I don't have much to say about them except for they take really great care of my dog I got a miniature pinscher and we drop him off there when we go out of town and they take great care of them

They love my dog and I don't have to worry.

We have boarded our dog there several times and also used their daycare. Jackson runs to go in when we arrive at Preppy Pet and is tired when we get home because he plays with other dogs his size all day. I can't say enough about the quality of care, attention to my dog, and ability to help when we're in a pinch. Every phone call and visit to the facility has been a pleasant experience... the staff is terrific.

Not every friendly people. Lady who runs it not very understanding. I would go some where else with my dog!!

We took our dog here the other day for just for the day and the people there was so great with our dog that we just rescued that so scared of places. Great people and would go back again

Everyone there is absolutely amazing with my baby (Vito). Vito pulls me to get in the door everyday! They go so above and beyond caring for Vito and it is a huge relief when I am at work. They even baby him when it rains out and found him a sweater when it was cold out. We love everyone at preppy pet!

I left my dog there for a overnight stay and they didnt even feed him

My rescue dog loves time there.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I won't post the pictures because it's horrible. My dog and my parents' dogs were left for 3 days. We all went out of town together. We got back and all the dogs were covered in feces. My dog had feces caked under his harness so bad on his chest that he has a rash and open wounds. You people are lucky I don't take legal action!

We left our German Shepherd for 4 nights with this boarding facility, and I am very pleased. Great atmosphere, and people. I definitely recommend trying them out.

I took my shy dog eight year old dog to Preppy pet over the 2017 Thanksgiving week. Although I was told everything went OK my dog was somehow traumatized. For several days thereafter she refused to enter the dog park where she goes …

Absolutely LOVE Preppy Pet Day Care. I have been taking my two-year-old Blue Heeler mix to daycare for the last several months and it has been a dream! The entire staff at Preppy Pet is friendly, informative and knowledgeable. They are great with my pup who has a ton of energy and can be overwhelming at times to new people. Prices are nearly unbeatable too!

They are so friendly & caring .. We have a 14 year old cocker... they really make over him ????????

We’ve been using this store for years & years because we feel our pups are well taken care of while in their care. We trust their staff to always do the right things for them & we can travel without worry. It helps when our dog is anxious to go inside when we drop him off. If he were at all negative about his experiences here I’d have to carry or drag him. Definitely a five-star business to us.

Well I finally found a place where I can leave my baby's when I go on vacation friendly staff outstanding bunch of folks dogs are very happy to go there and just as happy to come home

Not very happy when both my dogs came home very sick. Now have added vet bills on top of boarding. And not an apology or anything. Disappointing

Weekend staff a little uncomfortable...

Recognized my dog outside in the vehicle from 2 years ago. Very friendly staff and accommodating to specific needs. Good place to board.
