PetSmart Boca Raton, Florida

We have two large breed dogs, Dobermans. They are high maintenance. The staff here is fantastic and enthusiastic about caring for your pet. They keep your family member safe and know each dog by name on return trips. Every aspect of care shouts out excellence and demonstrates knowledge of canines. I feel like I'm giving my pooches an opportunity to have fun at camp when I travel now vs. dreading how they will handle separations.

Dog food has been very hard to find. They have Royal Cain Giant puppy food.

Pleasant employees but couldn't find the right treats made in the USA.

Steven who has apparently been an employee of 2+ years rejected my SERVICE ANIMAL. not a good look

We have been visiting this location since we got Ziggy. There is a Petco across the street but I find this location is more convenient and lacks the traffic Petco has. The staff is very friendly. Always giving us great service. They do grooming as well. We will continue to shop here.

I have completed three training courses with Damian at this store and plan on going back for the the Brain Games. All three courses were a great experience for me but more importantly for my pup!

Their service is (Grooming) pretty bad, the attendant is rude, they messed my appointment three times in a row… Worst experience ever!!!

We don't normally go to this Petsmart location, but we were in the area and stopped in for dog and cat food. There were maggots in the food and the store was not clean. We will not be back to this location.

Everything we needed was in stock vs several other stores in our area. We traveled 20 miles to pick up what we needed. Staff was helpful. Cashier was friendly and polite

VERY friendly staff. Without question, walked up and down ailse with me to pick up a couple of missing pieces from a kit with a la cart retail items off the shelf. Didn't even make me feel like it was an imposition. They did it without me asking. SMILES everywhere from the older staff. The younlings still need customer service training and about eye contact and smiling on occasion. "Oh, that's how millennials are." Nope, they're ALL NOT like that!! Attrition them through the staff until your younger staff meets the high-standards examples your older staff has achieved. Teach - your children well..." CCR ;) Otherwise, GREAT store!

Michayla is amazing, our dogs Bentley and Oliver are so excited to see her every time for their grooming I can’t recommend her enough, she is a true asset to the West Boca PetSmart!
