The lady that answered the phone ( maybe Nicole Chelsea WHOEVER worked Saturday 9/18) took forever to answer the phone. I called 5 times and she did not pick the phone up and they were not closed. The doctor had left early before 10am she said. I called around before accepting any appointments but ended up calling this place back to do the appointment but after calling numerous times when they aren't busy and aren't closed ticked me off! So not professional and this lady should be fired!!! 0 Starz

This is a scam the once we walk in the ask if u want to pay for a three year rabies when we come yearly it’s 30 dollars extra we decline and then we go in to get his shots and we have to hold are pet while the doctor has a needle we ask can u hold it and they say no he is to strong he’s 17 pound and they said that the only way he is going to get the shots is if we pay 60 dollars for 1 pill to calm him down also we had to put the muzzle on. Just don’t go to this vet

The Doctor is very kind. You can tell he really cares about our pets.

Our experience at this facility was phenomenal. We followed the Doctors orders and started to see results within two to three days unlike the other facility we were at for months seemed like we were going nowhere.

I take both my dogs there. I love the attention my dogs gets. They find out what the problem is and treats it right away. My dogs had 2 different infections and they were better in a week. Their very friendly and kind and caring.

Dr. Lewis has been taking care of my dog I rescued a few years ago and I am very happy with his treatment and care of my poodle. The woman at the front desk is very attentive and nice. My dog had severe dental/oral issues (he was found of the streets and taken in by a shelter) and Dr. Lewis took good care of him and his mouth is no longer an issue. He is missing a few teeth, but no more infection and bleeding, but that just makes him even cuter! I would definitely recommend and will continue to use his services.

I absolutely recommend this clinic for your pets . My parents took our dogs here when I was a little girl and now that I have my own dog I take my toy poodle to them as well. They’ve always been so sweet and not to expensive like most places around the area. If you’re looking for a great vet for your fur babies I highly recommend all critters !!!!

Best vet experience ive ever had . we have been struggling to find a good docter and this is by far the best and most caring place ever . they took excellent care of our nelson and look foward to our follow up visit soon . highly reccomended by a friend and he was so right. Dr Lewis has taken care of our pets for years. He is very soft spoken and gentle. No hard sell here just execellent care by someone who loves "all critters"! Thank you Dr Lewis.

Dr. Lewis was the best vet ever. Unfortunately we moved to another state and we miss the care that Dr. Lewis would give to our puppies and cat. He saved 2 of our pets in 2 different episodes that we were unfortunate to experience. He went above and beyond his capacity to save them on both cases with so much love and respect to our fur babies without charging us a fortune. Friendly staff and we were always well informed about everything. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis!

My daughter and I found two abandoned good morning doves and took them to this wonderful Hospital where we were greeted by a really nice woman that took the birds, knew exactly when they were fed last and had an incredible amount of knowledge with the mourning dove and birds in general. We were so grateful she took the two doves otherwise those doves would have perished. Thank you All Critters, you were our hero that day!

Dr Lewis treated my cats Marty and Snyder for years and years. Their office staff was always professional and very informative to me during a couple of different issues that they had during their life spans. I now have a dog, Jessie that I bring to him and they are just as great as I remember. Dr Lewis is a very compassionate man and treats the animals like they are his children. Another reviewer had wrote about her dog having terminal illness while she was away on vacation and her caretaker trying to call his office to ask what to do on a Saturday. In this case, especially with the dog having such extreme issues I think that the vet should not be blamed for a miscommunication or lack of ability to save the dogs life under such extreme circumstances. Life is fragile and it is understood that your animal is like your own family! However vets and doctors are not miracle workers and they can only do so much. I would recommend Dr. Lewis to anyone I know.

Love my vet. Thorough and reasonably priced. It doesn't have to cost a million bucks to get good veterinarian service . The staff is wonderful too! Thank you All Critters

We have been using Dr. Lewis for almost 18 yrs. He has taken care of our 4 dogs and cats and cares deeply about providing the proper treatment for our pets. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis.
