Our kitty needed to get established with a vet, so I starting making calls. When I called Wickham Animal Hospital, they were able to make our first appointment the same week. The staff and atmosphere was very friendly. Melissa, the tech was very sweet and kind to us. I was very impressed with Dr Hadley. All very professional but very kind to us crazy pet parents. We (my husband also) are the humans that treat this rotten cat like a child. Thank you staff at Wickham Animal Hospital. It’s a relief to have our kitty established locally.

I love coming here, the staff makes myself and my fur baby feel so welcome every time. I have been seeing Dr. Hadley for years now, and I am happy to go where she goes. I feel like everyone here is very detail oriented and great about following up.

So far my experience with this place is pleasant. They are understanding and helpful.

All the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and treat Daisy (maltese) with the care a senior dog needs. I am very happy with both Dr. Hadley and Dr. Rosen. Both are competent and compassionate.

Took my Bella to see Dr Hadley to update her shots, and to get a check up. Dr Hadley and the staff were wonderful. This is where Bella and her 3 feline siblings will all be going from now on. Have had all 3 kitties to see Dr Hadley, a couple of times. The staff really takes wonderful care of you and your pets.

We took our senior chihuahua in for breathing issues. Dr Rosen came in and did a hands on exam and the recommended X-rays for crackling in his lungs. She diagnosed him and prescribed some medicine and a follow- up in one week. Dr Rosen and her assistant Kailey were both very professional and courteous. They were very attentive while I was explaining our dogs symptoms and also very patient while we got my daughter on the phone to better explain Francisco’s symptoms. Dr Rosen took her time explaining all the options for treating Francisco. We are fully confident in Dr Rosen and her diagnosis. She actually treated our other senior chihuahua who was probably one day away from joining the rainbow bridge. That was 13 months ago and Peanut is still with us and thriving. My hats off to Dr Rosen and Kailey and the staff at Wickham Animal Hospital.

Taking your pets to the vet is never fun financially or emotionally, especially if its an emergency but Dr. Rosen and her staff are professional and nice to deal with.

Hands down the absolute best vet office ever! Dr. Rosen and the other vets are not only knowledgeable but so gentle with pets. The vet techs are amazing and even reception always helpful and friendly. Can't say enough great things about this practice. Been going there for over 10 yrs and never had a bad experience or overcharge.

I took my dog In for an exray for what we thought was an urinary tract infection. Came back as a stone the size of an egg in her bladder. They took her in to surgery on that Monday. Brought her home that afternoon. They called every day to check on her. I couldn’t get her to eat anything. She would only drink water. Started throwing up Saturday. Called in. They took her in to check her. She had bloated. Did exrays. Some of her bladder had died. Back into surgery Saturday afternoon. They kept her till Monday to make sure she was doing good. No set backs. Called me twice a day to let me know how she was. Very caring but professional. Would recommend them for your pets.

We have taken both of our dogs here since moving to Florida. We would NEVER go anywhere else!! I could rave and rave about the staff and their concern, care, and knowledge. BEST vet facility!!

Brought my 8 month old German shepherd, Mickee in today for a wellness exam and to examine her paws because she is chewing them. The entire staff was pleasant and so kind. Mickee is a non aggressive but leash reactive dog and they made sure to get her from room to exit without any animal encounters and made us both feel so comfortable. Mickee enjoyed all the treats and pets. on top of the top tier personalities, Dr. Rosen was able to examine my crazy girl’s paws and provide me with many options to help her feel better. I didn’t feel pressured to do or purchase anything I wasn’t comfortable with and Dr Rosen made sure to thoughtfully answer every single question I had. We will go here as long as we can. Mickee and I thank all the staff for the immaculate care and warm welcome to our forever vet home!

I've been using Wickham Animal Hospital since back when Dr. Steiner used to practice. Since his passing, the hospital has passed into the hands of Dr. Hadley and Dr. Rosen - and their care is just as phenomenal. Dr. Hadley is the primary veterinarian for my cat Odin and is incredibly kind and caring. She's explained every procedure he's had to have done in detail and herself and the staff have always answered any questions of concern. Despite his medical issues, I feel we're always in capable and caring hands with Dr. Hadley and the crew here. I honestly cannot thank them enough - especially during these rough and uncertain times of his condition.

I'd definitely recommend this vet to everyone. She's great at her job and she really cares about her patients. Without a doubt we'd recommend her 100% thanks for everything.

Dr. Hadley has been the only Dr to take care of all my pets. From puppy till the end. She is the only vet I trust and recommend at any and every opportunity. She has great staff and took amazing care of my sweet boy until the end.

My high risk cardio kitty recently had to have several teeth extractions. Dr. Rosen and Teresa (Veterinarian Technician) took excellent care of her. Knowing how terrified I was, they took all the precautions necessary to make sure she was well taken care of. Thank you both so very much for your care and compassion. I have been going here since the original Veterinarian owner and highly recommend them.
