This place is garbage. The wait time is horrible, they don’t care about your pet. All they care about is the money. Please do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Honestly go somewhere else, disappointed by the way they handled my account with my puppy.

Very iffy staff communication re Covid procedures. Very long wait.

Very professional. They come to your car to get your pets and talk with you. Excellent system during COVID-19. I will go to them next time I'm in need.

My two dogs have been patients at BVL for a while now and we have always had great experiences there. However, Last week exceeded all of our previous visits. I woke up to my dog having a bloody ear and a rash on his body. I called BVL and they were able to work him in on the same day. Maribel was our nurse and she was AMAZING! I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She was extremely informative, attentive and very personable. I had to drop by fur baby off for the day which made me a little worried but she called me with updates and told me what a good boy he was. It eased my worry because I knew he was in good hands with her. Thank you Maribel and the BVL staff for taking such good care of Maksim :)

I went through a really scary experience with my Basset Hound, Misty. She started to display GI issues and 2 of the veterinarians we had taken her to suspected a foreign body and wanted to do exploratory surgery to check and see since X-rays/Barium tests were inconclusive. I brought her to Dr. Natela since they offer emergency visits during business hours, and she had started to not eat or digest again. The way that Dr. Natela spoke with me gave me so much ease. She was confident, compassionate, and extremely communicative. I don't think I've ever seen a better veterinarian--she is gifted and I am SO grateful I brought Misty in to see her. Dr. Natela's regimen of pain medication and specialized food got Misty on a normal schedule, and I have now begun to introduce dry food again. Although I've now moved to Ocoee, I don't think I can go to another veterinarian knowing that someone like Dr. Natela exists. Do not hesitate to bring you fur baby here, they will be well taken care of.

The Dr. and all her staff are so nice,and caring. They're all so professional. I highly recommend this office. Our 20 year old Cat is having problems, but they are all looking after him. He's in good hands, and improving very well.

I hope you never need to bring your pets in for emergency care, but if you do, they will be well taken care of here. Dr. Natela Turzhanskaya and the entire staff are talented, professional and compassionate and the office is well-run and well-managed. There is no vet I trust more with my dog’s care.

Very nice and fairly priced.

In a time of emergency, this was the one place that took my dog with no problem. They supported me emotionally and gave me honest answers. I drove an hour to this hospital because everyone else turned us away. It was worth the drive.

I went in with my dog who was having trouble walking. They told us he had ruptured ligaments which made complete sense and they gave us some pain medication. After around 2 days we noticed that he was having many side effects to the medication. We asked if it was normal and they assured us he would be fine. The following day we was much worse with what looked like blood in his already fluid like feces. They said it was the medication despite the color. Eventually that night I after a stressful day wondering if my dog was okay, he died coughing up blood. How does a knee injury lead to my dog dying from blood spewing out of his mouth and nose. If you cherish your pets I highly advise that you don't put them at risk by taking them here. It could end up killing them.

Expensive, But was friendly caring and explained thoroughly and took care of our pet . I recommend.

It's so hard to put into words our experience here. I have had pets my entire life and never did I experience service like I did at BVL. All of the staff from the people answering the phones to the nurses and the Vet make you feel that you and your pet are important. I have spent 2 days with both of my cat's Teddy and Twix here and I feel like we have gained extended family. If they love on the human this way, you know they love on their patient's. They make you feel comfortable because they love their job and your pet. Before our visit I wasn't so happy with the amount I had to pay but after they cared for my babies and found a double ear infection with one and early kidney disease with the other I am thankful for the thorough examinations and bloodwork they do with medical grooming. Maribel if you read this thank you so much for making my babies beautiful.

Today we had a wonderful visit at the vet as usual. The vet tech Ruby was very courteous and professional. The doctor came out and explained everything to me.
