As I'm new to the area, I really appreciate and trust the established relationship between Petland + my new vet: Indian Rocks Beach Animal Hospital. It's a very comfortable office (v important to me), and I love the personable, upbeat, professional staff and doctor, alike. As a confirmed homebody, you know they must be special since I drive 30 mins each way just to see them! Grateful for a new veterinarian whom I can implicitly trust with the care of my pups, so it's an easy & sincere 5-???? rating from me!

I drive from St Petersburg for the best care for my Theo. He deserves the best and needs to feel loved and cared for so he feels safe when we visit the Vet. He gets all this and I have complete confidence with the staff and Dr. Matt Facarazzo.

This Doctor is great, very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it. The staffs welcoming and warm, over great customer service

Took my new puppy for his first vet visit. Staff was wonderful and clearly they love the pets that come in. Vet was great. My dog loved him and he gave some great information that I didn't know as a pet owner. Will be back!

What a great Dr and staff. One if our pets were injured and needed stitches. They were so responsive and took great care of her both medically and caring for her. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

Everyone here is wonderful! From the front staff, to the techs, to Dr Matt himself. We're always in and out with minimal wait time too. Highly recommend this vets office

My adorable Isabella love her vet. They are so nice, professional and make me feel my puppy matter to them.

Absolutely awful place of business. First the vet couldn’t even diagnose my dog with a simple UTI. Second the wait is ridiculous. Third the receptionists are the rudest customer service people I’ve ever encountered!!! I could NOT believe it. There are so many vets in this area please just go somewhere else. It’s not worth it!

EXCELLENT place to take your fur babies! The staff is awesome! The vet techs are very compassionate and Dr. Mike is knowledgeable, thorough and honest... That's hard to find! We went to 3 different vets with no answers on how to help Capt. Jack walk again, they said "he's just old"???? Now, my 13 year old Weimeriener can walk again because of them!????????????

I am very Grateful to find Indian Rocks Animal Hospital. My 10 year Old Golden Retriever (Service Animal) was suffering from Early Stages of Arthritis. I found Dr Matt in January of 2021 he was very thorough took all the time that was needed to explain my dogs condition. He went above and beyond to teach me how that I could give physical therapy to My dogs joints for his comfort. He prescribed a combination of Vitamins and CBD oil that has allowed Tahoe(My Dog) to enjoy a much better quality of life. The staff at Indian Rocks Animal Hospital always takes time to make sure all my questions are answered and they never once tried to sell me up to additional things that I don't need. If you Love your animals as much as I do you cant ever find a better place than Indian Rocks Animal Hospital to care for your pet. Thank You CEE CEE and Dr Matt.

Due to the responsiveness to the initial review I have changed the rating. We were happy with the medical care by the Veterinarian. I did leave a message to discuss further.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Not pushy. We will be going back from now on. We found a new vet that lets you go in with your dog. 5 stars!

It would help on line if you would post CLOSED between 12 an 2. Your hours say Open 8 to 5. Grrr. Plus receptionist was exceptionally rude.

The receptionist and vet tech are great people but can’t say the same about the vet. This guy is all about money money money. My boyfriend and I took our puppy here and of course we don’t mind spending the money to take care of our girl but boy did he take advantage of her having mites. I felt like the vet nurse and had to keep him up to date on absolutely everything, for example the last time her meds were dosed and when we explained how severe the itching was he didn’t seem to care. We took her on a Wednesday one time and there is a fill in vet, explained everything to him and our baby saw the end of the horrible mite experience due to this great vet and not mention he helped us save money and told us about publix prescriptions which saved us lots of money. Dr Matt has poor bedside manner and each encounter made it clear we were paying for his expensive lifestyle at the poor expense of our suffering dog and our wallets. Another time I went for just a flea med and I had 1 question and they tried putting me in a room. I asked “am I going to get charged for a vet visit?” And next thing I know my question was answered and I was not put in a room. My dog is only 43 pounds and wanted to charge $3,000 for spaying and dew claw removal and didnt have the decency to tell us until the scheduled day, went elsewhere and it was $294 including meds and everything. What a slap in the face from this crook

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! From the minute you walk in you are greeted by CC, to the awesome vet tech Nicole, and Dr Matt, everyone treated me and my puppy with love and compassion when I was so worried about her after she got bit by my other dog. Everyone works as a team to get your baby the best treatment possible and does try to sell you anything over the top. Great place!!
