Very nice people, my wife and I took our dog in for a vist, Dr Standsberry was very nice and helpful.

Was having to send our fur baby over the rainbow and this people were great. Very kind, understanding and patient with us and our baby.

Love these peeps! They gave me longer with my baby I had to put her down a year ago after 16 yrs

Great vet. Front staff was pretty rude last time we had to wait a while past closing I don't know why they had to keep two people at the desk to check somebody out after they were closed

I came home and found my cat ???? very sick lost weight , not eating brought him the the Kathleen animal clinic, the receptionist said that there were no doctors until 9 and they could not do anything because he was not a patient and that I need to take him elsewhere, Don't bother going there for an emergency or if not a patient or have a appointment they will turn you away ,thought they would be caring people but I guess I am wrong !

Love this place they took great care of my Bella litttle Chaweenie. Sorry that we moved to Jacksonville. Gonna miss them❤❤❤❤

I stopped using Kathleen Animal hospital for years and thought after Dr. Stansbury took it over things would be different. My girl was badly injured while out of state. I brought her home to recover thinking she would be in the best of hands with her regular vet. All of her follow up visits I NEVER got to speak to the veterinarian one time. My girl started with heavy mucus and heaving sides. I brought her in and still NO VET spoke to me. The tech tried pushing it off as a collapsing trachea. I lost my pug to this and he NEVER had any of these symptoms. My girl lost her battle August 11th. Maybe if they would have taken the name to check her she would still be here. I just feel like they didn't want us coming there anymore.

They treated my dog with care and love. You make an appointment and they will take care of your dog. If your dog is a first time in here and needs vaccines they can do them for an estimate of 140 without tax and they will do them all for your dog. Great place with love for animals.

Wonderful service, kind and u formative.

Our puppy has had a rough almost 3 weeks. She had parvo and pneumonia. They have taken excellent care. She will be their patient for her life. She was born 5-02-2021. I highly recommend this vet!!!!

The staff in the back are Kind and compassionate ! Receptionist Yvonne should work in the prison system. I called to notify my dog passed and she showed no compassion as usual. Very rude! Someone needs a backbone and get rid of her. I definitely will not return.

Excellent veterinarian! Derek Stansberry is one of the best around, I live on the opposite side of town, and continue to use them anyway. 10/10 would recommend

My 4 wk old kitten was acting sick . My regular vet could not work me in so I called KAH and they were booked up but they offered to run a test to see if she had worms or anything that would make her feel bad. They just needed a sample. I knew in 15 min. they was nothing wrong. My own vet didn't even do that. I will use KAH for my kitten from now on.

I can not say enough positive words to describe how great Kathleen Animal Hospital is. This is the only Vet that I trust with my Dogs and Cats. I highly recommend Kathleen Animal Hospital to anyone with a pet that is looking for an experienced and honest Veterinarian's Office.

I have been taking my animals here since they opened and have never been disappointed. They have taken care of several of my dogs over the years. Including treatments for allergies, cancer, diabetes and all routine things In between. Dr. Stansbury is kind, compassionate, caring and, he listens and is open-minded to trying alternatives and not just pushing meds. My animals will go to him as long as we are in Florida. Also the staff is professional, caring, kind and always do everything they can to accommodate my needs weather med refills, nail trims emergency appointments. Recently I had to put my 16 year old lab down it was the most humane thing to do as in the pain and quality of life were to much to put him through. The love and kindness they treated us with will never be forgotten. If you are looking for people that care about your pets as much as you do I highly recommend them. Thank you

Worst experience I've ever had at a vet. They are happy to get paid but if you challenge them on the cost or service they drop you in a heart beat. Very poor customer service....i would not recommend them to anyone.
