A young girl working here helped me find everything I needed quickly and without breaking the bank. I am excited to bring in my pet one day! Awesome staff and a small but unique selection of toys and foods. Could use more fancy collars/tack!

This is a really nice store with a large selection of quality products. But what makes it even better is the people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will help you develop a program for your dog taking your preferences into account. Michelle has been absolutely wonderful.

This store used to be located at US 1 and the ladies that worked there knew everything. The store moved to Wickham in Melbourne and the lady that works there now does not know anything. Everything that comes out of her mouth when you ask her something is "I don't know" Shouldn't she find out or educate herself about the merchandise if she is going to be working there? I am not going there ever!!! Awful service :(

Incredible service! Walked in just to explore and came out with an orientation and a LOT of free samples even though we didn't buy anything. We're definitely making this our regular pet store.

Staff are always polite and helpful, we get all of our pet food from here! They even have a rewards program that gets you points to redeem for money off your purchases. Definitely worth checking them out!

Today was my first time here and I instantly felt welcomed. I accidentally stumbled upon this store because this is where Incredible Pets used to be, and I thought it was still there. Instead, I am at this beautiful boutique of a store and I am blown away by the natural and healthy food choices for fur babies. I also got a lot of free samples and helpful advice from the lovely women working there. I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on and hopefully I can bring my husky next time.

I called on 2/14 to find out if open next day and told them I had a Reward coupon for $15. They answered yes with hours. Went in today 2/15 and thought my reward was good. It expired yesterday!! I made a mistake on the date and they did not do all they could either; did not ask me last night to check coupon. No they don’t have to but is only good customer service to do so. I have been a customer for years! I’m taking my business somewhere else. Only way I would continue shopping there is if owner gave me the $15 I deserve. Have you ever been late on a bill? Same difference.

I just found this place and am amazed. Great guy runs, owns? it. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great too. Just wished they had more pet lover stuff, like purse calendars, doggie clothes, you know stuff like that, lol. Highly recommend.

Small boutique-style store but packed with lots of goodies for your four legged friends. Prices are little above average, but it is important to note that they carry very high quality products and it is worth a few extra cents to support a local business instead of the monopoly big box stores. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees who are always willing to give my pup a sample of a new product. Genuinely care for the customer and their pet.

Out of towner...Awesome resource for raw , healthy and holistic pet food and supplements! Such a great time talking to the ladies here! I travel alot with my 3 dogs and always make my way into the natural pet stores...this was by far one of the best I have been to!
