very nice staff who returned my lost dog to me after reading the microchip under his skin. very clean facility.

So glad I found this veterinary hospital, they are so very kind and compassionate. They take wonderful care of my pets. And are very knowledgeable, and explain everything.

Nice veterinarian and good location. His assistant is always awesome!

Dr. Lester is miraculous and brilliant. He has an untouchable understanding of animals, and is compassionate and accomodating to their people. His staff is amazing. They might be a drive, it might be a small clinic, but if you can't find answers - check them out!

First time for this veterinary hospital referred by largo feed. Everybody was kind and considerate to both myself and my cat. Their actions showed they truly cared about my cat and her comfort! Explain everything in detail! No rush! As a brand new patient able to get in the next day! This will definitely be my veterinarian now!

Small rooms, out dated environment. Doctor very knowledgeable. Little pricey.

I cannot thank Dr. mandelker and his staff enough! My 7 month old cat, Link, had been taken to blue pearl for emergency care, I was stressed enough as it was having a sick cat and then my bill started to skyrocket. If I had stayed with blue pearl I would’ve ended up paying over $7000 for my baby’s surgery. I removed Link from their “care” and ended up paying less than half that at community vet. It is safe to say that they restored my faith in veterinary care and rightfully earned themselves a long time customer!

Looked for a new vet to go to and chose this office by the reviews. My little guy (yorkie/shitzuh mix) has had a skin allergy problem and other offices recommended doing an allergy test $400 and the Dr here told me to change his diet completely. No more chicken, beef, wheat. All the signs of allergies from his diet were things max has been experiencing. Happy with my visit!

Friendly staff, no nonsense vet

Tried few places before whit my cat and got disappointing , we found Dr. Lester Mandelker and I was very pleased whit his expertise . I'm glad I found this place . give it a try you wont be disappointed specially when you see the bill .

Dr. Mandelker is wonderful with my fur babies. He definitely saved my cat’s life. His staff is excellent and caring too. I love this office.

Please read my review carefully ~ Dr. Mandelker is , i repeat is ~ The Best Veterinarian ~ on the face of the earth as far as i"m concerned . he cured my cat sandy from years of suffering in one single visit . i tried 3 other vets before i found community veterinary hospital and they all completley failed to cure my sandy . she wasnt eating , her paws were all infected and she was very close to having to be put down and Dr. Mandelker cured her / saved her in one single visit ! i am eternally grateful to him and his fantastic staff for saving my baby

Some how my account gave them 3 stars previously, yet I had never rated them before. So here is my actual review: I tried to contact my vet when my senior cat passed, but they never called me back for an appointment. So I called Community Veterinary since I had just moved nearby and they immediately took me in their office. My daughter and i have returned numerous times with our 2 other cats, Oliver and Magic, and always received great quality care, Until recently when they didnt have any openings for us so we had to go elsewhere.

Community Vet Hospital is a fantastic place to go, where you'll be met by friendly faces, and knowledgeable care for your loved one.

Veterinarian is a genius. Staff is great. Kennels are superb. Kennel Master kind and excellent with Dogs. Happy Dog after 2 week stay.

I went for many years, too Dr. M.. and his staff. I must say that each of them are caring- loving employees at Community Hospital ever. I sure miss them, as well as the Dr., He Is so intelligent and really cares for all of our fur-babies. If your new in our area in Largo, check out this pet hospital on West Bay Drive. Unfortunately the first time I went to this hospital was because my neighbor passed away and I was left her dog who is having seizures and the doctor and staff at this hospital came to my rescue and helped me and Jack and some ANGEL even paid for his seizure med this month. I can not say enough good things about them except God Bless all of you and stay safe.

Almost 2 months later, I am pleased to announce that my dog is doing just fine! As always, you guys are the best of the best! The ER clinic that we went to was SO far off in their diagnosis! I would have disputed their charges, but I am just happy to have my dog and HE DOES NOT HAVE CANCER! Thanks for saving Jasper for at least the 10th time from the brink of death. Dr M. and his staff at Community Veterinary are the ABSOLUTE BEST in veterinary care!

Dr. Mandelker is one of the most streight forward and honest Veterinarians I have ever met. His quality of service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this practice for your fellow animal kiddos.

I am well pleased how my elderly cat with feline stomatitus has responded to meds prescribed by Dr. Mandelker.

Just recently started to bring my dog Skye here! Was going to another vet in Dunedin since last year after moving here! After 5 visits, they couldn't tell me exactly why she was scratching all the time and losing hair! After just a few minutes with Skye, he told me right away it was food allergies. He prescribed her some medications and the scratching has stopped and her hair is finally growing back! She's not too keen on strangers, but warmed up to his staff almost immediately! Thanks again for the great care you've given her so far!
