Always very caring and informative with our cats.

This was our first visit and the doctor took a lot of time to explain the plan of care to me! It was refreshing and he was so nice!

My dog needed his rabies vaccine and license right away. This clinic was booked weeks in advance and I had told them about my situation. They called me right away and squeezed me in their tight and busy schedule. They are very reliable, professional and kind to our Precious Kilo. They even called the next day to check up on him and see how he was doing. Thank you Gentle Care Pet.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Felipe. He is so knowledgeable and gentle with my cat. Nothing ever stresses him it seems :)

Caring pet hospital, I feel they love what they do . Holly was really helpful after my pet was seen, following up and keeping me informed on how to proceed. Our usual vet was booked 2 weeks in and has been hit or miss with quality, though Gentle Care is more expensive they saw us right away and made it a point to get us seen. I highly recommend them.

First time visit with a senior dog. Great responsiveness, thorough investigating, good prices. I was not allowed in with my dog, and used curb drop off - they explained they were remodeling and would be open Jan 1st (what was the interior environment like for my animal?). We will return.

When a sudden health emergency came up with our cat, I reached out to GentleCare for help. They allowed me to bring her right in, very quickly got to a diagnosis and helped me through the painful decision of needing to euthanize our poor girl because there was so little chance of recovery from the condition that had come up. Through the entire process, however, every single person with whom we interacted there was professional, personable, gentle, and helpful. Even though it was my first experience with them, they treated me like family. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, and when the time comes to finally adopt a replacement for the cat that blessed us for 11 years, you can be sure this will be the vet I choose!

This is a great vet. They are thorough and and care not only about their patients but their families. We've been going their for over 3 years. Hopefully they will allow the pet parents inside again soon.

Gentle Care Hospital has always taken care of my dog Sheba. All the workers are so caring. Dr. Felipe is a wonderful vet. The front desk receptionist Robin really goes out of her way in scheduling office visits.

GentleCare takes great care of my dog, Kenny. They are well informed, kind and courteous and they genuinely care for your pet. Kenny is dog aggressive and they always make it work for him. I am truly thankful for the great care Kenny received at GentleCare.

I have been taking my golden retriever here for years. Today he suddenly started limping and had trouble standing so i called gentlecare to set a time to bring him in Saturday and was told they were fully booked. I was shocked after they would not fit him in when i made it very clear he was in distress and hardly able to walk. I'm now looking for someone more reliable and caring.

My parents have been taking my dogs here for the past 15 years. Dr Felipe has saved my dogs life and my family is so grateful for him and all that his staff has done for us!

Helped us get our old cat ready for a move across the country with a pretty quick turn around. Would highly recommend you anyone, very helpful. Staff is friendly!

Would leave 100 ⭐️’s if I could! I’ve been taking my pets here for years! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr. Felipe & his staff are so, SO amazing & kind. I love them all! The front end staff are always so helpful and sweet no matter how busy they are! Vet technician Jenna B has went above & beyond to help me out on sooo many occasions! I’m very grateful for her...as well as the rest of the staff. They ALL have such big hearts and truly care about you & your fur babies! On top of that, you can’t beat their prices. They are fair & honest. They don’t try to do unnecessary treatments just to rack up your bill like some places I’ve heard about. Their scheduling is always on point also. I’ve rarely had to wait more than 5-10 minutes and they will always call to remind you of your appointment which is really helpful. As far as Dr. Felipe....he is a phenomenal veterinarian!!!!!! He knows his stuff! My little Doxie was attacked by a German Shepard 8 years ago. Her throat was ripped open and I did not think her wounds were survivable. Dr.Felipe saved her life! Somehow, he put her back together. He packed her wounds with sugar daily to make sure they didn’t get infected. Sounded crazy at the time but it worked! I will be forever grateful to him & his awesome staff for taking such good care of all 3 of my fur babies for all these years. And....for not costing us an arm & a leg to do it! ❤️ Gentle Care!!

Have used them for 6 years and they have done a wonderful job twking care of our pets. My sister, rip, has used them for decades and loved them.

Staff and doctors are the best!!! I can always count on them to take care of my dogs and are very affordable (reducing my stress and worry about going to the vet). I know they provide the best care even when I have to leave my pets there for a day or overnight care. Their recommendations have always been in the best interest of helping me provide the best long term care for my fur babies and I feel confident they are not going to over recommend anything unnecessary. I have seen first hand how deeply they care for their patients and I will continue to drive as far as an hour to go to this vet because of the trust in their staff and care.

I had used Gentle Care Pet Hospital for the past 12 years with my 3 furry kids. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr Felipe is, as well as his entire staff. He has competently and kindly helped us through many serious illnesses and even a surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from one of my dogs. I could always trust his clinical judgment. As well, his calming demeanor was always appreciated during stressful times when one of the pets was ill. His staff is friendly and always a pleasure to deal with. We recently moved out of the area after 15 years, and I can honestly say that of all doctors we've had for our entire family (human, feline, and canine), he is the one we will miss the most. He became like a trusted pediatrician. I would highly recommend Dr Felipe to anyone.

Took my pet here because he had diarrhea, they tried to get me to sign up for all these expensive panels that I refused to pay for. For some reason they decided to clean his eyes. He has been blind for a couple of years and had discharge so they took it upon themselves do an eye flush. Since his visit my pet is scratching what eyes he has left out. This is the best part... They will respond with some BS I am sorry line and $50 for the appointment to follow up on what they messed up on. If you love your pets you would not take them here!!!!

I have taken my dog who can be very anxious here multiple times and the staff has always been phenomenal. Honestly I RARELY write reviews but I have had such a wonderful experience here multiple times I felt compelled to share. The staff are very supportive and understanding of my dogs needs and make a stressful visit (for both me and my dog) as easy as possible. Not to mention I usually take my dog during vaccine clinic and they still make me feel like my dog is a priority and don’t rush us in order to cash another check. This is definitely the place to go.
