The doctors and staff are nice and empathize with the pet owners. The communication is clear about the path of treatment and the bill prior to proceeding Follow up with the pet owner after the visit is much appreciated! I appreciate the discount on the nail trim when added to the exam visit; although it could be better

Christine was rude not caring ans did not want business. She signed and was rude. If you dont lije your job. Do something else. I would love for coprate or managment to call me asap. Well email me a response or respond to my review. I will follow up on this one.

The entire practice is based on the obvious love they have for the animals they treat.

Very professional, very compassionate. Took my Sophie for her final trip across the Rainbow Bridge. Couldn't have asked for better care. Highly recommend

Been searching for a new vet since my favorite moved. They were very accommodating for a new emergency patient. A vet I had been using in the past that wouldn't book me for 2 days in an emergency situation. Ive been to many vets in the land o lakes, Wesley chapel, Lutz area... because of my amount & TNR & Rescue habit.... Ended up in a surgery situation that went well. Im very versed in rescue / surgery etc and they still went above & beyond to explain every detail. They will be my new vet for my 11 fur kids!

Everyone who works at this location has been wonderful to our babies and us.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Clarke and his staff--professional, friendly, gentle, kind and very responsive. The Pet Taxi service offers a great convenience as well.

I LOVE this place. The staff was so friendly and helpful and patient and the doctor was unbelievable. So glad I found this vet, right down the road!

I've just recently moved into the area and All Creatures did a fantastic job taking care of my cat, Boots. Unfortunately he's always had bad health and I just recently lost him to cancer. The staff was very caring and compassionate, even before his diagnosis, they called me every day to see how he was doing and went out of their way to make sure he had his medications and could get an appointment when he needed them most. They really care about the animals here and I'm very thankful for all they've done to make Boot's last month as happy and pain-free as possible. When its time to open my heart to another pet, they will be my first choice for regular care. Until then, Rest in peace Boots and thank you All Creatures for everything you've done.

Really nice and caring staff. Helped to address issues with our pet cat as best as they could with as much time and support as they could during the holiday season. We are glad they were able to give us more time and to make our cat last moments as comfortable as possible.

I recently switched from a vet which is closer to our home, and am so glad I did. The switch was prompted by difficulties getting "emergency" appointments with our old vet, but I just took both our dogs in for their biannual wellness exams, and was really impressed by the vet who took her time to thoroughly examine the dogs. Her patience and professionalism were appreciated; I could tell she truly cares about the dogs. Thank you.

At All Creatures they are very caring and take excellent care of my dogs and cats.They go out of their way to make my very nervous Chihuahua feel calm and comfortable.

Dr. Clarke and team are excellent Clinicians and have a great bedside manner. Dr. Clarke and colleagues handle complicated medical and surgical cases. My cat went into complete renal failure and had labs inconsistent with life. Dr. Clarke and the surgeon removed a mass which was causing pressure on my cats kidneys causing his renal failure. The mass was an incapsulated cancer, and my cat is alive, and doing well eight months later. When we follow up, Dr. Clarke is as excited as we are that our cat is doing so well. It shows he cares! Our primary vet has also referred us to Dr. Clarke when another one of our cats needed an Rhinoscopy and biopsy. Dr. Clare and his team took great care of our cat that time too!

If I could give more stars I would! These are without a doubt the best vets in the area! I took my reactive & sensitive cat here & we both had an amazing experience! Dr. Wilkson who saw my cat was such a gentle and caring vet and was able to pin point the issue and treat it immediately! My cat loved her so much he didn’t react at all and even snuggled up to her, if you are thinking about taking an animal to this office please do! It is not only a very welcoming and friendly staff but the doctors are very educated and accurate and will make you and your pet feel comfort & care within their office! Fast response when I called to make an appt. and booked my appt. only 2 days after I had called! Amazing office, I will reccomend this practice to as many people as I can!

Wonderful vets and facility! Very helpful and always go the extra mile! Both Dino who has passed and Abby who now is a very young 14 year old were/are so well treated here. Dr. Riley was wonderful and so is Dr. Peters. They take a great deal of time to talk about your pet’s illness and best course of treatment. They are one in a million!

Dr Clark was amazing awsome vet I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for animal care!!!!!

I love All Creatures. Dr. Clark has been my dog’s vet since I got her about a year and a half ago and I wouldn’t be able to find a more intelligent, personable, knowledgeable vet to care for my fur baby. He truly cares about each animal and always goes out of his way to explain everything to me very clearly. He’s so patient and friendly. He really is the best!

Dr. Peters took great care of my goldendoodle! I drive 45 min just to take my dog there because their cleanliness, care, and knowledge. Awesome place, would suggest to anyone looking for vet services.

They were able to get my sister's dog in ASAP when my sister called me in distress upset that her dog wasn't doing good and couldn't breathe well I drove over and it was around 7ish pm. I got to her house and I immediately started looking up vets that were still open. All creatures was. They said to come right in, they came out and helped carry my sister's dog inside and started taking care of her. Unfortunately the prognosis wasn't good and the dog crossed over the rainbow bridge. We were there after they had closed but they were very respectful and did not rush us. 5 stars for this vet clinic!

I brought my senior boy in to All Creatures on Friday and it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Veterinarians office. The girls upfront were very sweet and friendly and Dr. Lester was absolutely amazing. She listened to me and provided options and gave me a thorough explanation of it all before we decided on our treatment plan. The techs went above and beyond as well. We left there feeling like we were at home and at ease. I highly recommend!!

All the staff are professional, courteous and caring. I had a great appointment with my cat, and Nicholas (my vet tech), and Dr. Sullivan were fabulous! Recently, Nicole in reception was very responsive when helping me get the prescribed food for my cat. They all go above and beyond! Thank you All Creatures Animal Hospital!

The Dr & tech were amazing with Olive! They truly care about her well-being! Thank you so much for helping our very itchy & uncomfortable pup! They took the time to sit with me & go over all of her options. Very pleased with everyone at All Creatures from the Dr, tech & even the ladies in reception were exceptional!

Being a first time puppy papa is hard enough, but visiting the first time with Dr. Clarke and his team was a wonderful experience since before we got there! The office team was so courteous over the phone, was able to send insurance stuff/docs via email (super convenient). My lil Coco Bear had a great visit, was never once scared or standoffish with anyone from their team. Everyone treated her so well. Dr. Clarke conducted a very thorough exam, explain what he was examining and why, gave me great tips for her nutrition/behavior and training. Extremely professional team and when both Ashley and Caylee had to come in to give her her 2 shots & some meds they took their time with her & gave her some treats lol ???????? overall extremely positive experience. Btw I also got a follow up call to check up on her the next day. ????

I love All Creatures. That have excellent hours which really helps when you work. The vets are very personable and professional. I feel like they always do what is right for my pets
