We love Dr. Kawalya!!! He is always so professional and always works us in when there is an emergency! We have a dachshund and cat who love him!!! He always spends quality time to explain any issues or diagnoses the animals might have. He also has an amazing staff who calls to check on our pets if there are any medical conditions they are suffering from. We love Leanna so much!!! She is soooo kind, professional and sweet!!! And she always calls a day later from our appointment to check on our pets to make sure they are healing properly and feeling better!!! That means so much to us that they care!!! The prices are also very reasonable!!! We love Pet Point so much!!!! Thanks to Dr. Kawalya and Leanna for their care and constant support!!! Hershey (our dachshund) appreciates them as well!!!! ????❤️❤️❤️

I love taking my pet here! The staff is super friendly and informative. The price here is reasonable and I trust them with my pets. They made sure to check up on your pet after surgery and always on top of appointments and reminders. They always give my dog extra love and attention when I bring him in.

I was transferring vets anyways, but I had called to make sure that they could transfer my records. They lost them. Even after forwarding them their own emails and records they still could not put me in the system (although I'd been going here for two years). They even offered to send me other patients records? I don't see how that would help and sounds like a privacy violation for the other clients? Staff up font is nice, vet over all is pretty expensive.

The staff is friendly and run everything on time. However, I never met the doctor, which is expected as a new patient. In addition, they did not apply their advertised "New Patient Discount", even though I marked 'internet' as the source where I learned about them, and I also inquired regarding the charge being higher than I expected. I called back to inquire about their promotion, and the staff member stated it is for new patients. Then, I asked why I didn't get it and she replied that "you have to mention it." Therefore, the discount depends on your choice of words which is not stated on their website. (Ad Below)

We've been bringing our cats to see Dr. Moses for the past 4 years. He's great with every one of them, they show no fear or intimidation when he examines them. When we sadly had to bring one in who was suffering from liver disease his entire staff was kind, compassionate and made the experience, as bad as it was, a little easier. I highly recommend them.

When I walked in the door with my dogs, two workers greeted us right away. Very great service.

I love these people, I found out last night my cat has a tumor, and they were able to get her in today to be seen. Every one is so kind and I don't mean just to me, they treat my cat like the princess she is. They pet her and talk to her, and are always so gentle. Following such terrible news, I am just grateful they will be the ones helping us through this. If anyone from Pet Point reads this, thank you so much for your compassion and the excellent care you give to your patients.

Dr Moses has been caring for my fur babies for many years now. And as my little white 13 year-old Aspen became very sick, I would trust no one else with his care than Dr. Moses at pet point animal Hospital! I can only tell you that if I had taken him to the emergency vet the evening before, I would’ve been raked through the coals financially and still lost my very sick dog! But Dr. Moses walked me through what was wrong with him, treatments that were available possibly, but during examination his heart gave out???? The care and compassion that was given to me during this time felt like it was from a friend. And honestly any other doctor would’ve charged me for that x-ray yet they did not! I highly value his compassion, his honesty, and his care for my animals and also fairly enough, my pocketbook!!! And you all know exactly what I’m talking about because many have been taken advantage of by money hungry veterinarians that don’t care about your pet they only care about their bottom line! I can promise you Dr. Moses is nothing like them he is a breath of fresh air and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to of met him and his staff❤️

Very pleased with the entire experience at Pet Point. Upon arrival the receptionist was so nice. A lady there with her dog told us she had been bringing her dog there for two years n was very pleased with there care n service. Hubby an I were thrilled that we found Dr. Moses. I'm sure Molly was too. Thank you.

Got a coupon from Groupon and by the time these hacks finished with me it cost me more with the coupon. Not even really sure if he got his shot. Got a quote for a $300 for teeth cleaning, told he was far and give him Benadryl. Really? Almost $50 for that?? Took you longer to get my change than it did to see my dog. NEVER AGAUN

I took my cat snickers in after being hurt in a fight with another animal. This vet and staff were amazing. My baby was back to himself in no time. They also found that he had liver issues which I was not aware of. He is a very thorough vet. Thanks to this veterinarian my cat’s life was literally saved.

I am not the type of person to leave negative comments or reviews. But after my experience with this office, I need to warn other cat and dog owners. My pet was misdiagnosed and it’s cost me over $600 now to resolve. I took my cat here last month for an itch on his ear. They tested him for scabies etc. they said he had an ear infection and that’s why his ears were itchy. I mentioned based on what I googled maybe it’s scabies and he said it’s DEFINTELY not that. So I let it go. So they prescribed him meds for an ear infection. We followed all directions and he seemed to be feeling a little better a few days in but then it just got worse, he was scratching his face off and bleeding.. I took him to another vet and the doctor said he definitely has scabies. (Back story we think he got it from a stray kitten we saved from the street and since given to a rescue shelter not too long ago) Not only did he have scabies, there were eggs on his head and he has since spread it to our dog. So not only did I pay this place over $250 for being misdiagnosed but I had to pay for two pets to resolve the issue, de fog my home and clean everything in my home. Iv spent over $600 now on both pets with care, future care to eliminate and prevent from happening again, antibiotics for thier injuries from itching and additional meds and expenses due to this. This place is awful and the doctor doesn’t seem to show compassion for the pets. I also found out my dog has anxiety, I just thought he was scared of new places but he actually has anxiety. Thanks to the new vet off of county line, they were compassionate and gave him meds for anxiety while also giving me tips on how to burlap his anxiety. pet point didn’t bother to do anything about his anxiety when they tried to give him meds, they held him down for over 20 mins and I think that’s why he’s so nervous to go places now. 0 compassion. Never go here, you’ll get ripped off and possibly misdiagnosed by the doctor.

The staff and Vet are so nice and they treat my dog as if she was their own. I wouldn't want to take her any other facility. 100% Awesome.

Dr Moses is super cool, took his time explaining options for my poor puppies broken leg. Front desk people are very nice and helpful.

This is a scam! Do not buy their wellness plan. They lie to your face telling you that you can cancel anytime, but in reality if you cancel early on they give you exorbitant fees.

If I could give this office a minus star, I would. My puppy was misdiagnosed and passed away. I was quoted over $800 in testing fees, but if the Dr. had performed a simple touch test on her belly, we would have known where the problem was. Money is more important than the quality of the pet’s life. Never again! #MurderWasTheCase

Dr. Moses and his staff are wonderful. Pet Point Animal Hospital is always clean, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they love animals. Really make you feel confident when taking your fur babies in. I wouldn’t take Sydney anywhere else.

I have been taking my pet maltese to Dr. Moses for about a year now and every time I am always greeted with a friendly atmosphere. The staff here takes care of my maltese with such care and patience. Dr. Moses explains fees and procedures in full detail prior to treating my dog. I really like it there and will continue to use their services.

I called Pet Point to make an appointment and I had to cancel on them three times because I did not get my kitten when I thought I would. They were so friendly. Never made me feel bad or was rude. So 1) great customer service! Then, when I went in there, the girl that greeted me was kind, attentive and helpful! When my kitten was brought into the examination room, the doctor and nurse were gentle giving vaccinations and answered my questions and they even called to follow up on my baby the next day! Definitely going to be my vet for my kitten and adult cat too! 10/10 would recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Dr. Moses is great and had done a great job of taking care of my Huskies. I highly recommend him
