Very clean store and everyone is nice and alaways willing to help you. I recommend this store for all your pets needs.

Excellent staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They greet each pet with such kindness - mine love visits. Always an excellent value for an excellent selection of excellent products. And coupons are available frequently.

Service is 1 star. Family owned and owner seems very nice. I like to buy fish for my aquariums, but getting someone in the fish dept is frustrating. Typical visit is you're standing in front of the fish tanks, the office is just several feet to your left, and has at least 1 person in it, but their back is to you, and they don't turn around. I usually go to the cashier, wait for them if they have customers, and ask them to page someone to fish. One time there were 3 people in that back office, all with their backs to an open door, then one person exited and walked right past me without saying anything. I left that day with nothing, and when I walked past the cashiers, there were 2 cashiers, and one of them was the guy that walked past me, and they had no customers at that time. 1. They need to put a bell in the fish dept, or if there is a bell, it needs to be more prominent. 2. If an employee walks past a customer, they should always ask if that customer needs help. Even if they don't drop what they're doing, they can get help for that customer, or come back. 3. I really don't like to see the backs of employees while I'm standing just feet away while being ignored/not helped, it seems so rude. Turn the desk around so you can see out the door if you're going to leave it open while you're working. That's my harsh criticism, I only go to fish, so maybe the rest of the place is better and there's more help floating around other departments where it's busier.

Loved it workers helpful and kind

You can tell the staff loves animals and are knowledgeable. They not only cater to the dog and cat lovers, but have supplies, bedding, pens for a variety of other animals. My teenager is raising domesticated rats. There is also a wide range of fish and reptiles for purchase.

Always kind and great customer service! Always helpful and great variety of foods. Always have the brand I was not able to always find before other places. Highly recommend

I was pleasantly surprised to find a large variety of food and treats for my cat. We loaded up with a huge bag of Iams for the rest of the year...and it was on sale! (Woohoo!) We were also happy that you carry the Sheeba cuts (wet food). Sometimes it's hard to find as many stores just carry the pate. Great prices and friendly service, will be back :)

My brother and I took his dog to the VIP Petcare community clinic that provides veterinary services on certain days and hours inside the Pet Supplies Plus store. We were extremely pleased with our visit with how pleasant and helpful the store employees were as well as the clinic veterinarian and vet techs. The prices for the services needed at the clinic were extremely reasonable. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus for allowing the vet clinic to provide services in your store.

I love to bring my business to a local pet supply store, it’s more personal and I feel like I’m contributing to our neighborhood. Not to mention, everybody who works there is always so friendly and nice and helpful. And there’s always a coupon out to make me feel like I’m getting a better deal than anyone else!

Fantastic customer service. I called with questions before driving to the store and even though there are other pet suppliers close by, I came in because of James's professionalism on the phone. We arrived and were greeted and had awesome customer service in the store by a young lady who took her time with us and was very knowledgeable about the bearded dragon supplies. We will definitely be back!

Employees are very helpful and always so nice. Prices are a little higher than other pla es, but definitely worth the customer service experience you get here.

Nice and helpful staff. You can find many things for pets from food to tools, furniture ... Etc. Few items you can't find anywhere else. Some items you can find cheaper in other stores.

Curbside pick up was great. I was greeted with a friendly smile and the order was put into my truck with a have a wonderful day!

Ive been going here for a few years now. Absolutely love the people. I love bringing my dog Zeus with me because theres sn older lab that always comes and says hey. I recently have been using there delivery system. I go online ,order and in a few hours its here. If you havent tried there lical delivery try it.

***Update*** I contacted the location as requested from their accounts reply and spoke with Michael. He made the situation right by replacing the dog food and stood behind their company expectation. I appreciate that he went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and I’d definitely return. I’m also updating my review value to ensure they’re getting proper credit. Thanks for listening! got a new puppy and got the dog food I was advised by staff to get. The store brand Redford Naturals Dog Food. We got the chicken and potato recipe and the salmon recipe. When I purchased it, I was informed if he wouldn’t eat it they’d swap it out for another or offer a refund. Our pup loved the chicken and potato but refused the salmon. So, I took it in to exchange for the chicken and potato and they refunded me the price I paid but made me pay full price for the new bag. They were BOGO. I get that the second bag was 50% off and expected just an even exchange of bags of food. Staff told me specifically that they’d do an equal exchange of food. However, they didn’t. The bag was missing less than 1/3 cup of dog food and was told as long as it is half full they’d do an even exchange. Instead, they refunded the half off price I paid for the second bag and then charged me full price. When I explained to Kristen today she just repeated to me that they’re BOGO and that’s how it is. She had no interest in customer satisfaction and honoring the expectation they gave me. Heck, I was spending an extra $22 while there. So, I was still making added purchases and not just getting an exchange. So much for their BOGO deal and the integrity of their word. It’s a shame because I’ve been buying all his toys, food, name plates, etc. As you know, a puppy comes with a lot of expenses. They just lost my future purchases. I won’t be back.

Not disappointed at all. They're a great place to go if you're on a budget and still want to give your animal the benefit it deserves.
