Beautiful souls taking care of all different kinds of animals. We're very happy they rescued this little stray. She's very skittish but after 1 whole day, she's already trusting us. June will be so super happy and spoiled before she realizes it! Thank you Barky Pines! ????

Liz and Mary are the sweetest and their organization is amazing. I rescued my fur baby in August 2021. I applied for a different dog on PetFinder and they immediately contacted me. We had a discussion about my lifestyle and what I'm looking for, and they redirected me to my perfect match. The application process was easy and their donation request is reasonable. If you are looking for your new fur baby please look into the dogs they have rescued.

Barky Pines took my three pet chickens. I was heartbroken at the time but they assured me they would care for them and love them. I am so grateful to have found a place that allows them to free range all day on such large grounds. I was so …

I have not yet visited but intend to do so soon. They obviously care very much about all the animals they rescue. Speaking with them on the phone is a good indicator of this. They took time to look up an animal they'd rescued that I was interested in & spoke with me at length even after we determined that he was already placed into a good home. Since a lot of people don't know about this place, please visit, let your friends know & donate if able. No, I'm not affiliated with this place in any way except that they once took in a dog I knew & loved.

What I love about this place is the passion, love, and care I feel when I'm there. They care a lot about animals and help them find homes for people who wish to adopt. We got are cutie pies from them and never have I ever been more glad we got them from such a loving and sweet place. They save you money by already giving the cute new pet you adopt shots, surgery, bath, etc. It not only save you money but time as well cause if your a animal lover like me you know how hard and expensive stuff for your pet can be. So I would definitely recommend going there or there website and adopt. :0) (Here's one of the cutie pies we adopt❤)

My wife and I were trying to adopt a dog and were told how to fill out the application and we would receive a call about a dog that we were told would be a good fit for our dog who we are trying to get a friend for. After weeks of calling to try to get an update on the dog that was mentioned to us, we were informed that the dog was adopted. The level and courtesy that we were not afforded is not only despicable but the representative shared no remorse or care regarding the fact that it was here who we spoke to every time we called regarding adopting an animal. If i were you I would go to a place where they actually say they are going to call you back and follow through.

Barky pines is a lovely place with amazing staff. The property is well kept and the animals well taken care of. Bringing my dog in was the hardest thing i've had to do but Elizabeth and her sister treated me with the upmost respect while I was sobbing in their office. They are so kind and non judgmental. I asked if I could request updates of my dog and they said yes. They were treating my dog so sweetly he was wagging his tail and didn't even notice me walking away. I know he is in good hands and I will be donating regularly to this wonderful place. Thank you again barky pines

We dropped by one afternoon and met Elizabeth, we just missed one little female but we mentioned what type of dog we were looking to adopt. She called and gave us an update. Very professional. We have adopted two gorgeous girls. Very excited

Just an FYI to everyone This is NOT OUR GOOGLE - these are NOT OUR PICS YET OUR LOGO IS STOLEN ! SOMEONE ERRONEOUSLY CREATED IT ! It has been reported As for maria’s review - her real name is Christine and she returned molly after she developed a murmur . Molly like all our dogs are vetted She was a one year old dog - no one does heart tests . The county shelter would not have spayed her had she had the murmur . Murmurs develop and dogs live many years with them We offered to help with tested but she refused to use our vet ! Her vet - which isn’t even a regular vet - misdiagnosed her initially and after I paid for a second opinion - our vet didn’t suggest the surgery her chain store vet wanted to do . Christine said she was going to put sweet molly down! She also didn’t have her on heartworm prevent ! Said she didn’t believe in it ! And as for a gastro problem - it was he good she was feeding her We returned her donation and took molly back ! She is now happily adopted - and loved - just the way she is !

This a great animal rescue organization. We’ve fostered (and adopted) dogs from them on multiple occasions. When you speak with the staff you can tell they are passionate about what they do.

Elizabeth and her sister run up wonderful organization that Serves the community and helps save the lives of the Pet community. It was a pleasure working with this organization they helped us adopt a pet for my mom who just lost her husband.Nothing better than a win win situation we help save a life, give a loving pet a home and it’s given life back into my moms house.
