Extremely happy. Individualized care. Quick respons. Didn't know this place as only in area few times a year but was reccomended by 2 other vets. Very clear about no contact except in parking lot. Ok. Couldn't come in with my cat for Rabies shot and some basic digestive issues. But Doc came out personally to discuss suggestions. Cat is not mad at me anymore now (shot) and dietary suggestions helped. Highly recommended.

Won’t return phone calls, unprofessional, and constantly trying to charge more than what they initially quote services at. The Vet doesn’t listen to what you’re saying and constantly interrupts and has her own agenda. They are still only doing curbside services for COVID and although it’s not over, other vet clinics and businesses in the area are allowing people inside again. Don’t feel comfortable letting them take my animal in without me knowing what they are doing. Watched them put a dog down in the middle of the parking lot which is a horrible experience for the animal, the family, and people waiting in their cars. A complete lack of empathy and privacy. Do not go here.

Dr. Topor and staff really are professional and very knowledgeable of there profession's. I trust them with my pets without reservations.

I took my cat, Ivy, here to get her Rabies shot. It was very quick and easy to schedule an appointment, and everyone I spoke to over the phone was very nice! They were very helpful and caring to my cat and got her in and out in less than an hour! Every nurse and doctor that I met with were super kind and explained everything I needed to know about my cat. I will definitely come back here if I need cat shots or any examinations done. Thank you for taking good care of Ivy! :)

The staff here are extremely helpful kind and caring. I've always had a good experience every time I've been here. Everybody at this Animal Hospital also really cares for service animals and respects the work that the animals do and the boundaries that are needed. They really love our animals.

Absolutely wonderful! I took my cat here to get a check up and her shots. The staff was great on the phone and got her in within 2 business days. We were only there for an hour, and that was after I asked the vet a million questions that were answered with great care. The prices are also really good as well! You can tell that the staff and vet care about animals a lot, and my cat was happy as could be when coming out of the office. Great people, great prices, great service. I'll be bringing my cat here again.

I love dr topor & dr casselback and their whole staff!!!!!! Each and every one of these people love your pets just as much as you do!!!!love love love these guys!!!their care of your pet is top notch. Phone calls are returned fast with updates or any questions you have. I have taken my birds here for almost 20 years. You too will be a lifelong customer!!!!

Dr. Topor and Dr. Kasaback are wonderful. There aren't kinder more caring vets anywhere. They have taken care of my pets for 20+ years. Their staff is amazing as well. You can be sure that the best care possible will be taken with your pets large and small.

I took my sweet Shortcake to this vet for 3 years. Dr. Casaback is extremely thorough, and treated Shortcake's asthma in a way that was the minimal stress possible for my sweet girl. Shortcake crossed the rainbow bridge today after a very difficult battle with an unconfirmed illness that filled her tummy with fluid and made her extremely lethargic. We were not in Tampa for this, and sent Shortcake's bloodwork panel to our vets at Livingston Animal and Avian to discuss it with them since they know her well. Dr. C and Dr. T conferred over the records and Dr. C spent 23 minutes on the phone with me trying to figure anything out that we could. I am extremely grateful for her compassion with my girl and am so sad beyond measure that she was in so much pain that we opted to let her rest. She actually just called me as I was typing this to see how Shortcake was doing. I am baffled by how wonderful this vet is. Dr. Topor is also awesome, we've seen her too! I will continue to take my little buddy to this vet office as long as I call Tampa my home.

Dr. Toper has been our vet for 20 years. Her kindness and knowledge is amazing. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I have had to see others when emergencies happen, but always relay on Dr. Toper's diagnosis.

Only Avian vet in the area so the fact they are busy is no surprise. Staff is friendly and prices are fair.

Always have to wait 30 or more minutes. They are never on time. Friendly staff, but too much wasted time.

Dr Sue and Dr K are absolutely amazing Vets and they saved my Rainbow Lorikeet from a near death bleeding disorder. They are the most compassionate, most well informed and most dedicated professionals anyone could ever ask for. Without their expert care and guidance, I am sure my bird would have died. They listened to what I said, did their own research and put forth a herculean effort to save this bird and I cannot say enough good things about them, their practice, and their staff.

dr kasaback was compassionate, thorough and informative with her rabbit care. the office is doing so much for animals even during covid. thank you!

I have owned a variety of animals over the years and Livingston Animal is my go-to vet. They have treated my chickens, toucan and cat with expertise and compassion.

I have taken all of my dogs and animals here... I cannot praise this place enough.

Dr. Topor and staff are excellent. They are very compassionate and are wonderful with all pets and birds. I would not take Mr. Pepe (my Quaker Parrot) to any other place.
