I’ve been bringing my pet here for years every time I come I have to wait not a few minutes not a half hour usually about an hour that’s how late they are every single time if not worse I will go elsewhere in the future

I love this place !! I have been taking my 17 yr cat Angel ???????? , She has been with us for 17yrs. Both Mr.Dr.Grisby & Mrs. Dr. Christine Grisby & the staff are A Joy & take much pride in their positions & Harbor City Animal facility ????% Customer Service , Thank you for all you do and I know you will continue to be the BEST!!!! Nothing but positive things to say about all of the staff and vets here. They are very compassionate and have taken care of all of our kitties. One of our redheads had to have surgery a while back and he is doing great today. Give them a call and develop a great relationship with your pets and the vets!

This was my first time bringing my fur baby to this office, and I was very pleased. They're doing curbside service right now because of the corona, but it was still a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I can't speak to their animal care but my neighbor says they're great. When my neighbor went in the hospital and I had to take his dog for grooming The grooming facility didn't exactly have their act together. The administrative staff at harbor City when above and beyond to make sure they got the paperwork they needed even though it was a more difficult process than it should have been. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it.

Absolutely the most wonderful experience we’ve had with our dog! The staff is so friendly and caring. They went above and beyond with our “senior dog” and we are so happy with the “weekend Doctor” and our entire experience!

Dr. Stephen Grigsby is the best! He has been our vet for the past 10 yrs. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. He made room for us last minute when it was time to say goodbye to our fur baby despite his extremely busy days lately. Thank you to you and your fantastic staff!

Moved in from out of town but they saw our cat right away and he had an infection starting so we are grateful! Super friendly, following CoVid guidelines for those concerned and highly recommend!

I just love them, the doctors and the staff are the best. They truly care about your pets, the care they give to them is the best. The place is always nice and clean.

They treat my dogs like they are their own

Nice people BUT. 90% of the time they are way late on the scheduled time. My time is as valuable as any. I’m ALWAYS 15 minutes early to any appointment but then I wait up to 45 minutes in the car with my pet. Not acceptable.

Dr G was very knowledgeable and concerned for my sweet boy. I’ll bring my future pets here also. Unfortunately, my cat didn’t last long enough to receive much of Dr G’s great compassion and care but that was no fault of Dr G.
