I took my cat 2-3 times in a 2 week span because I knew something was wrong and the vet told me that everything was OK and when I took her somewhere else right after she ended up having asthma and now I’m very worried because they misdiagnosed her and who knows what could have happened if I never took her to another hospital. Definitely never going to banfield ever again.

I wouldn’t bring a goldfish here! During Covid you have to use your fingers on their disgusting machine and their staff it is extremely rude! BEWARE! The most unprofessional people I have ever meet! They just think they’re going to bring your animal in the back and do whatever they want and Nor explain The procedures are going to do on your animal before they give you a bill! I was told to see a dr it starts off at $50! Don’t ever talk to the girl that has short hair that has a rat tail!

It's not about Banfield being the best it's about the people that work at this particular Banfield that makes it the best you all rock every single one of you that work there are absolutely awesome and I never met a vet that was so personalized and attentive to the customers that they have hands down the best, I refer everyone I see to them

I've had my Milo since he was 8 weeks old and on 4/9/2021at 5pm he fell into an eternal sleep. This was the hardest thing to do but the right thing to keep him from suffering. Milo developed congested heart failure, a large mass in his lung and chest wall and other conditions. Dr. Handley and her team supported my entire family during this time. Her team who assisted us was amazing. I miss my Milo, he was a great puppy and lived a great life. Milo was 16 years young. Thank you

I didnt like being yelled at because my dog is 2 pds overweight. Hills stop making his diet food and he does not like the new stuff. I like staff as they are always so nice and helpful.

I found a stray kitten last night and wanted to do a full health check-up, but my primary vet was all booked up until Monday. One of the front desk ladies suggested Banfield. I was nervous at first, especially with some bad reviews I read. Turns out, there was no reason to be. Every person I talked to from the front desk receptionists, the nurses, to the doctor were all nice, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. They responded to all of the questions I had regarding prices and how things worked. They were transparent with everything. The prices are exactly what they should have been for the services I needed. I am very thankful I took the kitten there and will be recommending them to anyone in the area. Thanks for all your help! You made my weekend by taking care of this pretty little kitten I found on the street. Edit: I booked an appointment online for a stray I found and they didn't bother calling to confirm yesterday that I had an appointment today and didn't let me know they'd changed their policy about 3 weeks ago. When I got to the door the woman informed me it would be 4-6 hours because they were only doing drop offs. Excuse me? I have a job to get to that I can't just sit around and wait for most of a work day when that's why I booked an APPOINTMENT to begin with. If I book your time at 8 am, I expect my appointment to be at 8 am, not 12-2pm. This place went from being a godsend in December to being a waste of my time in April. If they had bothered to reach out and confirm/inform yesterday like most practices will, I wouldn't be writing this right now and it would have stayed a 5 star review.

Very polite, handling covid-19 protocol accordingly and safely. They took care of my puppy and gave me all the information needed and instructions in a manner I was able to understand. Love it!!

Brought my cat here for his 9:45 appointment today after they kept him drugged up for 3 days when I arrive at the vet they tell me there's no appointment keep in mind my cat is 15 years old and very skittish So the girl tells me to wait in the parking lot 30 minutes until the doctor arrived keep in mind my cat don't do well in a cage that's why they have her doped up

I took my sick dog there, I was under the impression (based on what was told to me when booking) that my appointment was another time other than what they claimed they had down for me. They claimed I was 15 minutes late (thought I was arriving early) and they would not see my dog under no circumstance and I would have to reschedule. I feel like my dog is just another number to them and there's no real compassion for my pet's life. I will discontinue my wellness plan and will not take any of my pets back to Banfield. If you're looking for a vet that cares for your furry family please do not come here.

Awful experience each time! Staff is super rude, not to mention they drew blood on my dog because they failed to read her chart and realize it happened the visit prior. Also, don’t go anytime near closing time bc they will rush you off the phone and their office! Horrible.

This place is a SCAM!!! They lie just to make some money off you and your pets. They care more about where you buy your flea & heartworm meds and selling you their worthless, overpriced plan than your pets health and well being. Sarah Febbo should be ashamed of her self. She is no “vet”. She’s a joke, useless and unprofessional. The vet I switched to was shocked at her incompetence. Stay away from this place, please!

I love Margate Banfield. The girls in the frontdesk are amazing, they really know what to do, and have so much love with my pet. The doctors are excellent. Very satisfied.

The staff are super sweet. You can tell they all have love for animals. They're also very informative. They took great care of my new puppy. I'll definitely continue with them. Sidenote: love the app which is convenient for making appointments and getting updates.

I am a new dog owner and Banfield has been fantastic. I’ve been to their Lauderhill (Dr. Thomas & Max) and Margate (Dr. Kajatt & Carisa) locations. The staff is warm/welcoming and seems to genuinely care about my pup. They take time to answer my questions (I ask A LOT) & they’re very professional. The doctors always call to speak to me/walk me through any procedures and the nurses are the sweetest. Lauderhill location is also inside a PetSmart & Margate location is next to public so either way, you save a trip! :D

I am grateful for the superior customer service, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. I brought my 17 year old 'puppy' with severe arthritis in for a pedicure. We have good days and better days, today was a good day. Unfortunately, he was unable to get up to walk. Cali and Chrissy came to our rescue in the rain and performed the pedicure outside. My puppy had an accident in the parking lot, which they swiftly cleaned up despite me volunteering to clean up the mess. I truly appreciate the service! They were extremely friendly, tender, and patient with my puppy!

The worst animal hospital I have ever been too. Everytime I brought my puppy in it cost way more than they talked about. Put the puppy on there wellness plan (dont do it btw) and they pushed for her to be spade got it done cost 120$ more than they said now the healing is not going well and they won't see her told me to go to a emergency clinic. Don't waste your time if you care about your pets will be reaching out to there corporate office the worst veterinarian ever not to mention you make an appointment get there a little early they tell you you have to wait until your appointment than they stare at you 20 minutes past your appointment through the window till they finally come out to tell you to wait some more horrible
