later and paid the small bill deciding that my anger and angst was not going to be solved by not paying that bill. My heart is broken. Not only at the loss of my dog, but at the loss of a trusted vet for over 20 years.

I needed a vet after 2pm on a Saturday and these guys were open! I'm glad I called, originally I was just seeking advice but they quickly made arrangements to see my dog after describing her GI issues. They saw her quickly after arriving (with covid precautions I waited in my car) and the doctor called shortly after examining her. He answered all my questions and reassured me with my concerns. They are reasonably priced for the services (meds and exams) while giving me peace of mind that they were doing everything they could for my dog. The Doctor confirmed and explained the proposed treatment before proceeding which I appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and if I didn't have an established vet I do checkups with, I'd go to them. Also fun fact I learned - if you do have your pet's yearly exam with them, they offer 20% boarding during the year. Thank you Suntree Animal Clinic for being professional and timely. Hopefully my dog and I dont have to see you again in the near future for any other emergencies since you took care of this one so well.
