Great vet, great prices. I got my dog spayed here (it was a good price, because I had been calling other vets around and they were charging more.) and have been taking him ever since. The vet is kind, funny and cares for your pet. Fast service, and when I get the bill, it's always lower than what I'm used too with other vets. Happy customer happy pup. ????

I have been going to Best friends Animal Hospital for years have recommended many many people. As of recent just had to put my dog to sleep. It was very very cold and paid to have a private cremation and got some else's dog print name tag and ashes. Need desperate help this past week with my cat who was dying and needed to be euthinized and they told me "we have no appointments for 2 weeks" I explained it was an emergency and I wanted my vet of many years to do it but the response was very cold and mean. I have never asked for favors owe money of have been in any way rude or disrespectful. I truly needed my vet in this time and I was treated like trash. Will never go back not will I recommend Best friends ????????????

Honestly, heartbroken, and disappointed. I am currently homeless in the area... A Blue Nose Bully(Pitbull Mix) named Papi and I crossed paths and we rescued each other... Someone accidentally stepped on a paw and I came across Best Friends. Papi my brother and I decided to sleep outside until the opened up to see if they could possibly help. I understand they are a business, but also thought they would have some compassion... Well no compassion secretary wouldn't help and wanted nothing to do with us... Not everyone on the streets are the same have some compassion

I love Dr. Gonzalez. I've been with him since 2016. But there is a new staff member Diane who carrys a stank attitude. She just made my last visit feel un warming and unpleasant.

Shout out to the doctor who took me in 30min before my appointment and made me feel very comfortable. He immediately was caring to my dog at first sight, welcoming him with hugs and lots of pets! It also is the first time I'd gone to a vet and didn't pay an arm and a leg.

My Boy Dante had a problem peeing, and I didn't know where to take him. So I was advised by Southgate Animal Clinic to take my boy to Best Friends Animal Hospital. Very respectful and caring staff. Dr Gonzales is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to advice. The business hours are flexible and it's always clean and sanitized. Although my dog hates to go to the vet the staff are very good with handling her. Also their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of places even though going to the vet is pricey anyway. I'd recommend and refer anyone to go to best friends animal hospital.

Dr Gonzalez is a very honest doctor and he won't change for anything that's not really necessary.

First Time in office Staff and Doctor OK. Doctor G answered all questions, informed worst case scenario for 10 year old Rotti! Completed examination and took labs. office stated they would call first thing Monday morning for lab results and they did !! (reliable) Thank YOU

I've only gone to two animal hospitals in my life and the first one ruined it for me (that was about 3 years ago). Aside from that note, Best Friends Animal Hospital was great! When I walked it, it was very clean and didn't smell horrible (like the first place) and the staff and doctor was extremely nice and caring.
