Excellent job on my Tachi's grooming!

We have given this place the benefit of the doubt, taking our standard poodle there for roughly a year and a half, but continually got nothing in return but lack of quality and personality. When it comes to skilled grooming this place needs a little better help. If a groomer can’t get a dog’s ears even and goes as far as gapping the front and back of just one ear (not even both to make them even!!) there is either lack of skill set or just plain intention behind it. Maybe they just pick and choose who they give good service to and who they don’t. BEWARE, make sure Dan is not “in a mood” when you go there, and check your dog thoroughly before leaving!

Great place, was recommended for a friend, very convenient quick walk in pet nail clipping experience. Will be back for all my pets needs????!

We are new to the area and have family and neighbors who use Tailwaggers. Our dogs were very content and they did a great job.

I have used this Groomer for both my current dog & the one before, approximately 7 years. I have been very pleased with the work they do & how all employees I have dealt with seem to truly care about the animals.

Fantastic place to get your dog groomed or nails cut!

I was a bit nervous to take my dog as she can be a bit, uh....moody. But they were excellent! I felt comfortable leaving her and she looked beautiful when I picked her up. Already scheduled the next appointment.

My regular groomer was unable to provide services. I called around and was able to get an appointment time at Tailwaggers that was canceled by another client. Grateful at first, not so much after picking up my pooches. I had taken my dogs to Tailwaggers a couple of years ago, and was immediately reminded why I stopped going. I have two (2) small dogs and asked for them to be shaved (summer is already here) with no breed specific usual fur guidelines. They were indeed shaved... In spots. Their fur was multiple lengths throughout different areas of their bodies. Since it was a later in the day appointment; I'm not sure if the clippers became dull or if the groomer was just done for the day. It was made crystal clear they had NO desire to groom my dogs with any level of consistency or professionalism. I did get someone else's canceled time slot... Now I wish they would've kept it. My only perk is I have a bit of time to find a groomer that will hopefully know what I mean when I say "shave them."

Do good work at reasonable cost and very friendly employees.

They are terrific with our dog, Tiffany! We regularly take her in for nail clippings. They take her on a walk-in basis and are so reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The people there were friendly and efficient. I got the grooming for my dog that I asked for at a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone. ???????????? Went there again a few days ago at the appointed time. Was told I was a month early. We both knew this was not true. I had written the time and date on 2 separate calendars plus a reminder on my phone. I was extremely disappointed. On reflection, I got more perturbed that there was no apology, no offer to make room for my pet as early as possible and the girl was very uncaring. My rating is now 1 star and I will not subject myself to their rudeness again.

Our little Buddy loves Tailwaggers, and we do too, He gets a nice hair cut, bath and etc full service. we have been going here for many year's very satisfied.

Zach and Lucy had a day at the Spa They handle my dogs very well snd love their short cuts I recommend Tailwaggers

Called them for nails to be cut they said bring them in now and we'll take right away. 10 minutes later they were done.

I would never go to this place again Dan the owner is rude my dog has cried ever since he left there every time we drive by he screams something happened but I don't know what but he wasn't crying when he went in and all he has done since he's been there is cry since he got home I took him to the vet and his trachea had collapsed so I don't know if that has something to do with it or what but I did not care for his attitude he called me and told me he would put my money back in the bank and he did butthe dog did not have a normal shih Tzu cut he chopped him up and his top of his head had a little cut on it so I don't know whether he moved while he was clipping him or what but he was a mess the.he says "Trump"lost ha ha and said don't ever call me again and hung up on me and he does not know how to cut a shih Tzu

Dogs seemed happy and well groomed, 2nd visit already scheduled next one

The people that work here show real concern for your pet. It obvious when you see them interacting with your pet when you bring them in. I have found a new groomer for 'Buck'.

This was my first time at Tailwagges but it won't be my last. The people are Great and my 2 lil dogs looked beautiful when I picked them up.GOOD job everyone and thanks
