This vet caused an infection on my entire litter of puppies and then could not even step up to what he did.

I highly recommend this office. They were absolutely great, kind, considerate, and completely compassionate for animals. My dog required her eye to be removed I called around and the prices I was given were completely ridiculous, however when I called this office there price for the surgery was very affordable. I am so glad I found this vet. The office staff and Dr are very friendly. Thank you Leesburg 411 Animal Hospital.

They was short staff i understand that and i dont mind waiting but I do mind someone coming in off the street and get the refill before me waiting 20 minutes and she gets her med refill before me thats what's i mind and the rude girl when i ask ed how is it she gets help before me saying oh well you are being helped now. Shame on you no customer service skills at all.

Very organized for being a walk-in clinic. Prices very reasonable. Everyone very friendly and caring.

They have been the absolute best taking care of my dog/baby Rebel that was attack in his own yard . They showed, love, compassion, and dealt with a very high anxiety momma very well . Y’all are the best .. The doc and all the staff are amazing . Thank you ????.

I went in as a walk in, I was seen right away...Docor and staff were awesome.

Good for shots because those are cheap here. Wouldn't recommend as a regular though

Went to get my dog his yearly shots and check up. Everything went well. Good prices and the Vet was nice to my dog.

Staff was friendly and helpful they did great trimming my dog's nails who hates her feet being touched and helped handle both the entire time.

They handled all my babies health issues.No x ray machine on premises tho. Caring vet doc.

Office staff is chaotic, set an appointment for us in the morning, but clinic wasn't even open! Had expensive blood work done, called four days in a row and nobody could tell me if the tests were okay. Then had to threaten to not pay for another procedure to get copies to have someone else review. Never had a conversation at all with the Veterinarian. Should have an office manger or dedicated receptionist to make sense of what is going on. Our dogs were there for 6.5 hours before their dentals were done and they were unable to even stand up when we finally got them. $1000 dollars for two small dog dentals. The dogs survived, but we will never use this clinic again.

I brought my dog in to get put down. I spoke to Lexi yesterday and made the appointment. She told me Dr. would do an exam before putting her down. I was fine with that. When we get there the Dr. asks me for her file? No one told me to bring a file on her? Than Lexi comes in and tells me that she told me to bring her paperwork which is a complete lie, than they inform me they are not going to put her down. Lexi had the absolute worst attitude from the second we walked in. The Dr. is incompetent and the staff rude as anything. I would not let them trim my dogs nails!!! Also the building is beyond filthy and falling apart, and has the worst smell as soon as you walk in.

This place is amazing...they dont price gouge here..the only thing is its fist come first serve so get there early.

They are horrible me and my girlfriend took my baby kitten there and they diagnosed him with pancreatitis and he actually had pneumonia and ended up dying from the wrong medicine they gave him do not ever go to this person the vet only cares about money and not about animal lives!

Its okay. Walk ins only. Be warned: they charge you $40 per animal regardless of what you get done in addition to charging you for what you get done. Spent $120 for them to tell us what medicine our cats needed, then 50 more for the medicine.

Andrew is a great, caring Dr. He helped me out in an emergency situation right away and the staff is very sweet and helpful!

First time there very nice I don't care about your your pet

I have been looking for a new local vet, this unfortunately won't be the place I will be returning too. Waited an hour to be taken in with my dog. Waited another 30 mins to be checked out. No vet help, I had to hold her head for him to check her ears. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be though I guess.
