Helped me get my cat vaccinated and was very kind to her even when she was being difficult. The staff is very kind and friendly they made me and my pet feel secure.

Friendly, compassionate, and very knowledgeable staff and Veterinarian ! They took my male 3 years old cat and I right in for an emergency visit even though it was our first time there! I am so glad that they were recommended by a friend!

If you need a vet this is the place to take your animal. very kind loving and caring staff. Very reasonably priced they know how to treat the owner and Is pet. We had a very bad experience with an emergency vet on a Sunday Brought our dog Ben in on Monday to meet with the doctor. After the emergency vet scared us to death thinking our dog was going to die arvette turned around and sent him home within 7 hours with a clean bill of health. You can't go wrong having your veterinarian care done here

Went beyond in their care. My normal Vet wouldn't fit us in. We had rescued a dog in really rough shape. North Polk DID!!!!

Anthony Weirather have to be one of the best vets I ever met. He helped me so much with my French bulldog pyometra and tear duct reduction surgery. From the financial situation to emotional support he support me all the way.hands down the best vet service I went to in town.deserves more than 5 stars on rating.

Had appointment for my canine. Showed up early. Girl behind desk wasted like she would rather be elsewhere. Put into exam room and waited 45 minutes. Went and asked would have to wait. Was told they were busy very unprofessional and uncaring how long

I've found a new veterinarian. Well, new to me. Their customer service and communication with me and other customers while I was there is why I've changed my dog's provider.

The staff was somewhat rude and it was unnecessary. Other than that it was ok, but pricey.

My sister and I took her rabbit to get a teeth shaving. They informed us that they would use Anesthesia on him for them to conduct the shaving. When we got him back, they explained that he is a little disoriented from the Anesthesia and he should gain full mobility in a few hours. We checked on him hours later and he could not use his legs. We took him back to this vet to ask how he could not walk after a simple procedure and they did an xray and could not explain to us what happened, and still charged her for their mistake. Now her rabbit can no longer use his legs..

My American Bully had been sick for the past few days so I knew I had to get him an appointment ASAP. My normal vet was all booked up until the 2nd week of October and this vet was able to work me in today and I am so very thankful for their generosity and professionalism. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends, family and co workers. God bless you guys and we'll see ya soon ????????

I have been to so many vets in Lakeland and none of them were great. My dogs were injured and I called my vet (Care) to say I was coming in. The receptionist said the vet is out of town and referred me to parkway emergency vet...which didn't open for another 3 hours, or to call around and find another vet to see me. So I started calling and no one could see me. I eventually called North Polk and they were so kind on the phone and told me to come on in. The team was so caring and supportive as I was scared and overwhelmed. They took such great care of me and my dogs and I am so very thankful. When I went to leave my car battery had died. The veterinarian came out to check on me a called a mechanic over to help me get started. You are not going to find better people to take care of you. North Polk is now my regular vet and I am so happy my other vet was on vacation that day!

I was insulted by the person in charge, who spoke to me as if I were an idiot. time to do business elsewhere with better customer service. After more than one year buying medicine for mi dog @ different prices all the time. THANK YOU!!!!

Love them!!! My daughter and I ran a cat rescue (501c nonprofit). They are so great with any of the cats/ kittens that we need to bring in. Plus have have a small farm and my goat had to have a emergency c section.. DOC Y and staff took her right in.. and explained everything to us.. mom and kid made it through the c section but unfortunately the kid didn't make it past two days.. the momma is still doing great...????????????

My first visit was today. They are amazing. I highly recommend.

An hour before close and they were unwilling to help us with our VERY sick elderly dog suffering. We just needed help putting him down, instead he will have to suffer as we drive across town and wait for the other vet they referred us to to open You would think they would be more compassionate and willing to work a little later

Great experience. My poor puppy has been so sick. The staff was wonderful and the vet was right on target with my dog's health. He is getting better already with the medication. So grateful friends recommended this facility and Dr. G.
