After the dealt of my Raya, A long coat Chihuahua, I searched for a crematorium and found Pet Passages. I started calling places and many didn't answer the phone. It was then I received a call back from Pet Passages of a missed call. I was delighted to finally find a place. Pet Passages was understanding and helpful. I was allowed to say my good byes in my terms. It was hard for me to leave and went back inside 3 times. On final return, I went in and kissed her on the forehead. I received a call on Monday that her ashes were ready for pick up. I arrived at the office and was met at the door and welcomed in. Iwas very happy for the kind service I received and the reasonable amount paid for this cremation, I will recommend their services to any friend or family.

At times like these, losing your friend is devastating! When I contacted pet passages, not only professional, caring, compassionate, They treated me like a part VM of their family- Treated Bruski with the upmost respect and dignity, their attention to detail, and concern went above and beyond my expectations! It is still very hard to talk about. But my dog Harley of 11 years was very ill and set to be euthanized at 9am on Saturday, but sadly on Friday night he passed laying next to me at 3:30 in the morning. I wasn't sure what to do so I went online and found Pet Passages. I called when I gathered myself about 4:30 in morning and they immediately answered. They were so kind and sympathetic. The gentleman I spoke with was so understanding when I could barely get my words out. But he put me at ease that they would take care of everything. Not sure if it was the same person but he arrived as promised at 830am. He walked us through the process of what to expect. When we went to pick up Harley's ashes, they had his remains in a very pretty box. The young lady there was also so kind. She handed me a little heartshaped box. She said, I thought youd like this. It was a little snippet of his hair for me to have. He was a dalmatian so she was sure to put in his white hair and black hair from his spots. Of course that made me cry, but more because that meant so much. Anyway, the whole experience was amazing . Hopefully its many years from now, but when its time for my other fur baby to go to the rainbow bridge. I know who I'm calling. Thank you Pet Passages for helping us through that tough loss.

I can't say enough nice things about Pet Passages - we had such a warm, kind experience with this business, during a sad and difficult time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who suffers the loss of a pet.

My baby Oreo passed suddenly overnight a few months ago. My mobile vet had mentioned pet passages to me in a prior conversation. After Oreo passed, I cried for hours and once the tears slowed I did a google search for Pet Passages. It was now 6:30am and the google search said open 24/7 so I called and someone answered to my surprise. I talked to a woman who was very empathetic and kind. Told me that the driver would be at my home to pick up Oreo at 8am. At 7:30am I received a text from the driver saying that he was on his way. He did in fact showed up at 8am. Again he was very kind and empathetic. Went over the paperwork and when I asked how to pay he said through a portal that would be set up later that morning and a link would be emailed to me. He told me to take all of the time I needed with my baby and I did. Once they left, I would say within 1 hour I had an email from them which included tracking so I can see step by step where my baby was in the cremation process. Around 4-4:30pm that day they let me know that he is ready for pickup however the office wouldn't be open much longer. The following day Hubby picked up my boy on his way home. They sent him home in a lovely velvet bag, clay pawprint with birthstone and his soft grey fur. I will definitely use them again whenever needed.

I can’t thank Pet Passages enough for the love and care they shared with me and my Sweet Baby Girl Koti at her passing. They went overboard with caring steps as if Koti was theirs. Unbelievable! Please don’t hesitate or pass up Pet Passages.

Sadly had my kitty pass away over the weekend and they came and picked him up for me and gave me back his paw print and ashes.

Losing CJ has been really hard he was special. I want to thank you for everything. Even the smallest touches meant so much to me. We were treat with the upmost respect and dignity and that help so much. I have shared to many how wonderfuled you were when this time of life came. RJ was so kind & we were so happy to feel like our boy Duzell was in gentle hands. RJ went out of his way to make saying goodbye easier & dignified, really he helped us. I hope he knows he is appreciated, and I can't thank him enough. Our urn is beautiful and I was happy to have my boy back quickly. Duzell was the smartest animal I ever knew. I love all my pets, but he was different. Pet Passages made me feel like he was given the respect he deserved, and would have wanted. There's nothing that can replace my loss, but I'm glad Duzell was able to come full circle to a kind place. He was adopted at the SPCA next door 13 years ago, and moved all around Florida before happening back here. I didn't even realize it at the time, we'd moved so much since. He was a special boy, and I will see him again I think.

