Drove 3 hrs after I was told on the phone that my cat would be able to be seen after a month of having her kittens wasted 3 hrs and more on a drive there and over 100$ just trying to get there and make sure I had my cat ready

Picked up a rescue cat that had been spayed to be released. They bring the animal to your car. Workers were very friendly.

Just be aware that they have a late policy, $10 if you are late and if you are not there before 8:15am they will keep your $25 deposit and you will have to put down another $25 to reschedule because you'll be counted as a "no show". Note it currently does not say anything about these policies in their email reminder or the website, but I have notified them of that when speaking to an office manager. The office manager said they inform people of this policy when they make the appointments, but I made mine online and did not speak to anyone. If you are low income or a fixed income like I am, these small amounts can make a huge difference. Hopefully they will update their website and email reminders with this policy information.

Very caring staff. They work with you on pricing. A year ago, I had all 3 of my cats in got either spayed or neutered. One of the woman that works there, would pick my cats up for surgery and bring them home to me

I can't say how grateful and how much I appreciate the service and treatment at this business. The staff and doctors are so loving and caring with all the pets that arrive. I've taken all my girls to be spayed at this location. I don't have any complaints. Nothing negative to say. These people give amazing low and affordable cost to the community for health care for their pets. There spay service is ridiculously affordable! The vet was going to charge us an arm and a leg for my girl's spray. Spay N SAVE did it for under a fraction of the cost! Prices vary depending on your pet's need. This is for a good cause and it helps the community have an affordable place to get their pets fixed without breaking the bank. My pet was even chipped!! I can't recommend Spay and Save anymore highly. I'm a proud mama and faithful customer! Thank you to the doctors and staff for taking good care of all my girls!

I was very pleased with the service, care and efficiency of Spay N Save in Longwood. I had to reschedule twice and ask multiple questions as I had a stray/feral cat that needed spaying after her kittens were weaned. Neighbors on Nextdoor App recommended them as my own vets prices were high and as a feral, Spay N Save uses grant monies from Petco and it radically reduced the cost. Highly, highly recommend them. You do want to call in advance and they book about a month to six weeks out.

Took my little boy to Spay n Save to get neutered and he ended up catching a nasty gastrointestinal infection. Vomiting and bloody diarrhea. He was healthy before the surgery. To make things worse my other 2 dogs contracted the nasty infection. All had vomiting and diarrhea. I felt so bad for my little guy and for my other dogs, that they all caught that nasty infection. I regret so much taking him to this place. I know I was doing the right thing by getting him neutered but I should've just waited and gone to his regular veterinarian to get it done.

Because my pup is so fearful of strangers the staff was extremely careful when handling him so he will not try to bite and even let me in to get him from his kennel after the surgery so not too stress him. I'm so grateful for their kind and loving care. I will always recommend their services to friends from now on!
