All of the staff are friendly and professional. I was taken care of and assigned a room as soon as I walked in the door! Quick and efficient service. 10 out of 10 would recommend????

Our Luna Lovegood is a very nervous dog, but the entire staff were super sweet to her & us! She was able to let her guard down & really seemed to relax after a few. Also, there are office pets so who doesn’t want to walk into a vet with adorable animals to greet them?!

This office doesn't even deserve 1 star I made an appointment here about 3 weeks or so ago. My appointment was for 3:PM. I waited a whole hour and still wasn't seen by the Dr. I was just sitting in a waiting room for almost 30 minutes. No one came and even checked on me or gave me any updates. So I left because I had to get back to work. Because this location is close to me I made another appointment first thing in the morning at 9 so there was no delays etc. Thought I give it another chance. WRONG!!!!!!!!!! When I got there right at 9am...I was able to see the Dr. around 9:15. She came in the room, never even pet my dog or said hello to him..most vets will greet the dog ..so I let her know about my experience last time and she apologized and of course I know things get behind etc. I was telling her about all the things I had concerns with. She kept bringing up that my 14 year old dog get vaccinated. I told her I didnt want to because another Vet that I used to go to (and trusted)told me it wasnt necessary at his age..she still brought it up several times even though I said I didn't want to do that. Then she asked me if I wanted to get blood work done for him , I said what do you recommend? She recommend it. So I was going to get that done. Then I asked does it hurt for the blood work because I am an anxious person and my dog is my baby, I know it was a silly question but I just asked because I'm nervous for my dog, and she goes well I do blood work daily and I don't know what to tell you..I mean I can't speak for the dog...I mean it's like when you get blood work done...so I was like yes I know it stings so I know that was silly of me to ask...then she proceeds to go well you know how delays can go ..and how we can get behind...so do you want to get the blood work or not?? At that point I just was ready to go..she didn't make me feel like she cared at all...didn't put me at ease at all and I felt like she was rude and rushing me when I was asking questions. So I left. I will go somewhere where I don't feel rushed and where I feel comfortable taking my dog. BTW..I got there at 9, saw her at 915 and I left at 920. I was in the room with her for 5 whole minutes and she was saying do I want to get the work done or not because there can be delays for other people...really 5 minutes.

My pup has been coming here regularly since I got her a year and a half ago. She just recently got spayed and Dr. Liao did an awesome job with the procedure! I was honestly nervous about the spay surgery, but she was very knowledgeable and informative regarding all of my questions and concerns about the procedure. Both she and her staff also all seem to be extremely attentive, caring and compassionate for all of the pets that come in. My pup healed up extremely quickly and didn't require nearly as much care as I thought she would in the days following the procedure. She was back to normal in a little over a week!

Very caring. Spends time with each client. Very convenient every other Sunday hours.

Wonderful Veterinarian! She was awesome with my Doberman who is a guard dog- so I imagine she can see any dog out there. Staff are all kind and very helpful. Highly recommend for your pets.

Chewy loves her from the beginning. She also became our hero and family very fast after Chewy became paralyzed from our previous vets care. She gave me all my option even when it ment going to another vet. We came back to her because we were just another $$$ to them and ended up trying her option with no guaranty. Chewy is now 2 more years older and doesn't show any signs of slowing down.

Always know our senior pups are in good hands at care plus vet. Our Yorkie got his teeth cleaned and extracted and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We have done 3 dentals now between our 2 pups and all went well. I highly recommend Dr. Liao. She’s the best vet I’ve ever been to. She really cares and does a great job.

At first I wasn’t sure about this place because the front receptionist “what?” My partner and i thinks that’s rude customer service. After we got past her things started to go a little smoother. The Dr was really nice.

Took my dog here for a UTI and allergy examination and everyone was very friendly. Good service! I recommend.

Dr. Liao has been our sheppard Mia's Dr for all of her 3 years. She is an excellent Dr Mia always very excited to see her and the staff are great. I highly recommend Care Plus Veterinary to anyone looking for a caring efficient and nurturing Veterinarian.

Great doctor very caring. Absolutely recommend this doctor. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Liao is also an educator for upcoming vet assistants. She works hard to help us teach new students how to work with animals. I trust her with all my fur babies. Her current staff is awesome.

Careplus is warm and friendly for pets if all ages the secretary and Doctor are very sweet and caring, I love this place it's truly been a great blessing, if you're looking for a neighborhood vet or just a vet in general this is your place :)

I just wanted to write this review to off set the negativity I saw on another review. I worked at CarePlus for over a year and Dr. Liao was an amazing employer. She took a chance on me....I had been a stay at home mom for 10 years before having to go back to work. I did have previous vet experience but she had to teach me all the new medications and new computer system. She was amazing with the clients that came in! I can't tell you how many emergencies she treated and didn't give payment a second thought. Money was NEVER her primary focus, it was ALWAYS saving the pet's life. I only left because I moved several counties away. I still refer people to CarePlus who are looking for great vet in Orange County. Dr. Liao is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate.