This service made the process so much easier. They were so supportive and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone that suffers a loss. Update: sadly we had to say goodbye to mickey. He was my little buddy Of almost 20 years. Again the wonderful people of Pet Passages were there for us. I can’t say strongly enough how much I would recommend them to anyone that has to go through this process. There is a special place in heaven for the vets and caring staff of Pet Passages. I knew going into the second time that it would be ok because they would be there for us.

I have so many great things to say about pet passages.I came across them,I say by luck Because when I tell you they are such a caring and compassionate place! That exactly what I mean.I called left a message within the hour RJ called me back.It was a very diffult time and a very hard decision.They never made my family feel like you couldnt express your feelings,As we was very luckly they allowed 4 of us to be there. She was our 15 yr old Chichucha named Emma.we also had use of their beautiful facility with a very calm,peaceful and simply amazing rainbow room.Danielle was a huge help and assired me She had my naby and she was in good hands,Im so happy that I had that trust in her! She's a dog mom And I knew she understood! We was so please at the pricing Especially for the kind,professional,caring and respect that was shown to the whole family and Even Emma as we spent as ladt few minutes with her.I will always call on pet passages and the veterinarian they use,she was a gift from above,very lovely,so soft sopksn and even took her time to make sure We knew exactly how things was going to go .Another extra step that they do! If or when I ever need them again(we have a 8 yr old chihuahua) I have also told tons of people and will continue too,the experience we had(WONDERFUL) If your local and you want a personal private cremation and with pride and dignity to the very end???????????? i WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARE THEY GAVE ME, MY BABY SINBAD WAS A BIG PART OF ME , HE SAVED ME WHEN I WAS AT A VERY BAD POINT IN MY LIFE, AND LOSING HIM WAS LIKE LOSING A BIG PART OF MYSELF. THE PEOPLE AT PET PASSAGES HANDLE EVERYTHING WITH KIND AND KID GLOVES, I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN, BUT I HAVE TO MORE PETS, MY CAT FRITZ SLEEPS WITH ME EVERY NIGHT ON THE SAME PILLOW AS ME AND HES ALMOST 11 YEARS. On Friday morning July 9th '21 after several weeks of declining health we came to the decision of letting our 16 year old sheltie named Blue to leave us. For any pet owner who loves their pets you truly know how hard this is to do. Part of you don't don't want them to be gone while the other part don't want them to be suffering anymore. Contacting RJ of Pet Passages of largo in the morning truly helped guide us in the right choice. We wanted Blue to pass comfortably and peacefully in his own home and in his own bed. RJ made all the arrangements and contacted the vet to schedule the appropriate time for us to let him pass. Both RJ and the vet treated Blue with respect and dignity that I am truly thankful for. Even though Blue is gone he will be forever in our hearts.

Our beloved lab passed at night after a short bout with cancer. The last thing we wanted was to go to another vet (after sitting in an emergency vet parking lot for 5 hours the day before) to make our arrangements for her. RJ was compassionate and accommodating to make the process just a bit easier. I’m thankful Pet Passages was there.

Surprisingly affordable. The associate was warm and caring. He made me feel comfortable during this devastating situation. The location was beautiful, complete with a small waterfall and candles, where you can spend as long as you need to with your pet. I would definitely recommend Pet Passages to friends and family should the need arise.

Pet passages in Largo were so professional and caring when I called late at night regarding my dog had passed. They even offered to come into the office on a Sunday night at 9:30pm if I needed to come in. We decided to go in the next morning first thing. They were very respectful and comforting. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my dog.

I had to put my fur baby Cobia down due to old age and heart failure. The staff couldn’t have been better! They really let me take my time with my baby. They explained everything every step of the way. They really went above and beyond. That was one of the most difficult things I have had to do. However, even with all the crying and sadness, I felt like I was not alone. The staff seemed to understand how hard it was for me. I love how sweet everyone was!! THANK YOU GUYS SO VERY MUCH!!

My sweet girl of 19 years passed in my arms, pet passages was able to accept her on the same day, and return her two days following. They have a welcoming memorial service room with calming music and a comfortable bed to rest your pet on, and a nice blanket to shroud them in. The packages they offer are reasonably priced and absolutely worth the cost. I've already reccomended this place to a couple of friends experiencing pet loss, and will continue to do so. Thank y'all for being there through my loss, I very much appreciate all that was done for my sweet girl.

The care and dedicate of this team is just amazing. Losing one of my beloved animals was so hard but they made the transition manageable. Thank you for the upmost care of my kitty Fatty.
