Dr. Gedeon has been treating my dogs for 3 years and I won't take them anywhere else! She's treating my 9yo pit for cancer and has done multiple surgeries on my 4yo Husky. She's a great vet and it's worth sometimes having g to wait. They don't overlook as much as Doc takes time with her patients and really makes sure you have all questions answered. I trust my furbabies with Doc and the Marcum Road clinic team.

Took great care of us

appointment time was 10am. 11:05 and still waiting with no notification as to why. I had to call just to find out thr Dr showed up late. I font mind waiting but this is ridiculous. I will be finding a new Vet

I got my rabbit neutered here and they did GREAT! They did it yesterday and this morning he is perfectly fine. The staff is SO sweet! Overall great experience, I will be going back there for my bunnies exams! 10/10

I literally drive over 2 hours to come here. The staff is amazing and the Vet is very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you for caring about my pack.

It was a sad day, our Abby had to be put down, congestive heart failure. Everyone was so gentle and kind, the only veteran we've had the pleasure of knowing here in Florida.

Saying goodbye to your fur baby is hard. Benz was my 17 year old Lhasa-pekanees . I was balling and being the empath I am I was concerned for the Doctor as well. (As a lover of animals I thought it must be hard). I just wanted her to know I cared so I asked. "This must be so hard for you?" She responds..."Not really I just did one this morning. Now doing my own...that's hard. Wow either you lost your bedside manner or never had it. You hurt my feelings bad but I forgive you. Your staff (Everyone of them from the nice girl who took my call down to the crematoria....made up 150% for you Dr. They have your back! You should Thank them. Sometimes we need to think of how we say something (for the circumstance). A "yes" I love animals would of been acceptable. Thank You for listening.

Vet, Nola Gedeon, went above and beyond for our Mastiff, Grizzly. We knew that he was in the best hands. He came home today and we are so so grateful for her care. Highly recommend!

Excellent care for my Moriah

On my puppy’s first visit for shots I waited in my vehicle the tech that let me in after I passed her realize she did not have a mask I saw her in passing, still no mask. The tech that came in to weigh my puppy did not have a mask I asked her where was he mask and she said, “oh yeah”, she left and returned with one. That bothered me because I was in the room with the doctor who was masked and then the young lady who eventually masked and I was very close to them. A month later I received a notice of his next check up the next day. I called and asked what was your Covid-19 policy. She explain the waiting in the car and they called you in. I asked her what was their policy for a mask. She stated mask was not required. Their exam rooms are very small. I asked to for the owner who was not there I asked for the manager. The employee came back and said the manager was busy and per the manager masks were not required. I stated my concerns of being in close contact unmasked and laughing loudly over my puppy right up in their face, etc. She proceeded to tell me that if I wasn’t happy with that then I COULD JUST FIND ANOTHER VET. I found ANOTHER vet. The employee was rude and all answers showed they had total disregard for my pet’s health and mine as well. Even if animals can’t transmit COVID-19 to people I can still be infected. They are still sending reminders that I have an appointment with them and risk my health during this pandemic. They showed total disregard for our health. I will never used them again. DO NO HARM.

The entire staff was so friendly! From the second I walked in the door! All the staff was smiling and gave off a good vibe :) I forgot the ladies name that came in the room first & got my pups weight but she was so helpful & welcoming!! The vet came in (she was so nice!) and gave me so much information about my baby girl that I wasn’t even expecting & I really appreciate that! Nala was comfortable with the vet in how gentle & caring her attitude was! A very VERY great experience! I will back here for sure! Thank you doc & staff!

Took fabulous care of my bunny when he got neutered! Very happy with this office and will be our new vet for bunnies and guineas!

Worst experience at a vet ever. I know they might be over booked but I had an appointment at 3:30 and wasn’t seen until almost 4:30. The Vet didn’t really seem to care about helping and tried to leave before examining something I had asked about to the vet tech. This place was dirty and overpriced for the service I got. Also, i was expecting a call about test results two days afterwards but had to call myself when I didn’t get a call back five days later. Don’t go here.

I’ve been using Marcum Road Animal Hospital for probably close to 20yrs. Dr. Gedeon is an outstanding vet; no non-sense and honest. Her staff is always helpful and smiling. To qualify my opinions, let me say that in the past, my family trained and showed dogs for obedience and agility. We have championed dogs in both AKC and UKC and one dog internationally. Dr. Gedeon has found and treated cancer in multiple dogs and found a bad knee in an Australian Shepard. She referred us to a vet that fixed that knee and allowed my daughter to eventually score a 4th place win at Eukanuba National Championships with that Aussie. Today I have one cat(he argues that he has a human). Bottom line, you can’t go wrong using this vet.

Terrible staff, awful vet, there was zero to no communication with us. They weren't transparent with us at all and our cat ended DYING being neglected in their cage for 2 days as a result. Disgusted by their plea for pity by bringing up personal issues that are entirely irrelevant towards the fact that they told us one thing and did another. Unreal. Stay away from these people.

I’ve gone to Dr Gedeon for many years and with many pets. She and her staff have always been very prompt (even in cases of emergency) and I have never been disappointed. Even with a difficult pet she has always treated them with care and patience.

Don't bring your cat here, they prioritize dogs and neglected our cat for two full nights until she passed away. TERRIBLE STAFF TERRIBLE VET TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL BUSINESS AND PEOPLE.
