Clean and supet nice staff

We have used Sanlando Springs Animal Hospital since adopting our dog many years ago - he is now quite elderly. The doctors and staff are terrific, oriented to his needs, and make me feel comfortable. I have a lot of confidence that his care is always top notch and recommend them highly!

Since 2005 I have been bringing my pets to this Animal Hospital. Every encounter has been positive and pleasant. The staff and veterinarians are very concerned and caring not just with your animals but with you. The doctors are extremely well educated in the latest Veterinary medical practices. The staff is professional and kind. I highly recommend this Veterinary practice. Even though I have moved out of the immediate area I still bring my animals here. I could not imagine going anywhere else.

Dr Donald and Ruth are so kind and excellent with both my 14 1/2 year old Boston Terrier as well as with me. I really appreciate their excellent care!

Our fur baby Bo has been going to Sanlando for 6 years now. The staff always treats him s gentle as possible and takes steps to resolve any anxiety. Vet visits are expensive but are well worth he price to keep Bo healthy.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Donald. He’s an excellent veterinarian, a kind and caring person and fantastic with his animal patients!!! He’s the reason why we chose Sanlando.

I took my 4 month puppy here and everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr.Gump was amazing. They talk to you about everything and explain it which I like. This is my puppy Permanent Vet.

Everyone was fantastic! Great and clean office with a nice selection of pet supplies, appointment ran right on time, the staff was awesome & knowledgable, and we got the information we needed for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

Credit card company they’ve been using just charged everyone’s card from payments back in October. Now I’m down right broke.

My previous vet retired and Sanlando was recommended by more than one person..neighbors to be exact Within the 1st few minutes the vet tech was already suggesting a $160 bloodwork service. Also pointed out the products they sell. The tech was very nice though and seemed to pay attention to my English Bulldog. The tech asked about the dogs health history and what preventative measures we take. I explained everything we do. She leaves to weigh the dog. Next the vet walks back in with the tech and asks about the dog and i start to explain exactly what I told the tech and Dr Gump kind of interrupted me and let me know her tech already told her. The vet then proceeds to do a thorough exam and starts to tell me that he must chew on his right side as he's got tartar build-up and that he's got issues with his paws and just overall we didn't get the warm fuzziness from her. I asked multiple employees there if they have English Bulldog patients and I got responses from a few to a lot. I was told that since they couldn't get a fecal sale that they wouldn't charge for it but if I could take this tube and get them a sample I could bring in anytime. I did that this morning and they wanted to charge me $31. Totally mislead me about the charges. But to give them credit, it was written in the receipt, it was misleading. Another credit to them is they called and apologized for the miscommunication and will do the fecal test for no charge. I don't truly trust them at this point. Dr Gump seemed more concern about selling products and services, "scaring us into doing other procedures, and overall didn't seem to have a good "bedside manner" . It's all good though, we are still looking for another vet.

I’ve been thoroughly pleased with the exceptional care provided to all my dogs over the past 30 years. Excellent caring staff and best veterinarian care! Also excellent place for boarding! My dogs have loved the care they receive!

The whole staff is Absolutely Awesome!! Special thanks to Dr. Donald for taking such great care of our baby girl Maddie! Courtney is the BEST groomer ever! She always Maddie look cute and well groomed. Thank you all!

Refused to treat my dog in urgent need of care 50 minutes prior to closing time because they “didn’t have availability.” Shows you what a priority animal care is for them. I will find a vet clinic that cares instead.

Wow! The care we received was just great. To be nice when things are easy no big deal, but when a pet parent is frustrated and tired and still get patience and fast treatment, now that's true caring. We are thankful!

Boarded our dog for three nights and when we picked him up he had major hot spots. We had discussed this with staff prior to drop off as well as at drop off. We asked that they watch out for this condition as it happened the last two times we boarded there. We will not be returning.

I have been using Sanlando Animal Hospital for years. I have always said they are friendly and efficient. Always willing to go the extra mile to help you. The quality of care is above standard. Would recommend.

The doctor here has no compassion! And it’s just down right rude! She did an x ray on my dog and told me i had to come get her right away because there was something in her stomach. I asked her to give me a minute to figure it all out because i was at work and she was rude saying how i needs to come get her now it’s not her responsibility. You are a vet! It is your Responsibility to take care of my dog!! That’s why i pay you! NEVER GO HERE!

I take Misty Rose (cat) in every month to get her nails cut down. They are so accommodating.

I have been taking my Dog here for several years and so has my Sister. Dr. Donald is who we have take care of our Dogs. He is really Great and we trust him! DM.
