This place is so great with dogs. I am always afraid to leave my dog with strangers, but the staff made it easy to feel comfortable leaving her. They sent me photos the entire time she was there. When I picked up my baby she looked so happy. She was playful and gave the staff kisses and all. Thank you so much for taking care of Elsa.

We love it here. The dogs always have fun and are super tired after playing with their friends.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service that I receive from Southern Paws Pet Resort! I have boarded my boxer here about 3 times and each and every time at drop off and pick up they are so caring and pleasant! The staff truly care about your pet like it is one of their owns and as a pet owner that is a huge benefit! Thank You Southern Paws, Bowzer can't wait to come back and play!!

Our dog, Rhett, has always been well taken care of at Southern Paws..They haven't had a groomer since he started going there, which would be great, but he loves his buddies there and the staff is excellent!

I haven’t been back to this place in two years And I feel much better for it I really liked Dede as a groomer but she no longer works there. And one Saturday their phones stopped working so they couldn't even call me when my dog was ready. Who doesn't pay their phone bill?? I'd seek out other options first before using southern paws. They’ve really gone down hill.

I’m not sure where to begin! My wife and I had to fly out of state for 10 days. While we were gone, we left our dog, Gryff, at Southern Paws. I cannot begin to thank them enough for how well they took care of him! We were so nervous to leave him behind just because 10 days is a long time for anybody, I think. He’s stayed at Southern Paws before but the longest was only ever for 1 night. Every experience we’ve already had with them was amazing so we knew if he couldn’t come with us, there was no other place we’d feel more comfortable leaving him at. They took such incredible care of him! We got pictures every day letting us see how he was doing and he was clean when I picked him up! All of the workers at Southern Paws have been so great and easy to communicate with. But I do want to specifically shout out Abby just because she’s the one I’ve spoken to the most there. Talk about someone who loves animals and loves what she does. She was so patient with all my dumb questions on how everything worked, she was so sweet with Gryff (he really lights up when he sees her), and her memory is crazy impressive when it comes to all the little things Gryff needs. Mainly his allergies and arthritis and stuff. Anyways, I could go on and on about how happy we are that we have Southern Paws. If you’re on the fence or unsure about leaving your dog with anyone, I can tell you from my experience that Southern Paws will treat your pet the way you would want them to be treated.

I signed up for a weekend board for 3 days and then a solid week of Doggy Daycare for my 11 month old toy poodle...the staff is very friendly and very informative..... I feel confident that my little fur baby is in the best of hands..

I have not had a negative experience with Southern Paws. They have done a great job caring for my pup. Always friendly, always professional, and always willing to take him in for a stay at the last minute. I get pictures every day when he is lodging. The biggest plus for my pup is that it's an all female staff, which is good for him because he is very skittish around men. I'm very satisfied with this establishment and the staff.

I don't know what kind of business this place thinks it is, but my wife applied here and they told here to come in an work a day for free as an interview. That's a scam. I told her not to go and now we're having to put a block on her SSN. This place is a scam.

I have never written a negative review before, but I felt it was necessary to write this one because of how terrible of an experience it was. My dog stayed here last weekend and they said they would send photos everyday. Well one day they didn't send any pictures and another day they sent me a picture of another dog biting my dog near the face/neck. The teeth were full on out and everything. The picture made me feel very uncomfortable and it was obvious the staff didn't look at the picture before they emailed it to me. The part I'm most distraught about is that my dog has had diarrhea and vomiting since he has gotten back from Southern Paws. After a huge vet bill, the vet still doesn't know what's wrong with him - and it's a mystery to me since I wasn't there to watch him while he was at Southern Paws. I called Southern Paws to let them know about this situation and they didn't seem to care. Very disappointed and sad. Will never take my dog back here.

I walked into Southern Paws for the first time today. I didn't know what to expect but MAN was I overwhelmed with amazing-ness. Tram has come up with a concept that I would never have thought of. This place is so cool!!!! They have everything !! So much to offer and so affordable. I can't wait to refer you!!! Keep it up!!
